本发明涉及一种沼气反应器内的梯度循环搅拌方法及其厌氧反应器,所述的厌氧反应器,包括罐体、沼气管和进料管,所述的沼气管安装在罐体的顶端,所述的进料管安装在罐体一侧的底部,其特征在于:所述的罐体内的上部和底部分别设置有沉淀区和导流锥,所述的沉淀区的外围设置有溢流堰,该溢流堰高于所述的沉淀区,所述的溢流堰与罐体外的液体排放机构连接,所述的罐体内的混合物料通过梯度循环搅拌系统上下翻动。

沼气反应器内的梯度循环搅拌方法及其厌氧反应器
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及沼气工程技术领域,具体的是一种沼气反应器内的梯度循环搅拌方法及其厌氧反应器。
背景技术
[0002]目前,我国大型沼气工程技术一般采用立式圆柱体厌氧反应器,搅拌工艺一般采用出水回流搅拌和机械搅拌两种方式。出水回流搅拌和机械搅拌各有其优缺点,在此不做赘述。采用出水回流搅拌的立式厌氧反应器一般包括进料系统、出料系统、出水回流搅拌系统、沼气收集系统等部分。物料首先通过进料系统进入立式厌氧反应器底部,与厌氧反应器底部污泥床活性污泥进行混合反应。在大量厌氧菌的作用下,物料逐渐进行消化,产生沼气。产生的沼气与物料、污泥附着在一起,产生一定密度差,使得沼气与物料共同上浮。沼气与物料在上浮至反应器顶部时,沼气逸出水面,通过沼气收集系统被收集,脱气后的物料在重力作用下沉降,逐渐沉降至厌氧反应器底部。完成浮起、沉降的内部循环过程。理论上,物料在厌氧反应器几次内部循环后,大量有机物得到降解,消化液通过出料系统排出反应器外。为提高厌氧反应器的消化速率,提高物料与菌种的传质效果,厌氧反应器设出水回流搅拌系统,其工艺一般采用循环水栗,用水栗吸取厌氧罐出料系统排出的清液然后用栗强制回流至反应器底部的方式进行搅拌。采用这一搅拌方式一般能够获得所需搅拌强度,但回流搅拌带来很高的升流速度,在高的流速作用下,造成的现实后果是:1、悬浮物过多,厌氧出水水质变差,许多未经分解的物料被带出系统,反应器内固体停留时间太短,造成不必要的浪费。2、水力搅拌强度与出水带料之间产生矛盾,难以实现在高强度搅拌条件下的出水带料问题,使得工艺控制困难,产气率低。
发明内容
[0003] 为了解决沼气工程中厌氧反应器出料悬浮物过高、产气效率过低的缺陷,本发明提供了一种沼气反应器内的梯度循环搅拌方法及其厌氧反应器。本发明的技术方案是:一种沼气反应器内的梯度循环搅拌方法,包括以下步骤:
[0004] (I)、将罐体内的混合物料自罐体的底部循环至罐体的中上部;
[0005] (2)、混合物料自罐体的中上部然后输送至罐体底部,往复循环;
[0006] (3)、产生的上清液自罐体上部的一侧排出;沼气自罐体的顶部排出。
[0007] —种厌氧反应器,包括罐体、沼气管和进料管,所述的沼气管安装在罐体的顶端,所述的进料管安装在罐体一侧的底部,其特征在于:所述的罐体内的上部和底部分别设置有沉淀区和导流锥,所述的沉淀区的外围设置有溢流堰,该溢流堰高于所述的沉淀区,所述的溢流堰与罐体外的液体排放机构连接,所述的罐体内的混合物料通过梯度循环搅拌系统上下翻动。
[0008] 所述的梯度循环搅拌系统包括吸水喇叭口、缓冲回流管、循环水栗、强制循环主管、强制循环支管和喷头,所述的吸水喇叭口安装在罐体内的中上部,通过缓冲回流管与安装在罐体外部的循环水栗的进水口相连接,所述的循环水栗的出水口连接有强制循环主管,该强制循环主管水平深入罐体的内部,其上设置有数个强制循环支管,每一支管的出水端均安装有喷头。
[0009] 所述的液体排放机构包括U型管、储液容器和出料管,所述的U型管的一端与溢流堰连通,另一端与罐体外部的储液容器相连通,所述的储液容器上连接有出料管。

