Abstract

本发明涉及显示装置技术领域,公开了一种直下式背光模组。包括背板、以及位于背板上的多个灯条,每一个灯条上设有由多个发光二极管组成的灯组,还包括:多根导线;所述灯组具有正/负两个接线端,每一个灯条上,灯组的正/负接线端与对应的导线之间通过一对相互卡合的插头和插槽电连接。上述直下式背光模组,在组装灯条时,可以通过导线、以及每一对插头和插槽卡合实现多个灯条中每一个灯条之间的串联或者并联。所以,本发明提供的直下式背光模组,便于安装和单独更换单个灯条。本发明还提供了一种具有上述背光模组的显示装置,具有较高的生产效率。

Description

一种直下式背光模组及显示装置
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及显示装置技术领域,特别涉及一种直下式背光模组及液晶显示装置。
背景技术
[0002] 液晶显示装置的背光方式为侧入式、直下式,侧入式背光模组超薄节能,直下式背光模组对画面的表现较为优异,亮度均匀度较高。
[0003] 现有技术下,每一个灯条之间通过印刷电路板实现连接,具体的连接方法为:在灯条的两端焊接有印刷电路板,通过焊接的印刷电路板实现单个灯条之间的串联或者并联以及与电源连接。
[0004] 但是,这种连接方法,需要每一个灯条与电路板之间通过焊接实现电连接,连接起来比较复杂,且不便于更换单个灯条。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明提供了一种直下式背光模组,便于安装和单独更换单个灯条。
[0006] 本发明还提供一种显示装置,具有较高的生产效率。
[0007] 为达到上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
[0008] 一种直下式背光模组,包括:背板、以及位于所述背板上的多个灯条,每一个所述灯条上设有由多个发光二极管组成的灯组,还包括:
[0009] 多根导线;
[0010] 所述灯组具有正/负两个接线端,每一个所述灯条上,所述灯组的正/负接线端与对应的所述导线之间通过一对相互卡合的插头和插槽电连接。
[0011 ] 优选地,每一对所述插头和插槽中,所述插槽设有卡口 ;所述插头朝向所述卡口的一面具有弹片,所述弹片的一端设有与所述卡口卡合的弯折部。
[0012] 优选地,所述卡口位于所述插槽背离所述灯条的一侧。
[0013] 优选地,每一个所述灯条中,与所述灯组的正接线端对应的所述插槽设置于所述灯条的一端,与所述灯组的负接线端对应的所述插槽设置于所述灯条的另一端。
[0014] 优选地,所述背板上设有允许所述导线与电源电连接的出线口。
[0015] 优选地,每一个所述插槽焊接在对应的所述灯条上。
[0016] 优选地,每一个所述插槽可拆卸的安装于对应的所述灯条上。
[0017] 本发明还提供了一种显示装置,背板、以及位于所述背板上的多个灯条,每一个所述灯条上设有由多个发光二极管组成的灯组,还包括:

[0019] 所述灯组具有正/负两个接线端,每一个所述灯条上,所述灯组的正/负接线端与对应的所述导线之间通过一对相互卡合的插头和插槽电连接。

[0022] 所以,本发明提供的直下式背光模组,便于安装和单独更换单个灯条。
[0023] 本发明还提供了一种显示装置,由于包括上述背光模组,组装灯条时,比较方便,所以,本发明提供的显示装置,具有较高的生产效率。

[0033] 本发明实施例中提供了一种直下式背光模组,如图1所示,包括:背板4、以及位于背板4上的多个灯条1,每一个灯条I上设有由多个发光二极管11组成的灯组,还包括:

