Abstract

在点火开关设为接通(ON)之后不久(S11),在S12~S15中,检查更换后的强电蓄电池是否为被认可的正规产品。在S12中,将强电蓄电池的识别符号(ID)与正规的强电蓄电池的识别符号(ID)对照,在S13中,当判定为识别符号(ID)一致时,在S14中,以表示更换后的强电蓄电池为正规产品的方式将标志(BFLAG)设置为1,在S13中,当判定为识别符号(ID)不一致时,在S15中,以表示更换后的强电蓄电池为未被认可的非正规产品的方式将标志(BFLAG)重置为0。然后,S11使控制进入S16,如果BFLAG=1,在S17中,则如通常那样输出控制电动机,但如果BFLAG=0,在S18中,则以车速抑制在20km/h的方式限制电动机输出,由此,在可自动行驶的状态下,使驾驶员尽快地认识到对无认可蓄电池的更换,且能使驾驶员迅速地进行向被认可的蓄电池的更换。

Description

电动车辆的无认可蓄电池更换时对策装置
技术领域
本发明涉及在只以电动机为动力源的电动汽车、或以使用来自发动机及电动机的能量而行驶的混合动力车辆等至少以电动机为动力源的一部分的电动车辆的蓄电池更换时,该蓄电池相对于该电动车辆为不被认可的无认可蓄电池的情况下的对策技术。
背景技术
由于电动汽车或混合动力车辆那样的电动车辆以电动机为行驶用动力源的一部分,因此,例如专利文献1所记载,作为电动机电源的蓄电池,需要使用大容量的蓄电池。
但是,该大容量的蓄电池在蓄电池蓄电率(SOC)降低时进行必须的充电需要长时间,有时可将蓄电池与充电完成的蓄电池更换,这样便于可快速地再行驶。
即使不是这种蓄电池更换式的电动车辆,当蓄电池由于反复充电下的长期间使用而恶化时,蓄电池也需要更换为新蓄电池,总之,如专利文献1所记载,为可更换蓄电池的构成。

但是,在更换后的蓄电池相对于该电动车辆不是被认可的正规产品,而是未被认可的非正规蓄电池的情况下,从性能上及物性上的观点来看,这对电动车辆来说多是不合适的蓄电池,当对使来自该蓄电池的电力直接或间接地供电的电气零件及与它们相关的周边零件等作用异常的负荷等,因此,会担心发生故障。
为了消除该担心,考虑在更换成未被认可的无认可蓄电池的情况下,检测该蓄电池并将电动车辆控制成不能行驶。
但是,该对策中,由于电动车辆完全不能自动行驶,因此,特别是在因驻车中的盗窃而未察觉时,车载中的高价的正品蓄电池被更换为无认可的非正规蓄电池的情况下,不能尽快进行将电动车辆带到修理厂或蓄电池架再次更换为认可的正规的蓄电池等处理,必须拖动电动车辆,因此,花费时间,并且,还产生费用增加的问题。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述情况而创立的,其目的在于,提供一种电动车辆的无认可蓄电池更换时对策装置,在更换成无认可蓄电池的情况下,通过将电动车辆设为可自动行驶的状态,另一方面,限制动力源的输出,由此,使驾驶员认识到异常,由此,可解除上述问题。
为了该目的,本发明的电动车辆的无认可蓄电池更换时对策装置如下构成。
即,本发明的无认可蓄电池更换时对策装置,对于至少将通过来自可更换的蓄电池的电力驱动的电动机作为动力源的一部分的电动车辆,构成为,该对策装置具备:蓄电池适当与否判定装置,其判定所述更换后的蓄电池相对于该电动车辆是被认可的蓄电池,还是未被认可的无认可蓄电池;输出限制装置,其在利用该蓄电池适当与否判定装置判定为所述更换后的蓄电池为无认可蓄电池时,在允许所述动力源的驱动的状态下,限制该动力源的输出。