[0011] 本发明的优点是:采用了梯度搅拌,可以为沼气工程等领域提供一种运行成本低廉、操作简单、安全可靠、强度可控;可以弥补其他厌氧反应器搅拌工艺的不足,降低能耗,提高沼气产率,操作简便、运行平稳。

[0018] 所述的梯度循环搅拌系统包括吸水喇叭口 1、缓冲回流管2、循环水栗3、强制循环主管4、强制循环支管5和喷头6,所述的吸水喇叭口 I安装在罐体8内的中上部,通过缓冲回流管2与安装在罐体8外部的循环水栗3的进水口相连接,所述的循环水栗3的出水口连接有强制循环主管4,该强制循环主管4水平伸入罐体8的内部,接近罐体8的底部,其上设置有数个强制循环支管5,每一支管5的出水端均安装有喷头6。

[0021] 本发明的工作原理:图中的箭头方向表示混合物料的流动方向,物料通过进料管9输送到罐体内,进入罐体内的物料与活性污泥中的菌种充分接触,在厌氧菌的作用下,物料与菌种进行厌氧反应产生沼气。厌氧消化后的混合物料和反应生成的沼气沿罐体8底部向上缓慢上升,到达反应器上部时,沼气溢出,经沼气管15排出反应器输送至水封器后供用户使用;罐体8内上清液通过溢流堰13收集后经U型管12排出罐体,排出的沼液经出料管10自流到沼液池,作为液肥利用;为提高反应器的产气速率,需对罐体内的混合物料进行充分搅拌,带变频调速的循环水栗3与吸水喇叭口 I通过缓冲回流管2相连接,通过吸水喇叭口 I吸取中上部流动性能良好的混合液体,栗加压后经强制循环主管4分配至强制循环支管5,以一定流速经喷头6沿圆周切向喷出,切向喷出的液体能够带动反应器底部污泥层进行旋流搅拌,使进料与污泥充分混合,提高传质效果。在搅拌过程中,可以通过变频调速系统控制循环水栗3的流量,对搅拌强度进行调控。由于吸水喇叭口 I所处位置为反应器中上部反应器沉淀区14以下,循环水栗的循环量大小对沉淀区不会造成扰动,使得出水携带的悬浮物比较稳定,不会随循环量的变化造成出水悬浮物的变化,以实现梯度搅拌的功能。

Claims (3)

1.一种沼气反应器内的梯度循环搅拌方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:物料通过进料管输送到罐体内,进入罐体内的物料与活性污泥中的菌种充分接触,在厌氧菌的作用下,物料与菌种进行厌氧反应产生沼气;厌氧消化后的混合物料和反应生成的沼气沿罐体底部向上缓慢上升,到达反应器上部时,沼气溢出,经沼气管排出反应器输送至水封器后供用户使用;罐体内上清液通过溢流堰收集后经U型管排出罐体,排出的沼液经出料管自流到沼液池,作为液肥利用;为提高反应器的产气速率,需对罐体内的混合物料进行充分搅拌,带变频调速的循环水栗与吸水喇叭口通过缓冲回流管相连接,通过吸水喇叭口吸取中上部流动性能良好的混合液体,栗加压后经强制循环主管分配至强制循环支管,经喷头沿圆周切向喷出,切向喷出的液体能够带动反应器底部污泥层进行旋流搅拌,使进料与污泥充分混合; 实施梯度循环搅拌方法的厌氧反应器,包括罐体、沼气管和进料管,所述的沼气管安装在罐体的顶端,所述的进料管安装在罐体一侧的底部,所述的罐体内的上部和底部分别设置有沉淀区和导流锥,所述的沉淀区的外围设置有溢流堰,该溢流堰高于所述的沉淀区,所述的溢流堰与罐体外的液体排放机构连接,所述的罐体内的混合物料通过梯度循环搅拌系统上下翻动; 所述的梯度循环搅拌系统包括吸水喇叭口、缓冲回流管、循环水栗、强制循环主管、强制循环支管和喷头,所述的吸水喇叭口安装在罐体内的中上部,通过缓冲回流管与安装在罐体外部的循环水栗的进水口相连接,所述的循环水栗的出水口连接有强制循环主管,该强制循环主管水平深入罐体的内部,其上设置有数个强制循环支管,每一支管的出水端均安装有喷头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沼气反应器内的梯度循环搅拌方法,其特征在于:所述的液体排放机构包括U型管、储液容器和出料管,所述的U型管的一端与溢流堰连通,另一端与罐体外部的储液容器相连通,所述的储液容器上连接有出料管。
