背景技术
[0002]近年来随着火电装机容量不断增长,以及排放污染物的总量增加对大气环境造成了很大压力,为落实国家的科学发展观,新颁布的火电厂污染物排放标准(GB13223-2011)已于2012年I月I日正式实施。随着新标准的出台,人们对细微粉尘、酸雾、重金属等污染物危害环境和身体健康的认识也更进一步提高,国家对大气污染物排放标准还会不断地提高,特别是PM2.5这种对人体健康危害极大的细微颗粒物势必会成为国家对大气污染物排放标准的控制指标。而现有的湿法脱硫系统几乎没有去除PM2.5颗粒物的能力,对汞和SO3气溶胶等的脱除也十分有限,导致烟囱风向的下游经常出现“酸雨”、“石膏雨”等现象,或者是有长长烟尾的“蓝烟”现象。随着工业的不断发展,这些污染物对环境造成的危害越来越严重,而现有的除尘技术仍达不到理想的效果,因此十分有必要研究一种新的、高效去除细微粉尘、SO3酸雾、汞金属等污染物的技术来减少对环境的污染,并能够大型化地应用于工业当中。
[0003] 早在1907年全世界第一台湿式电除尘器就已应用于去除硫酸酸雾,随着技术的不断发展,湿式电除尘器不断被推广到多个应用领域。特别是在冶金和化工工业上的大量应用,使湿式电除尘技术趋于成熟。在燃煤电厂的应用中表明,湿式电除尘器能去除90%以上的PM2.5细微粉尘、SO3烟雾,并能达到几乎零浊度的排放,此外还能去除汞、NH3、SOdPHCl等。因此,湿式电除尘器是作为燃煤电厂大气污染治理的终端处理设备的首选。但是,由于湿式电除尘器存在耗水量巨大、排出的灰水存在二次污染、内部件腐蚀严重等问题,导致目前湿式电除尘器在国内燃煤电厂上的大型化应用还是非常罕见的。
[0004]综上所述,如何解决湿式电除尘器的耗水量、灰水的二次污染、内部件腐蚀等问题,已成为本领域的技术人员亟待解决的技术难题。只有解决了这些问题,才有可能让湿式电除尘器在大型化的燃煤电厂上得到广泛应用,才能彻底解决燃煤电厂的排放问题。

[0021]实施例,请参见图1所示,本发明的一种湿式电除尘器的灰水循环处理系统,将其应用于卧式的湿式电除尘器I,该卧式的湿式电除尘器I的烟气流向与冲洗液流向相互垂直,便于收集烟气中的微细颗粒物及气溶胶,进一步提高细微颗粒物和气溶胶的脱除效率;其内部设置了起放电作用的阴极系统和起收尘作用的阳极系统。该湿式电除尘器I的阳极系统包括至少两块阳极板,该阳极系统的各阳极板分别竖向平行设置于湿式电除尘器I的荷电区内;该湿式电除尘器I的阴极系统包括至少一组阴极框架,该阴极系统的各组阴极框架分别竖向设置在各两相邻的阳极板间。各两相邻的阳极板之间的间距分别为250〜400mm,优选采用300mm,这样的间距使各阳极板更易于收集细微颗粒物和气溶胶;各阳极板的高度分别为4〜10m,优选采用6m,这样的高度易于形成连续的水膜且在底部不易结垢。该湿式电除尘器的烟气流速范围为2〜6m/s,优选采用3m/s。该湿式电除尘器I对应其阴极系统和阳极系统的上方安装了多个起冲洗清灰作用的喷淋机构2。

[0025]上述各个喷淋机构2分别包括通过输水管55连接自动过滤器53或通过输送管43连接冲洗水栗42的末端管件22、安装于末端管件22的喷嘴21和安装在末端管件上的控制阀门23。该多个喷淋机构2分成两部分,其中一部分喷淋机构位于湿式电除尘器烟气出口侧的上方,构成上述部分喷淋机构,用于给湿式电除尘器烟气出口侧的阴极系统和阳极系统冲洗,另一部分喷淋机构位于湿式电除尘器烟气进口侧的上方,构成上述其余喷淋机构,用于给湿式电除尘器烟气进口侧的阴极系统和阳极系统冲洗。
[0026]作为一种优选,本发明还包括一个用于给湿法脱硫系统提供湿法脱硫工艺水的排水水箱6,上述自动过滤器53为双滤筒反冲洗式过滤器,其出水口分设为第一出水口和第二出水口,第一出水口通过输水管55连接上述其余喷淋机构,该管路需通过流量指示进行控制(FIC),第二出水口通过管道连接排水水箱6的进水口,该管路同样需通过流量指示进行控制(FIC),以保持整个系统的给排水平衡。该排水水箱6的出水口连接湿法脱硫系统(图中未体现)。