根据本本发明的电动车辆的无认可蓄电池更换时对策装置,在更换后的蓄电池相对于该电动车辆为无认可蓄电池的情况下,在允许动力源的驱动的状态下,限制其输出,因此,通过该动力源的输出限制,驾驶员可以在行驶开始后很快就识别到更换后的蓄电池为无认可蓄电池。
但是,即使将动力源进行输出限制,也是允许动力源的驱动的状态,因此,电动车辆可以在所述输出限制下进行自动行驶。
因此,可以尽快进行将电动车辆带到修理厂或蓄电池架并再次更换为正规认可的正规蓄电池等处理,并预先防止长时间使用无认可蓄电池而引起故障的发生。

具体实施方式
下面,基于附图所示的实施例对本发明的实施方式进行详细说明。
(实施例的构成)
图1表示具备本发明一实施例的无认可蓄电池更换时对策装置的电动车辆1,图2表示图1的电动车辆1的驱动系统及其控制系统,由这些驱动系统及控制系统构成车辆的行驶驱动系统。
图1的电动车辆1以悬架的方式具备左右前轮2及左右后轮3,如箭头所示,在车身地板下可更换地搭载作为高电压电源的强电蓄电池4。
而且,电动车辆1为仅以通过来自强电蓄电池4的电力驱动的图2的电动机5为动力源,利用该电动机5可以驱动左右前轮2驱动而进行行驶的电动汽车。
在进行电动机5的驱动控制时,如图2所示,电动机控制器6将来自强电蓄电池4的电力通过蓄电池控制器7内的逆变器进行直流/交流变换,另外在蓄电池控制器(包含逆变器)7的控制下将该交流电力向电动机5供给,由此,以使电动机5的扭矩与在电动机控制器6中的运算结果(停车时的包含0的目标电动机扭矩或前进后退用的电动机转动方向)一致的方式进行该电动机5的控制。
在此,在蓄电状态降低时,如图1中箭头所示,强电蓄电池4更换为充满电的其它强电蓄电池,
在车载状态下,在蓄电状态降低时,强电蓄电池4通过来自外部电源的电力进行充电,当在长期间反复充电引起的劣化时,如图1中箭头所示,强电蓄电池4也可以更换为新的强电蓄电池。
另外,在电动机控制器6中的运算结果(目标电动机扭矩)为对电动机5要求再生制动作用的负极性结果的情况下,电动机控制器6经由蓄电池控制器(逆变器)7对电动机5赋予发电负荷,此时,将电动机5通过再生制动作用而发电的电力,利用蓄电池控制器(逆变器)7进行交流/直流变换,对强电蓄电池4进行充电。
此时,蓄电池控制器(逆变器)7控制对强电蓄电池4的充电电压,并且,还起到防止强电蓄电池4的过充电的作用。
在本实施例中,还如同图2所示,对上述行驶驱动系统附加下面那样的电动式停车锁定装置8。
该电动式停车锁定装置8与本发明的电动辅机对应,具备转动锁定前轮驱动系统的停车锁定机构(未图示),该停车锁定机构与用于自动变速器的装置相同。
但是,本实施例的停车锁定机构通过电动式的停车锁定促动器(未图示)进行锁定,另外,停车锁定促动器响应来自停车锁定控制器(未图示)的停车锁定接通(ON)或断开(OFF)指令,将图2的停车锁定装置8设为与用于自动变速器的机械式装置不同的电动式(线控式)装置。
接着,对由上述的停车锁定机构、停车锁定促动器及停车锁定控制器构成的电动式停车锁定装置8的电力系统进行说明。
该电动式停车锁定装置8的电力系统具备例如12V的低电压电源即弱电蓄电池9作为辅机电源,电动式停车锁定装置8的停车锁定控制器及停车锁定促动器从该弱电蓄电池9接受电力供给而进行动作,由此,经由停车锁定机构,适当停车锁定作为驱动轮的左右前轮2(参照图1)。
