Abstract
本发明涉及一种含稀土的高强韧钻杆及其制备工艺。所述材料的化学成分及其质量百分比含量为:C0.25%~0.35%,S≤0.008%,P≤0.01%,Cr0.5%~1.0%,Ni0.7%~0.9%,Mn1.0%~1.2%,Mo1.0%~1.3%,Si0.1%~0.3%,Ce0.7%~0.9%,Nb≤0.07%,V0.06%~0.10%,Al0.06%~0.10%,Cu0.2%~0.3%,余量为Fe和杂质。本发明含稀土的高强韧钻杆的强度达到150kpsi钢级,冲击韧性不低于100J,钻杆加厚区与非加厚区的力学性能一致。
Description
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种石油钻井用钻杆及其制备工艺,尤其涉及一种含稀土的高强韧钻 杆及其制备工艺。
背景技术
[0002] 随着世界石油工业的发展,石油钻井的深度越来越深。目前已有8000多米深的 井。井深增加,钻井过程中钻杆承受的应力也越来越复杂,有拉、压、弯、扭、剪切及其复合, 交变载荷等等。同时随着钻采技术的进步,钻井时采用的钻速等钻井参数越来越高,钻柱失 效的风险随之大大增加。这就需要加强研究,开发可以适用于更加严酷的工况和性能更高 的材料,才能满足工作的要求。
[0003] 根据资料统计,油田钻具失效数量每年有1000例左右,钻杆失效事故占钻柱总失 效事故的50%~60%,主要失效形式是管体刺穿,其次是管体断裂、接头螺纹刺漏后的断裂。 而造成这些失效形式的原因是钻杆材料在交变载荷下疲劳容易遭到破坏。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明针对现有钻杆材料在交变载荷下疲劳容易遭到破坏的不足,提供一种含稀 土的高强韧钻杆及其制备工艺,所述含稀土的高强韧钻杆能把疲劳裂纹的萌生时间变得足 够长,从而很大程度上提高钻杆的抗疲劳破坏能力。
[0005] 本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种含稀土的高强韧钻杆的化学成 分及其质量百分比含量为:CO. 25%~0· 35%,S彡0· 008%,P彡0· 01%,CrO. 5%~L 0%, NiO. 7% ~0· 9%,MnL 0% ~L 2%,MoL 0% ~L 3%,SiO. 1% ~0· 3%,CeO. 7% ~0· 9%, Nb 彡 0· 07%,V0. 06% ~0· 10%,A10. 06% ~0· 10%,CuO. 2% ~0· 3%,余量为 Fe 和杂质。
[0006] 本发明还提供一种解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种含稀土的高强韧钻杆 的制备工艺包括以下步骤:
[0007] 步骤10 :按化学成分及其质量百分比含量为:C0. 25%~0. 35%,S彡0. 008%, P 彡 0· 01%,CrO. 5% ~L 0%,NiO. 7% ~0· 9%,MnL 0% ~L 2%,MoL 0% ~L 3%,SiO. 1% ~ 0· 3%,CeO. 7% ~0· 9%,Nb 彡 0· 07%,V0. 06% ~0· 10%,A10. 06% ~0· 10%,CuO. 2% ~0· 3%,余 量为Fe和杂质的含稀土的高强韧钻杆的成分于1620Γ~1680°C下进行熔炼;
[0008] 步骤20 :在真空度彡-0.1 Pa条件,于1550°C~16KTC下进行炉外精炼;
[0009] 步骤30 :进行连铸;
[0010] 步骤40 :于1120°C~1200°C下挤压管坯或穿乳管坯;
[0011] 步骤50 :于820°C~880°C下进行管体的乳制后,于770°C~830°C下进行热张力 扩径;
[0012] 步骤60 :于720°C~780°C下进行热张力减径达到规定尺寸要求后进行冷却并矫 直;
[0013] 步骤70 :于1120°C~1180°C墩粗加厚;
[0014] 步骤80 :于930°C~970°C下奥氏体化25~45min后进行水淬火;
[0015] 步骤 90 :于 600°C ~640°C 下回火 20 ~45min。
[0016] 进一步,所述步骤60中热张力减径后通过空气自然冷却至室温。
[0017] 进一步,所述步骤60中热张力减径后通过水冷至700°C后再空气自然冷却至室 温。
[0018] 进一步,所述步骤90中回火30min后钻杆内材料的组织为回火索氏体组织。
[0019] 本发明的有益效果是:本发明含稀土的高强韧钻杆在满足所有API标准的力学性 能的基础下,抗疲劳性能得到提高,更加适合日益严酷的设备服役工况,减少钻杆失效的发 生;通过添加稀土元素Ce,同时控制材料其他合金成分和热加工工艺可以保证钻杆材料的 强度达到150kpsi钢级,冲击韧性不低于100J,钻杆加厚区与非加厚区的力学性能一致;同 时通过调整钻杆中的化学成分及其质量百分比含量,使得本发明高强韧钻杆能把疲劳裂纹 的萌生时间变得足够长,从而很大程度上提高钻杆的抗疲劳破坏能力;本发明含稀土的高 强韧钻杆的在加工过程中可以避免表面缺陷的产生,使得钻杆的强韧性更好,材料的抗疲 劳性能更高。

[0039] 该实施例于1650°C进行熔炼;接着,在真空度< -0.0 SPa条件,于1590°C进行炉外 精炼;接着,进行连铸;接着,于1180°C挤压管坯或穿乳管坯;接着,于860Γ进行管体乳制 后,于810°C进行热张力扩径;接着,于760°C进行热张力减径达到规定尺寸要求后进行冷 却并矫直;接着,于1120°C墩粗加厚;接着,于940°C奥氏体化40min后进行水淬火;最后, 于630°C回火35min。如图1所示,热处理后的钻杆材料的金相组织10级,钻杆的力学性能 如表1所示。屈服强度达1070MPa,冲击功为110J。

