技术领域
本发明汽车零部件的冲压加工领域，尤其是涉及雨刮上加强板的加工装置领域，具体为汽车雨刮上加强板的成型模具。
背景技术
原有汽车雨刮上加强板20（其结构见图4和图5），其圆弧面冲压加工时采用一步成型的方法，即加强板圆弧面只经过一道冲压工序便加工至所需尺寸，由于加强板材质较薄，一步成型过程中所受弹性应力大，容易折断，废品率高，同时，雨刮上加强板其压筋加工和其圆弧面弯折加工为两道工序，使用两套单工序模，生产周期长，生产成本大。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了汽车雨刮上加强板的成型模具，其为雨刮上加强板其圆弧面过渡成型模具，其减小了加强板圆弧面所受弹性应力，降低了废品率，同时，其压筋部位和圆弧面弯折加工同时进行，缩减了加工周期，减少了模具储备，进一步降低了生产成本。
其技术方案是这样的，汽车雨刮上加强板的成型模具，其包括上模板和下模板，所述上模板和所述下模板通过导柱、导套连接，所述上模板下安装有凹模，所述下模板上安装有凸模结构，所述凸模结构包括成型凸模，其特征在于：所述成型凸模结构包括压筋镶件，所述压筋镶件设有两组，位于所述成型凸模右侧其纵向两端安装有所述压筋镶件。
其进一步特征在于：
所述凸模结构还包括卸料板、固定板和垫板，所述成型凸模固定于所述固定板内，所述固定板通过所述垫板固定于所述下模板上，所述固定板上方安装有所述卸料板，所述卸料板底面与所述下模板之间安装有压缩弹簧，所述压筋镶件镶装于所述成型凸模与所述固定板之间、并自下而上穿过所述固定板和所述卸料板；
所述卸料板上、位于雨刮上加强板外侧周向安装有挡料销；
所述上模板上安装有模柄，所述下模板下安装有模脚。
采用本发明后，其有益效果在于其凹模、成型凸模圆弧面尺寸大于加强板加工尺寸，加强板圆弧面经过过渡冲裁，然后再进行成型冲裁，减小了加强板圆弧面所受弹性应力、不易折断，提高了加强板加工的合格率，同时，其压筋部位和圆弧面弯折加工同时进行，缩减了加工周期，减少了模具储备，进一步降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
见图1、图2和图3，汽车雨刮上加强板的成型模具，其包括上模板1和下模板2，上模板1和下模板2通过导柱13、导套12连接，上模板1下安装有凹模3，下模板2上安装有凸模结构，凸模结构包括成型凸模9，成型凸模9结构包括压筋镶件8，压筋镶件8设有两组，位于成型凸模9右侧其纵向两端安装有压筋镶件8；凸模结构还包括卸料板7、固定板6和垫板5，成型凸模9固定于固定板6上，固定板6通过垫板5固定于下模板2上，固定板上6方安装有卸料板7，卸料板7左侧下端与下模板2之间安装有压缩弹簧14，压筋镶件8镶装于成型凸模9与固定板6之间、并自下而上穿过固定板6和卸料板7；卸料板7上、位于雨刮上加强板外侧周向安装有挡料销10；上模板1上安装有模柄11，下模板2下安装有模脚4。

1.汽车雨刮上加强板的成型模具，其包括上模板和下模板，所述上模板和所述下模板通过导柱、导套连接，所述上模板下安装有凹模，所述下模板上安装有凸模结构，所述凸模结构包括成型凸模，其特征在于：所述成型凸模结构包括压筋镶件，所述压筋镶件设有两组，位于所述成型凸模右侧其纵向两端安装有所述压筋镶件；所述凸模结构还包括卸料板、固定板和垫板，所述成型凸模固定于所述固定板内，所述固定板通过所述垫板固定于所述下模板上，所述固定板上方安装有所述卸料板，所述卸料板底面与所述下模板之间安装有压缩弹簧，所述压筋镶件镶装于所述成型凸模与所述固定板之间、并自下而上穿过所述固定板和所述卸料板；所述卸料板上、位于雨刮上加强板外侧周向安装有挡料销；所述上模板上安装有模柄，所述下模板下安装有模脚。
