[0001] 本发明汽车零部件的冲压加工领域,尤其是涉及雨刮上加强板的加工装置领域,具体为汽车雨刮上加强板的成型模具。
背景技术
[0002] 原有汽车雨刮上加强板20 (其结构见图4和图5),其圆弧面冲压加工时采用一步成型的方法,即加强板圆弧面只经过一道冲压工序便加工至所需尺寸,由于加强板材质较薄,一步成型过程中所受弹性应力大,容易折断,废品率高,同时,雨刮上加强板其压筋加工和其圆弧面弯折加工为两道工序,使用两套单工序模,生产周期长,生产成本大。
发明内容
[0003] 针对上述问题,本发明提供了汽车雨刮上加强板的成型模具,其为雨刮上加强板其圆弧面过渡成型模具,其减小了加强板圆弧面所受弹性应力,降低了废品率,同时,其压筋部位和圆弧面弯折加工同时进行,缩减了加工周期,减少了模具储备,进一步降低了生产成本。

[0015] 见图1、图2和图3,汽车雨刮上加强板的成型模具,其包括上模板I和下模板2,上模板I和下模板2通过导柱13、导套12连接,上模板I下安装有凹模3,下模板2上安装有凸模结构,凸模结构包括成型凸模9,成型凸模9结构包括压筋镶件8,压筋镶件8设有两组,位于成型凸模9右侧其纵向两端安装有压筋镶件8 ;凸模结构还包括卸料板7、固定板6和垫板5,成型凸模9固定于固定板6上,固定板6通过垫板5固定于下模板2上,固定板上6方安装有卸料板7,卸料板7左侧下端与下模板2之间安装有压缩弹簧14,压筋镶件8镶装于成型凸模9与固定板6之间、并自下而上穿过固定板6和卸料板7 ;卸料板7上、位于雨刮上加强板外侧周向安装有挡料销10 ;上模板I上安装有模柄11,下模板2下安装有模脚4。

1.汽车雨刮上加强板的成型模具,其包括上模板和下模板,所述上模板和所述下模板通过导柱、导套连接,所述上模板下安装有凹模,所述下模板上安装有凸模结构,所述凸模结构包括成型凸模,其特征在于:所述成型凸模结构包括压筋镶件,所述压筋镶件设有两组,位于所述成型凸模右侧其纵向两端安装有所述压筋镶件;所述凸模结构还包括卸料板、固定板和垫板,所述成型凸模固定于所述固定板内,所述固定板通过所述垫板固定于所述下模板上,所述固定板上方安装有所述卸料板,所述卸料板底面与所述下模板之间安装有压缩弹簧,所述压筋镶件镶装于所述成型凸模与所述固定板之间、并自下而上穿过所述固定板和所述卸料板;所述卸料板上、位于雨刮上加强板外侧周向安装有挡料销;所述上模板上安装有模柄,所述下模板下安装有模脚。
