Abstract
本发明公开了一种注塑成型汽车冷却水管的切割装置,它包括一个机架,机架的工作台面上设有二个固定支架,固定支架的上端面上各具有二个夹头,固定支架上还设有若干个定位块,工作台面上还具有三台切割机。工作台面上具有二个落料口,落料口分别通过落料槽与位于工作台面下方的废料箱相连通。通过定位块与夹头,把注塑成型的半成品汽车冷却水管定位并固定在工作台面的固定支架上,通过三台切割机同时对冷却水管半成品分割成进水管与出水管,并切除进料辅助段与喷水辅助段,以实现整个切割及切割前准备、切割后取料的自动化,既大大提高了生产效率,同时也保证了切割的精确性。

一种注塑成型汽车冷却水管的切割装置
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种汽车冷却水管生产设备,具体的说是对已经注塑成型后一体式的进水管与出水管进行分切,并切除二头的辅助段的切割装置。
背景技术
[0002] 汽车冷却水管由一根进水管和一根出水管为一组组合使用,其管身呈不规则的弯曲状,通常由不锈钢无缝钢管通过3D异形管进行弯折而成,管身上的支架再通过人工焊接上去,其弯折和焊接加工需耗费大量的人工,并且采用这种形式加工而成的汽车冷却水管质量的可靠性、均一性较差,焊缝易锈蚀,耐振动疲劳的性能较差。现在有通过水辅注塑成型的塑料材质的汽车冷却水管,为注塑时的方便,同时也是为了节省模具与生产时间,通常把进水管与出水管连成一体后一次性注塑而成。这样,在完成注塑后需把进水管与出水管分割开来,同时,还需把二端的进料辅助段与喷水辅助段切除。现在通常采用人工的方式来分割进水管与出水管、及切除进料辅助段与喷水辅助段,不但效率极低,切割质量也不能保证。
发明内容
[0003] 为克服上述缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种能基本实现全自动的注塑成型汽车冷却水管的切割装置,其不但能大大的提高生产效率,同时也能保证切割质量。
[0004] 为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种注塑成型汽车冷却水管的切割装置,它包括一个机架,所述机架的工作台面上设有二个固定支架,所述固定支架的上端面上各具有二个夹头,所述固定支架上还设有若干个定位块,所述工作台面上还具有三台切割机。

[0006] 本发明的注塑成型汽车冷却水管的切割装置还包括一个控制中心,所述夹头与切割机分别与控制中心控制连接。

[0008] 采用了本发明的切割装置,通过定位块与夹头,把注塑成型的半成品汽车冷却水管定位并固定在工作台面的固定支架上,通过三台切割机同时对冷却水管半成品分割成进水管与出水管,并切除进料辅助段与喷水辅助段,同时,通过控制中心对上述动作进行自动控制,以实现整个切割及切割前准备、切割后取料的自动化,既大大提高了生产效率,同时也保证了切割的精确性。

具体实施方式
[0011] 如图1和图2所示,本发明公开了一种注塑成型汽车冷却水管的切割装置,其创新点在于它包括一个机架1,所述机架I的工作台面2上设有二个固定支架3,所述固定支架3的上端面上各具有二个夹头4,所述固定支架3上还设有若干个定位块11,所述工作台面2上还具有三台切割机5,通常切割机5为带有气缸或油缸的自动进退切割机。具体工作时,先把注塑完成的冷却水管14的半成品放置固定支架3上,并通过定位块11把位置定位好,再通过夹头4把冷却水管14夹紧固定住,开启切割机5分别把进料辅助段12与喷水辅助段13切除,并把冷却水管14的进水管与出水管分割开来,切割时可以分别进行切割,也可以同时进行切割。切割完成后,退回切割机5,并松开夹头4,把分割成的进水管与出水管从固定以架3上取走,即完成了切割工作,由于在切割时冷却水管14是被定位并固定的,所以可以保证每次切割的位置的同一性,保证了切割的精确性。
[0012] 本发明的注塑成型汽车冷却水管的切割装置的另一个创新点在于所述工作台面2上具有二个落料口 8,所述落料口 8分别通过落料槽9与位于工作台面2下方的废料箱10相连通。所述落料口 8的位置需与冷却水管14固定到固定支架3后的位置相匹配,具体的说就是冷却水管14固定到固定支架3后,二个落料口 8分别位于进料辅助段12与喷水辅助段13的正下方,这样,当进料辅助段12与喷水辅助段13被切除后,会落入相对应的落料口 8内,并通过落料槽9最终滑入废料箱10中,操作人员只需定时把废料箱10清空即可,省却了对工作台面2的清理工作。
[0013] 为了实现整个切割以及切割前、切割后工作的自动化,本发明的注塑成型汽车冷却水管的切割装置还可包括一个控制中心6,所述夹头4与切割机5分别与控制中心6控制连接。这样,操作人员只需把冷却水管14的半成品放置固定支架3上定好位,通过控制中心6控制夹头4夹紧,并在冷却水管14得到固定后马上控制三个切割机5同时对三个位置进行切割,在完成切割后,控制中心6控制三个切割机5复位,同时控制夹头4松开,操作人员即可以方便的把分割成进水管和出水管的冷却水管14从固定支架3上取走。
[0014] 如图3所示,为了进一步实现自动化,本发明的注塑成型汽车冷却水管的切割装置还可以包括二个自动机械手7,所述自动机械手7分别与控制中心6控制连接。这样,当完成三个位置的切割,并在夹头4松开后,通过控制中心6控制自动机构手7把分割成进水管和出水管的冷却水管14从固定支架3上取走。

1.一种注塑成型汽车冷却水管的切割装置,其特征在于它包括一个机架(I),所述机架(I)的工作台面(2)上设有二个固定支架(3),所述固定支架(3)的上端面上各具有二个夹头(4),所述固定支架(3 )上还设有若干个定位块(11),所述工作台面(2 )上还具有三台切割机(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注塑成型汽车冷却水管的切割装置,其特征在于所述工作台面(2)上具有二个落料口(8),所述落料口(8)分别通过落料槽(9)与位于工作台面(2)下方的废料箱(10)相连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的注塑成型汽车冷却水管的切割装置,其特征在于它还包括一个控制中心(6),所述夹头(4)与切割机(5)分别与控制中心(6)控制连接。
4.根据权利要3所述的注塑成型汽车冷却水管的切割装置,其特征在于它还包括二个自动机械手(7),所述自动机械手(7)分别与控制中心(6)控制连接。
