Abstract

本发明揭示一种可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构,包含一电源构件及一发光构件。电源构件具有一电源电路及一第一连接器。发光构件具有一发光电路及一第二连接器。其中电源构件及发光构件通过一结合手段相组合,同时第一连接器与第二连接器电性连接。故使用者能通过第一结合部与第二结合部相组合或分离而抽换其中一构件以延续灯泡结构的使用寿命。

Description

可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构
【技术领域】
本发明是有关于一种灯泡结构,特别是一种可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构。
【背景技术】
随着环保意识的抬头,人们渐渐以省电的发光二极管灯泡(Light emittingdiode,LED Lamp)取代传统的钨丝灯泡。然而,这样的取代不只是为了环保而已,发光二极管灯泡更具有使用寿命长的优点。一般来说,于正常室温下发光二极管的寿命可达35000至50000小时。
然而,实际上发光二极管灯泡的寿命却无法达到35000至50000小时,原因为发光二极管灯泡还另具有其余组件如桥式整流器、滤波器、箝位器、整流器及电压调整器。这些组件内设有电解电容,而电解电容虽然具有较大容量,但却容易在高负载及高温的情况下损坏,故当电解电容损坏时,就得更换整颗发光二极管灯泡。如此一来,其它无损坏的组件也会一并被更换而造成无形的浪费。
【发明内容】
本发明是关于一种可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构,借以解决先前技术所存在当发光二极管灯泡其中一组件损坏时,就得更换整颗灯泡的问题。
一实施例所揭示的可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构,其包含一电源构件及一发光构件。其中,电源构件包含一灯座、一电源电路、一第一连接器及一电性接头。灯座具有一第一结合部。第一连接器、电性接头及电源电路皆设置于灯座,且第一连接器电性连接电源电路,电源电路电性连接电性接头。发光构件包含一罩体、一发光电路及一第二连接器。罩体具有一第二结合部,发光电路及第二连接器设置该罩体内,且第二连接器与发光电路电性连接。
其中电源构件及发光构件组合同时第一连接器与第二连接器电性连接,且电源构件及发光构件以第一结合部与第二结合部相互的组合或分离,故使用者能通过第一结合部与第二结合部相互的组合或分离而抽换电源构件。
相较于现有技术,上述实施例所揭示的可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构,利用将灯泡结构分成两个构件,一个为电源构件,另一个为发光构件。此二构件可通过一结合手段相结合。如此一来,如果有其中一构件损坏时,使用者可选择仅更换损坏的构件而继续延续灯泡结构的寿命。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图3,图1为第一实施例的可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构的立体示意图,图2为图1的分解示意图,图3为图1的剖面意示图。
本实施例的可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构10包含一电源构件100及一发光构件200。
电源构件100包含一灯座110、一电源电路120、一第一连接器130及一电性接头140。灯座110内具有一容置空间,电源电路120位于容置空间内,第一连接器130与电性接头140设置于灯座110上,并显露于灯座110表面。其中,该第一连接器130与电性接头140分别与电源电路120电性连接以构成电性回路。其中,在本实施例中,电性接头140适于连接交流电源,在经由电源电路120转换后将交流电源转变成直流电源,并将直流电源输送至第一连接器130。而电性接头140的规格例如可符合E14、E27或E40标准规格,也可符合MR16标准规格,但不以此为限。
另外,第一连接器130与电性接头140与灯座110可以是模块化设计地组装于灯座110上,使其电源构件100组合成一个一体化设计的零组件。换言之,整个电源构件100可视为灯泡结构10其中一个零组件。
发光构件200包含一罩体210、一发光电路220及一第二连接器230。罩体210内亦具有一容纳空间,发光电路220置于容纳空间内。第二连接器230电性连接发光电路220并露出于罩体210。其中,发光电路220泛指发光二极管晶粒及电路基板的组合。
而第二连接器230及发光电路220也可以是模块化设计地组装于罩体210,使其发光构件200组合成一个一体化设计的零组件。换言之,整个发光构件200可视为灯泡结构10另一个零组件。
其中,为了增加灯泡结构10的散热效能,罩体210包含一灯罩211及一散热件212。散热件212包含一承载件214与多个散热鳍片215。其中,承载件214具有一贯穿通道216,且承载件214与这些散热鳍片215围成与贯穿通道216相连的一结合槽217。而发光电路220直接与承载件214热接触,且第二连接器230位于贯穿通道216内。灯罩211覆盖于承载件214上,并将发光电路220罩覆于内。如此一来,发光电路220因发光而产生的热能够通过散热件212传导至外界。另外,散热件212可以是一体成型的结构,意即承载件214与散热鳍片215为一体成型。
再者,电源构件100与发光构件200可通过一结合手段相互组合或分离。在本实施例中,灯座110具有一第一结合部111,而散热件212具有一第二结合部213。其中,在本实施例中,第一结合部111与第二结合部213可互为但不限于是螺合关系(如图1所示),以旋转的方式相互结合或分开。在其它实施例中,也可互为卡扣关系,以直线平移的关系相互结合或分开。通过第一结合部可选择地结合于第二结合部213,使电源构件100可组合于发光构件200或自发光构件200拆离。因此,当电源构件100或发光构件200有其中一构件损坏时,可将此二构件分离以更换损坏的一个。
更详细来说,发光构件200的使用寿命一般较电源构件100长。发光构件200的寿命通常为35000至50000小时,而电源构件100的寿命通常远小于50000小时。因此,习知的灯泡常会因内部电源损坏而需将整颗灯泡丢弃,而造成无形的浪费。
其中,请参阅图4,图4为图1的电源电路的方块示意图。在本实施例与其它实施例中,电源电路120包含桥式整流器121、滤波器122、箝位器123、整流器124及电压调整器125。其中,桥式整流器121是一种将交流电转换成直流电的组件,然而经过桥式整流器121之后所输出的直流电,都还不是恒定的直流电压,故为了从交流电整流产生稳定的直流电,需要加入滤波器122,使输出电压平滑化。箝位器123用以将输入信号的电位上移或下移,并不改输入信号的波形。整流器124则是将直流电转换成不同波形的直流电。另外整流器124可为一直流整流器。因此,上述组件所构成的电源电路120能够将交流电源转换成直流电源。然而电源构件100的所以容易损坏的原因在于桥式整流器121的输出端、电压调整器125与Vcc之间、滤波器122的输出端及整流器124具有电解电容。而电解电容虽然能具有较大的容量,但在高负载及高温时却容易不堪负荷而挂点。此时,电源构件100就无再为发光构件200提供电源。因此,本实施例分别将电源构件100与发光构件200模块化,当可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构10损坏时,可将损坏的电源构件100或发光构件200替换掉而延续灯泡结构10的寿命。
另外,值得注意的是,本实施例的第一连接器130与第二连接器230为外形相互匹配的公连接器与母连接器,举例来说,第一连接器130的外形为中空柱体,而第二连接器230为外形相匹配的凹槽。当第一结合部111与第二结合部213如同本实施例一样互为螺合关系时,第一连接器130与第二连接器230可位于轴心处,使电源构件100与发光构件200相结合或分开时,能同时将第一连接器130与第二连接器230相连接或分离。另外,在旋转时,因第一连接器130与第二连接器230在旋转方向上并无干涉而不会相互扯动。因此,能降低在更换电源构件100或发光构件200时内部电线被扯断的机率。
另外,当第一结合部111与第二结合部213如同其它实施例一样互为卡扣关系(未绘示),第一连接器130与第二连接器230可因连接方向与卡扣方向相同而不限于位于轴心处。
上述实施例所揭示的可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构,利用将灯泡结构分成两个构件,一个为电源构件,另一个为发光构件。此二构件可通过一结合手段相结合。如此一来,如果有其中一构件损坏时,使用者可选择仅更换损坏的构件而继续延续灯泡结构的寿命。
再者,因为第一连接器与第二连接器的外形分别为中空圆柱与相匹配的凹槽,且第一连接器与第二连接器皆位于轴心处,是以当电源构件相对发光构件旋转时,第一连接器与第二连接器不会受旋转的力量拉扯,故内部电路具有较长的使用寿命。

