[0017] 根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种液晶显示器(IXD)装置,包括:第一基板和第二基板;在所述第一基板上形成并限定多个像素的栅极线和数据线;在基板的前表面上的各个像素中形成的薄膜晶体管(TFT);在所述第二基板的前表面上形成的黑矩阵和滤色器层;在所述第二基板的前表面上沿黑矩阵形成的第一金属层;在所述第二基板的后表面上形成的第二金属层,所述第二金属层与所述第一金属层形成电容,其中通过检测由触摸引起的电容变化来感测触摸部分;以及在所述第一基板和所述第二基板之间形成的液晶层。