弱电蓄电池9经由DC/DC转换器10与强电蓄电池4及电动机5间的强电电路连接,电动机控制器6通过动作控制DC/DC转换器10,并利用来自强电蓄电池4的电力以保持适当的蓄电状态的方式对弱电蓄电池9进行充电。
如图2所示,电动机控制器6中,为了运算对蓄电池控制器(逆变器)7的上述目标电动机扭矩,除了输入:来自点火开关11的接通(ON)、断开(OFF)信号、来自检测加速开度APO的加速开度传感器12的信号、来自检测车速VSP的车速传感器13的信号、来自在制动操作时设为接通(ON)的制动开关14的信号、来自在驾驶员指令后退(R)档位、中立(N)档位及前进(D)档位那样的行驶方式时进行操作的换挡装置15的信号和来自检测弱电蓄电池9的电压V的电压传感器16的信号之外,还通过与蓄电池控制器(逆变器)7的通信来接收分别附于强电蓄电池4的固有的识别符号(ID)。
当通过点火开关11的接通(ON)发出行驶驱动系统的启动请求时,电动机控制器6在每个由换挡装置15指令的后退(R)档位、中立(N)档位及前进(D)档位那样的行驶方式中,根据加速开度APO、车速VSP及制动开关信号,运算电动机5的目标扭矩(包含停车用的0的大小及方向),且将其指令给蓄电池控制器(逆变器)7,辅助电动车辆1的上述的行驶控制。
另一方面,电动式停车锁定装置8在没有打算起步的停车状态下,通过来自弱电蓄电池9的电力使前轮2自动地成为停车锁定状态。
但是,由于强电蓄电池4有缺陷,弱电蓄电池9陷入不能充电时,表示弱电蓄电池9的蓄电状态的容量(电压V)降低,最终不能使电动式停车锁定装置8动作。
该情况下,电动车辆1不能停车锁定,不能得到旋转锁定驱动车轮(前轮2)的驻车状态。
另外,图中虽未图示,但电动车辆1的驻车制动器也设为通过来自弱电蓄电池9的电力进行动作的电动式,因此,在上述的弱电蓄电池9的容量(电压V)降低时也得不到驻车状态,因此,对于车辆而言,不能忽视上述的不能停车锁定。
为了防止发生该不能停车锁定的情况,在由于强电蓄电池4有缺陷,弱电蓄电池9陷入不能充电时,电动机控制器6通过以根据弱电蓄电池9的容量(电压V)降低将车速VSP抑制成与电压V的降低对应的上限车速的方式限制电动机5的输出,促使驾驶员停车(自动停车锁定),不会成为不能停车锁定(不能驻车)。
例如,弱电蓄电池9的电压V从正规的12V向11.5V降低时,以车速VSP抑制在50km/h的方式限制电动机5的输出,
弱电蓄电池9的电压V向10V降低时,以车速VSP抑制在20km/h的方式限制电动机5的输出,
弱电蓄电池9的电压降低到不足9V时,将电动机5的输出限制在0,强制停车。
通过与该弱电蓄电池9的电压降低对应的电动机5的输出限制,驾驶员注意到异常而停车,或由于驾驶员未注意到异常而通过电动机5的输出切断强制停车时,电动式停车锁定装置8利用残留的弱电蓄电池9的电力进行动作,将驱动轮(前轮2)自动地设为停车锁定状态,电动车辆1不会成为不能停车锁定(不能驻车)。
(无认可蓄电池更换时对策)
在将强电蓄电池4与蓄电状态降低时在修理厂或蓄电池架中充满电结束的其它强电蓄电池按照图1中箭头所示那样进行更换的情况下,或在由于驻车中的盗窃而未察觉的期间将强电蓄电池4更换成其它强电蓄电池的情况下,当更换后的强电蓄电池不是被该电动车辆1认可的合适的正规产品,而是未认可的非正规的强电蓄电池时,从性能上及物性上的观点来看,这对电动车辆1来说大多是不合适的蓄电池。