[0035] 灯组具有正/负两个接线端,每一个灯条I上,如图2所示,灯组的正接线端与对应的导线3之间通过一对相互卡合的插头22和插槽21实现电连接;灯组的负接线端与对应的导线3也通过同样的方式实现电连接。
[0036] 本发明提供的直下式背光模组,在组装灯条时,可以通过导线3、以及每一对插头22和插槽21卡合实现多个灯条中每一个灯条I之间的串联或者并联。
[0037] 本发明提供的直下式背光模组,在组装灯条时,避免了上述背景技术中提到的通过直接焊接在印刷电路板上实现多个灯条中每一个灯条之间的串联或者并联。
[0038] 所以,本发明提供的直下式背光模组,便于安装和单独更换单个灯条。
[0039] 进一步地,如图3所示,上述每一对插头22和插槽21中,插槽21设有卡口 211 ;如图4所示,上述插头22朝向卡口 211的一面具有弹片221,弹片221的一端设有与卡口 211卡合的弯折部222。将插头22插入插槽21内的过程中,插头21上的弹片221将向背离卡口 211的一面压缩变形,当弯折部222位于卡口 211下方时,弹片221弹起,从而带动弯折部222卡合在卡口 211内。更好的实现插头22和插槽21的卡合配合。
[0040] 为了便于将插头22插入插槽21中,优选地,上述卡口 211位于插槽21背离灯条I的一侧。
[0041] 为了便于实现单个灯条I之间的串联或者并联,如图1,优选地,每一个灯条I中,与灯组的正接线端对应的插槽21设置于灯条I的一端,与灯组的负接线端对应的插槽21设置于灯条I的另一端。
[0042] 如图1所示,上述背板4上还设有允许导线3与电源电连接的出线口 41,将各个灯条I串联或者并联后,将导线3从背板4上设有的允许导线3与电源电连接的出线口 41。
[0043] 每一个插槽21可以通过多种方式固定在每一个灯条I上:

[0045] 每一个插槽21焊接在对应的灯条I上。通过焊接的方法固定插槽21可以防止接触不良的现象发生。

[0047] 每一个插槽21可拆卸的安装于对应的灯条I上。插槽21可以通过卡扣安装,也可以通过其它方式安装,这里就不再一一赘述,可拆卸的安装插槽21,当对应的灯条I坏掉时,可以单独更换灯条I,节约成本。
[0048] 如图5所示,为了便于将插头22从插槽21中拔出,本发明还提供了一种开启弯折部222的翘针23。当需要将插头22从插槽21中拔出时,可以用翘针23向下压插头22的弯折部222,弹片221将向背离卡口 211的一面压缩变形,从而使得弯折部222从卡口 211中退出,进而方便插头22从插槽21中拔出。
[0049] 上述方式二中,插头22和插槽21的材料可以为塑料,也可以为金属材料以,也可以采用其他的材料,这里就不再一一赘述。

[0051] 本发明实施例还提供了一种显示装置,包括显示面板,还包括上述直下式背光模组。
[0052] 本发明实施例提供的显示装置,在组装时,由于具有上述直下式背光模组,故在安装灯条I时,可以通过插头22和插槽21的卡合配合,从而实现单个灯条I间的串联或者并联,从而可以节约人力和时间,所以,本发明提供的显示装置,具有较高的生产效率。
[0053] 显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (7)

1.一种直下式背光模组,包括:背板、以及位于所述背板上的多个灯条,每一个所述灯条上设有由多个发光二极管组成的灯组,其特征在于,还包括: 多根导线; 所述灯组具有正/负两个接线端,每一个所述灯条上,所述灯组的正/负接线端与对应的所述导线之间通过一对相互卡合的插头和插槽电连接,其中:每一对所述插头和插槽中,所述插槽设有卡口 ;所述插头朝向所述卡口的一面具有弹片,所述弹片的一端设有与所述卡口卡合的弯折部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于,所述卡口位于所述插槽背离所述灯条的一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于,每一个所述灯条中,与所述灯组的正接线端对应的所述插槽设置于所述灯条的一端,与所述灯组的负接线端对应的所述插槽设置于所述灯条的另一端。
4.根据权利要求3所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于,所述背板上设有允许所述导线与电源电连接的出线口。
5.根据权利要求4所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于,每一个所述插槽焊接在对应的所述灯条上。
6.根据权利要求4所述的直下式背光模组,其特征在于,每一个所述插槽可拆卸的安装于对应的所述灯条上。
7.一种显示装置,包括显示面板,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1〜6任一项所述的直下式背光模组。
