技术领域
本发明涉及工装夹具技术领域，尤其涉及一种用于对精密薄弧面工件钻斜孔用的定位夹具。
背景技术
如图1和图2所示的工件1，其有两个圆弧面11和圆弧面13及其侧壁上有一个圆孔14，需要在圆弧面13上打通孔12，由于圆弧面11和圆弧面13均有一定的弧度，在对其进行装夹固定时，圆弧面11与工装不能发生相互移动，保证通孔12的加工精度。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的上述问题，提供一种弧面打斜孔定位工装，其结构简单，操作简便，定位加工精度高。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
弧面打斜孔定位工装，包括定位板和压块，定位板的侧壁的顶部安装有定位柱，定位板上的弧面的弧度与工件上的圆弧面的弧度相同；压块的外圆尺寸大于工件上圆孔的尺寸；压块通过螺栓将工件固定在定位板上；
进一步的技术方案如下：
所述定位板上的定位柱为三个，其中一个位于工件的侧壁处，两个位于工件的底部；
所述定位板的侧壁带有定位孔。
本发明的优点在于：在基座上设置与工件需要打孔处的弧面相一致的弧面，同时在弧面的底部设置定位销，对工件进行定位；在基座上还设置斜面，斜面上带有定位孔，通过螺栓对工件进行定位，使工件的位置固定；将基座上的弧面与斜面对称设置，通过两次装夹，可以对工件弧面上的两个斜孔进行加工；本发明结构简单，操作简便，定位加工精度高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1至图3所示，本发明包括定位板2和压块4，定位板2的侧壁23的顶部安装有定位柱3，定位柱3为三个，其中一个位于工件1的侧壁处，两个位于工件1的底部，用于支撑定位工件1；定位板2上的弧面22的弧度与工件1上的圆弧面11的弧度相同，弧面22对工件1的精确定位；压块4的外圆尺寸大于工件1上圆孔14的尺寸；压块4通过螺栓5将工件1固定在定位板2上；定位板2的侧壁23上带有定位孔21，可将定位板2与设备上的定位装置固定；
本发明的使用操作方法如下：
第一步，将工件1上的圆弧面11与定位板2上的圆弧面22相接触，保证工件1的侧壁和底部均与定位销3相接触；
第二步，将压块4套在螺栓5上，并使压块4对正工件1上的圆孔14，将工件1固定压紧在定位板2的侧壁23上；
第三步，在工件1上的圆弧面13上进行钻孔加工，打出斜孔12；
第四步，使定位板发生一定角度的转动，分别钻出两个斜孔12。

Claims (3)

1.弧面打斜孔定位工装，包括定位板（2）和压块（4），其特征在于：定位板（2）的侧壁（23）的顶部安装有定位柱（3），定位板（2）上的弧面（22）的弧度与工件（1）上的圆弧面（11）的弧度相同；压块（4）的外圆尺寸大于工件（1）上圆孔（14）的尺寸；压块（4）通过螺栓（5）将工件（1）固定在定位板（2）上。
2.如权利要求1所述的弧面打斜孔定位工装，其特征在于：定位板（2）上的定位柱（3）为三个，其中一个位于工件（1）的侧壁处，两个位于工件（1）的底部。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的弧面打斜孔定位工装，其特征在于：定位板（2）的侧壁（23）带有定位孔（21）。
