Abstract

本发明涉及一种铁丝绞拧器，该铁丝绞拧器的两个对应的钳体通过铰接轴铰连接在一起，钳体的前端上下两侧分别设有长方形的铁丝槽，钳体前端内部的侧面对应处设有压紧孔，压紧孔与铁丝槽连通，压紧孔内固定安装有套装有弹簧的压紧销，钳体的后端带有八字形钳把，钳把靠近铰接轴的一端内侧设有长方形状的刃口。该铁丝绞拧器不仅集铁丝绞拧和剪断于一体，结构简单，而且省时省力，操作方便快捷，工作效率较高，具有极大的实用性和推广性，给人们带来了很大的便利。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种绞拧铁丝的铁丝绞拧装置，尤其是一种省力高效的铁丝绞拧器。
背景技术
随着科技和社会的发展，在建筑业、工农业等领域对于铁丝的用量越来越大，甚至农民在修建塑料大棚时都需要用到大量铁丝。因此，绞拧铁丝的工具也发挥的重大作用。但是，常见的铁丝绞拧装置有的缺乏锋利度，难以绞拧或剪短有一定硬度的铁丝；有的绞拧工具费时费力，而且效率低下，难以达到人们的要求。
发明内容
为了改善现有的铁丝绞拧工具的不足，本发明提供一种铁丝绞拧器，该铁丝绞拧器不仅集铁丝绞拧和剪断于一体，结构简单，而且省时省力，操作方便快捷，工作效率较高，具有极大的实用性和推广性，给人们带来了很大的便利。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该铁丝绞拧器包括刃口、弹簧、压紧孔、压紧销、铁丝槽、钳把、铰接轴，该铁丝绞拧器的两个对应的钳体通过铰接轴铰连接在一起，钳体的前端上下两侧分别设有长方形的铁丝槽，钳体前端内部的侧面对应处设有压紧孔，压紧孔与铁丝槽连通，压紧孔内固定安装有套装有弹簧的压紧销，压紧销能把铁丝紧压固定在铁丝槽内，钳体的后端带有八字形钳把，钳把靠近铰接轴的一端内侧设有长方形状的刃口。使用时，将铁丝两头分别放到两个铁丝槽中，夹紧钳把使两个压紧销相互顶住，同时借助压紧销的反作用力把铁丝的两头压紧在铁丝槽中，旋转钳把能将铁丝拧成麻花状并固定，松开钳把后用刃口剪断多余的铁丝，并将翘起的铁丝抿贴于被固定物表面，以防止意外破环情况的发生。
本发明的有益效果是，该铁丝绞拧器不仅集铁丝绞拧和剪断于一体，结构简单，而且省时省力，操作方便快捷，工作效率较高，具有极大的实用性和推广性，给人们带来了很大的便利。

具体实施方式
在图1中，该铁丝绞拧器包括刃口1、弹簧2、压紧孔3、压紧销4、铁丝槽5、钳把6、铰接轴7，该铁丝绞拧器的两个对应的钳体通过铰接轴7铰连接在一起，钳体的前端上下两侧分别设有长方形的铁丝槽5，钳体前端内部的侧面对应处设有压紧孔3，压紧孔3与铁丝槽5连通，压紧孔3内固定安装有套装有弹簧2的压紧销4，压紧销4能把铁丝紧压固定在铁丝槽5内，钳体的后端带有八字形钳把6，钳把6靠近铰接轴7的一端内侧设有长方形状的刃口1。使用时，将铁丝两头分别放到两个铁丝槽5中，夹紧钳把6使两个压紧销4相互顶住，同时借助压紧销4的反作用力把铁丝的两头压紧在铁丝槽5中，旋转钳把6能将铁丝拧成麻花状并固定，松开钳把6后用刃口1剪断多余的铁丝，并将翘起的铁丝抿贴于被固定物表面，以防止意外破环情况的发生。

1. 铁丝绞拧器，包括刃口（1）、弹簧（2）、压紧孔（3）、压紧销（4）、铁丝槽（5）、钳把（6）、铰接轴（7），该铁丝绞拧器的两个对应的钳体通过铰接轴（7）铰连接在一起，钳体的后端带有八字形钳把（6）；其特征是：钳体的前端上下两侧分别设有长方形的铁丝槽（5），钳体前端内部的侧面对应处设有压紧孔（3），压紧孔（3）与铁丝槽（5）连通，压紧孔（3）内固定安装有套装有弹簧（2）的压紧销（4），钳把（6）靠近铰接轴（7）的一端内侧设有长方形状的刃口（1）。