该未被认可的无认可强电蓄电池对使来自该强电蓄电池的电力直接或间接地供电的电气零件及与它们相关的周边零件等作用异常的负荷,而成为故障的原因。
这样,在更换成无认可的强电蓄电池的情况下,需要驾驶员迅速地认识到该事实,并可以尽快地处理,并且,为了今后不使用该无认可的强电蓄电池,需要防止制造该无认可的强电蓄电池。
因此,在本实施例中,电动机控制器6执行图3的控制程序,并实施更换成无认可强电蓄电池的情况下的对策。
图3的控制程序在点火开关11的接通(ON)进行的行驶驱动系统的动作中反复执行,首先,在步骤S11中,检查点火开关11是否为设为接通(ON)之后不久。
如果是点火开关11设为接通(ON)之后不久,则控制进入步骤S12~步骤S15,检查强电蓄电池4是否对于电动车辆1为被认可的正规产品。
如果是更换强电蓄电池4之后不久,则该检查对象为更换后的强电蓄电池4,检查该更换后的强电蓄电池4是否对于电动车辆1为被认可的正规产品。
在该检查时,首先,在步骤S12中,向更换后的强电蓄电池4读入固有的识别符号(ID),并将该识别符号(ID)与正规强电蓄电池的识别符号(ID)进行对照。
接着,在步骤S13中,通过在正规的强电蓄电池的识别符号(ID)中是否有与更换后的强电蓄电池4所固有的识别符号(ID)一致的识别符号,判定更换后的强电蓄电池4是否对于电动车辆1为被认可的正规产品。
在步骤S13中,在判定为正规强电蓄电池的识别符号(ID)中有与更换后的强电蓄电池4所固有的识别符号(ID)一致的识别符号的情况下,更换后的强电蓄电池4对于被电动车辆1为被认可的正规产品,因此,在步骤S14中,以表示更换后的强电蓄电池4为被认可的正规产品的方式,将蓄电池标志BFLAG设置为1。
但是,在步骤S13中,在判定为正规强电蓄电池的识别符号(ID)中没有与更换后的强电蓄电池4所固有的识别符号(ID)一致的识别符号的情况下,或更换后的强电蓄电池4甚至不具有识别符号(ID)的情况下,对电动车辆1而言,更换后的强电蓄电池4为无认可的非正规产品,因此,在步骤S15中,以表示更换后的强电蓄电池4为无认可的非正规产品的方式,将蓄电池标志BFLAG设置为0。
因此,步骤S13~步骤S15相当于本发明的蓄电池适当与否判定装置。
在步骤S11中,在判断为点火开关11不是设为接通(ON)之后不久,而是第二次以后的情况下,控制进入步骤S16~步骤S18,根据强电蓄电池4的上述适当与否判定结果(蓄电池标志BFLAG),如下进行电动机5的输出控制。
在步骤S16中,检查上述的蓄电池标志BFLAG是否为1,即检查更换后的强电蓄电池4对于电动车辆1为被认可的正规产品,还是无认可的非正规产品。
如果蓄电池标志BFLAG为1(如果更换后的强电蓄电池4为被认可的正规产品),则控制进入步骤S17,如上述通常那样输出控制电动机5。
但是,如果蓄电池标志BFLAG为0(如果更换后的强电蓄电池4为无认可的非正规产品),则控制进入步骤S18,以与上述通常的输出控制不同的方式输出限制电动机5。
步骤S18中的电动机输出限制用于向驾驶员通知更换后的强电蓄电池4为无认可的非正规产品的异常,并促使尽快的再更换,
例如,采用因强电蓄电池4有缺陷而弱电蓄电池9的电压向10V降低时的上述的电动机输出限制方式,在允许电动机5的驱动的状态下,以车速VSP抑制在20km/h的方式限制电动机5的输出。
因此,步骤S18相当于本发明的输出限制装置。
(实施例的效果)