Claims (10)

1.一种可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构,其特征在于,其包含:
一电源构件,包含一灯座、一电源电路、一第一连接器及一电性接头,该灯座具有一第一结合部,该第一连接器、该电性接头及该电源电路皆设置于该灯座,且该第一连接器电性连接该电源电路,该电源电路电性连接该电性接头;以及
一发光构件,包含一罩体、一发光电路及一第二连接器,该罩体具有一第二结合部,该发光电路及该第二连接器设置于该罩体内,且该第二连接器与该发光电路电性连接;
其中该电源构件及该发光构件组合同时该第一连接器与该第二连接器电性连接,且该电源构件及该发光构件以该第一结合部与该第二结合部相互的组合或分离,故使用者能通过该第一结合部与该第二结合部相互的组合或分离而抽换该电源构件。
2.如权利要求1所述的可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构,其特征在于,该电源电路包含一桥式整流器、一滤波器、一箝位器、一整流器及一电压调整器。
3.如权利要求1所述的可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构,其特征在于,该第一连接器为母连接器,该第二连接器为公连接器。
4.如权利要求1所述的可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构,其特征在于,该第一连接器为公连接器,该第二连接器为母连接器。
5.如权利要求1所述的可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构,其特征在于,该罩体包含一灯罩及一散热件,该第二结合部设置于该散热件。
6.如权利要求5所述的可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构,其特征在于,该散热件包含一承载件及多个散热鳍片,该发光电路设置于该承载件,该灯罩连接该承载件,并将该发光电路包覆于内。
7.如权利要求6所述的可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构,其特征在于,该承载件与该些散热鳍片围成一结合槽。
8.如权利要求7所述的可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构,其特征在于,该承载件具有一贯穿信道,该贯穿信道与该结合槽相通,该第二连接器位于该贯穿通道内。
9.如权利要求1所述的可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构,其特征在于,该电性接头符合MR16标准规格。
10.如权利要求1所述的可抽换电源构件的灯泡结构,其特征在于,该电性接头符合E14、E27或E40标准规格。