[0043] 在本实施例中,含稀土的高强韧钻杆的化学成分(质量百分比)为CO. 29%, S0. 005%, P0.00 8%, CrO. 9%, NiO. 75%, MnL 2%, M〇0. 9%, SiO. 30%, CeO. 7%, Nb0.0 6%, V0. 04%, A10. 03%,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
[0044] 该实施例于1670°C进行熔炼;接着,在真空度< -0. 09Pa条件,于16KTC进行炉外 精炼;接着,进行连铸;接着,于1160°C挤压管坯或穿乳管坯;接着,于870Γ进行管体乳制 后,于830°C进行热张力扩径;接着,于780°C进行热张力减径达到规定尺寸要求后进行冷 却并矫直;接着,于1150°C墩粗加厚;接着,于960°C奥氏体化30min后进行水淬火;最后, 于640°C回火45min。如图2所示,热处理后的钻杆材料的金相组织10. 5级。钻杆的力学 性能如表2所示。屈服强度达llOOMPa,冲击功为105J。

[0048] 在本实施例中,含稀土的高强韧钻杆的化学成分(质量百分比)为CO. 30%, S0. 003%, P0.00 8%, CrO. 75%, NiO. 6%, MnL 35%, Mol. 1%, SiO. 35%, CeO. 65%, Nb0.0 3%, V0. 01%, A10. 02%,余量为Fe和不可避免的杂质。
[0049] 该实施例于1620°C进行熔炼;接着,在真空度< -0. 09Pa条件,于1560°C进行炉外 精炼;接着,进行连铸;接着,于1160°C挤压管坯或穿乳管坯;接着,于880Γ进行管体乳制 后,于830°C进行热张力扩径;接着,于770°C进行热张力减径达到规定尺寸要求后进行冷 却并矫直;接着,于1170°C墩粗加厚;接着,于930°C奥氏体化45min后进行水淬火;最后, 于600°C回火25min。如图3所示,热处理后的钻杆材料的金相组织10. 5级。钻杆的力学 性能如表3所示。屈服强度达1050MPa,冲击功为105J。

[0052] 本发明含稀土的高强韧钻杆的研制是基于API Spec S135级钻杆的标准并加 以补充及提高,故它可以应用于S135级钻杆材料无法满足应用的所有场合。通过实施例1 至3可以看出,与现有的S135级钻杆材料相比,有更高的冲击吸收功,高的断后伸长率,以 及较低的硬度。显示出良好的综合力学性能。
[0053] 由于API标准对材料的抗疲劳性能没有做严格的规定,故没有办法作疲劳性能的 比较,但是从已发表的文献资料看,大多数S135级钢的疲劳极限在400MPa左右,而本发明 材料通过调节其化学成分及其质量百分含量,并通过材料的加工和热处理使其疲劳极限达 到了 850MPa,所以此材料在现代钻井工程中将会有广泛的应用前景。
[0054] 本发明含稀土的尚强初钻杆在满足所有API标准的力学性能的基础下,抗疲劳性 能得到提高,更加适合日益严酷的设备服役工况,减少钻杆失效的发生;通过添加稀土元 素Ce,同时控制材料其他合金成分和热加工工艺可以保证钻杆材料的强度达到150kpsi钢 级,冲击韧性不低于100J,钻杆加厚区与非加厚区的力学性能一致;同时通过调整钻杆中 的化学成分及其质量百分比含量,使得本发明高强韧钻杆能把疲劳裂纹的萌生时间变得足 够长,从而很大程度上提高钻杆的抗疲劳破坏能力;本发明含稀土的高强韧钻杆的在加工 过程中可以避免表面缺陷的产生,使得钻杆的强韧性更好,材料的抗疲劳性能更高。

Claims (4)
1. 一种含稀土的高强韧钻杆的制备工艺,所述钻杆的化学成分及其质量百分比含量 为:C 0.25%~0.35%,S 彡 0.008%,P 彡 0.01%,Cr 0.5%~1.0%,Ni 0.7%~0.9%, Mn 1.0% ~1.2%,Mo 1.0% ~1.3%,Si 0.1% ~0.3%,Ce0.7% ~0.9%,Nb 彡 0.07%, ¥0.06%~0.10%410.06%~0.10%,(:110.2%~0.3%,余量为?6和杂质,其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: 步骤10 :所述含稀土的高强韧钻杆的成分于1620°C~1680°C下进行熔炼; 步骤20 :在真空度彡-0.1 Pa条件,于1550°C~16KTC下进行炉外精炼; 步骤30 :进行连铸; 步骤40 :于1120°C~1200°C下挤压管坯或穿乳管坯; 步骤50 :于820°C~880°C下进行管体的乳制后,于770°C~830°C下进行热张力扩径; 步骤60 :于720°C~780°C下进行热张力减径达到规定尺寸要求后进行冷却并矫直; 步骤70 :于1120°C~1180°C墩粗加厚; 步骤80 :于930°C~970°C下奥氏体化25~45min后进行水淬火; 步骤90 :于600°C~640°C下回火20~45min。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的含稀土的高强韧钻杆的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤60 中热张力减径后通过空气自然冷却至室温。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的含稀土的高强韧钻杆的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤60 中热张力减径后通过水冷至700°C后再空气自然冷却至室温。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的含稀土的高强韧钻杆的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤90 中回火30min后钻杆内材料的组织为回火索氏体组织。