根据上述的本实施例的无认可蓄电池更换时对策控制,在更换后的强电蓄电池4对电动车辆1而言为无认可的蓄电池的情况下,在允许电动机5的驱动的状态下,以车速VSP抑制在20km/h的方式限制其输出,因此,通过该电动机输出限制,驾驶员能够在行驶开始之后不久就认识到更换后的强电蓄电池为无认可蓄电池的异常。
但是,即使对电动机5进行输出限制,也是允许电动机5的驱动的状态,因此,电动车辆1在上述电动机输出限制下可在车速VSP≤20km/h下自动行驶。
因此,可以尽快进行将电动车辆1带到修理厂或蓄电池架并再次更换为正规认可的强电蓄电池等处理,可以预先防止长时间使用无认可蓄电池而引起故障的发生,并且,还能够避免使电动车辆1拖动到修理厂或蓄电池架所花费的时间、费用增加的问题。
另外,可使驾驶员认识到更换后的强电蓄电池为无认可蓄电池,而立即进行认可的强电蓄电池的再次更换,因此,能够促使不使用无认可的强电蓄电池,并能够防止制造上述的无认可的强电蓄电池。
另外,在本实施例中,在强电蓄电池4的适当与否判定时,通过对照每个强电蓄电池所附带的识别符号(ID)和预定的识别符号(ID),判定更换后的强电蓄电池相对于电动车辆1为被认可的强电蓄电池,还是无认可的强电蓄电池,因此,仅通过对照识别符号(ID),有利于可简单且瞬间进行强电蓄电池4的适当与否判定。
而且,在对无认可的强电蓄电池的更换时的电动机5的输出限制时,直接采用因强电蓄电池4有缺陷而弱电蓄电池(停车锁定电源)9的电压向10V降低时的电动机输出限制方式,且以车速VSP抑制在20km/h的方式限制电动机5的输出,因此,不需要构建特别的专用的控制方式,只是直接采用现有的电动机输出限制方式的简单的控制,能够实现上述的预期的目的。
另外,在电动机5的输出限制时,以车速VSP抑制在20km/h的方式进行该电动机输出限制,因此,通过限制驾驶员最敏感地感觉到异常的车速,对无认可的强电蓄电池的更换进行报警,使驾驶员能够更可靠地认识到该情况,能够使上述效果更加显著。

Claims (4)

1.一种电动车辆的无认可蓄电池更换时对策装置,该电动车辆至少将通过来自可更换的蓄电池的电力驱动的电动机作为动力源的一部分,其特征在于,
所述电动车辆具备通过与所述蓄电池分体的辅机电源进行动作的电动辅机,该辅机电源通过来自所述蓄电池的电力被充电,并且,在所述蓄电池不能充电时,根据该辅机电源的容量降低,限制所述动力源的输出,
该无认可蓄电池更换时对策装置具备:
蓄电池适当与否判定装置,其判定更换后的蓄电池相对于该电动车辆是被认可的蓄电池,还是未被认可的无认可蓄电池;

2.如权利要求1所述的电动车辆的无认可蓄电池更换时对策装置,其特征在于,
所述蓄电池适当与否判定装置通过对照每个蓄电池所附带的识别符号和预定的识别符号,判定所述更换后的蓄电池相对于该电动车辆是被认可的蓄电池,还是未被认可的无认可的蓄电池。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电动车辆的无认可蓄电池更换时对策装置,其特征在于,
所述输出限制装置以抑制电动车辆的对地速度的方式进行所述输出限制。
4.如权利要求3所述的电动车辆的无认可蓄电池更换时对策装置,其特征在于,
所述电动车辆具备通过与所述蓄电池分体的辅机电源进行动作的电动辅机,该辅机电源通过来自所述蓄电池的电力被充电,并且,在所述蓄电池有缺陷时,根据该辅机电源的容量降低,限制所述对地速度,
所述输出限制装置采用与所述辅机电源的容量降低对应的对地速度限制方式。