[0030]本发明的一种湿式电除尘器的灰水循环处理系统,烟气水平进入湿式电除尘器I,经电晕区荷电后,带电荷污染物向阳极板运动,在阳极板表面聚集,阴极框架的阴极线上亦会聚集较少数量的带正电污染物颗粒,阳极板和阴极线均通过阳极系统和阴极系统上方的喷淋机构2提供的冲洗液进行连续冲洗,喷淋机构2流下来的冲洗液流向与湿式电除尘器I的烟气流向垂直。
[0031]湿式电除尘器I出口侧上方的各喷淋机构的喷嘴21流出的冲洗液仅由冲洗水栗42从补给水箱41取水进行提供,确保烟气尾部的冲洗液始终是补充的新水,避免循环水中残余的少量悬浮物对湿式电除尘器出口侧的烟气造成二次污染,因而可以进一步提高细微颗粒物和气溶胶的脱除效率;湿式电除尘器I进口侧上方的各喷淋机构的喷嘴流出的冲洗液通过循环水栗52从循环水箱51取水经自动过滤器53过滤后进行提供。本发明通过对喷淋机构2的喷嘴位置的合理布置和喷嘴型号的优化选择,达到以最小的用水量形成极板上均匀连续水膜,保证阴极线和阳极板始终保持干净状态。
[0032]在初始状态下,循环水箱51里的水首先来自补给水源7,之后补给水源7不再向循环水箱51补水,而是使其由湿式电除尘器下方的灰水槽3提供灰水。刚开始,由于循环水箱51内的水为干净的新水,所以无需经过NaOH溶液中和即可直接提供给湿式电除尘器I的烟气进口侧上方的各喷淋机构;此后,循环水箱51的灰水先经NaOH溶液中和后,再通过自动过滤器53(该自动过滤器53在现有技术的自动过滤器的基础上通过改变过滤网孔的大小即可实现)进行过滤和分流,对自动过滤器53进行流量分配控制,使经过滤且悬浮物浓度较低(小于150mg/l)的循环水给湿式电除尘器I的烟气出口侧的阴极系统和阳极系统冲洗,经过滤且悬浮物浓度较高(1000〜2500mg/l)的循环水流入排水水箱6,作为湿法脱硫工艺水排给湿法脱硫系统,这样一方面可以对灰水进行回收利用,并彻底解决了灰水二次污染的问题,另一方面可以减少悬浮物对喷淋机构的喷嘴造成磨损,大大延长喷嘴的使用寿命。由于循环水作为喷淋水是经NaOH溶液中和后循环使用,并连续喷淋的,因此可以确保湿式电除尘器的内部件所接触到的冲洗液始终具有较低的酸浓度,可有效抑制酸腐蚀现象的发生,从而可有效延长湿式电除尘器内部件的使用寿命。
[0033]本发明的一种湿式电除尘器的灰水循环处理系统,采用上述结构后,其结构简单,布置科学合理,配合湿式电除尘器,不但可高效脱除PM2.5细微颗粒粉尘、脱除S03、脱销逃逸NH3等形成的气溶胶,减轻烟囱腐蚀,解决“酸雨”、“石膏雨”、“蓝烟”等技术难题,而且可连续给水,并实现自循环,既大大降低了耗水成本,又可以彻底解决灰水二次污染问题。
[0034]本发明的一种湿式电除尘器的灰水循环处理系统,其所应用的湿式电除尘器的外形采用矩形设计,并可多级、多室、多列布置(多级是沿烟气方向的纵向排列,多室是垂直烟气方向的横向排列,多列是多室组合后再独立横向排列),但从经济性考虑,其一般采用单级结构,此时,其对细微颗粒物和气溶胶的脱除效率可达90〜99%;当设置二级或三级结构时,其对细微颗粒物和气溶胶的脱除效率可达99〜99.99%,但与湿法脱硫前的干式电除尘器相比,其经济性较差。
[0035]本发明的一种湿式电除尘器的灰水循环处理系统,其除了可以应用于卧式的湿式电除尘器,还可以应用于立式或具有其它形式的的湿式电除尘器中。

Claims (4)
1.一种湿式电除尘器的灰水循环处理系统,其特征在于:包括: 用于收集湿式电除尘器排出的灰水的灰水槽; 补给支路,包括补给水箱、冲洗水栗;冲洗水栗的进水口连接补给水箱,冲洗水栗的出水口通过输水管连接湿式电除尘器的喷淋机构; 循环支路,包括循环水箱、循环水栗、装有碱溶液的溶液箱和自动过滤器;灰水槽的出水口和溶液箱的出水口分别连接循环水箱,循环水栗的进水口连接循环水箱,循环水栗的出水口连接自动过滤器的进水口,自动过滤器的出水口通过输水管连接湿式电除尘器的喷淋机构; 所述冲洗水栗的出水口通过输水管连接位于湿式电除尘器烟气出口侧上方的喷淋机构,所述自动过滤器的出水口通过输水管连接位于湿式电除尘器烟气进口侧上方的喷淋机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的湿式电除尘器的灰水循环处理系统,其特征在于:还包括一用于给湿法脱硫系统提供湿法脱硫工艺水的排水水箱,所述自动过滤器的出水口分设为第一出水口和第二出水口,第一出水口通过所述输水管连接位于湿式电除尘器烟气进口侧上方的喷淋机构,第二出水口连接排水水箱的进水口,排水水箱的出水口连接湿法脱硫系统。
3.根据权利要求1所述的湿式电除尘器的灰水循环处理系统,其特征在于:还包括补给水源,该补给水源与所述循环水箱相连通,用于给循环水箱提供首次补水并实现水封;该补给水源与所述补给水箱相连通,用于给补给水箱实时补水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的湿式电除尘器的灰水循环处理系统,其特征在于:所述溶液箱内的碱溶液为NaOH溶液。
