[0015] 照明系统为设在大棚本体I顶部的高压卤化灯11和高压钠化灯12。在大棚本体I里具有全光谱的光照对植物生长来说是至关重要的。早期所使用的植物照明光源非全光谱光源,无法全面提供植物生长需要的光照。采用高压卤化灯11和高压钠化灯12结合方式,具有全光谱特性,可提供植物生长所需的全部光照,能够极大的缩短植物生长所需要的时间。闻压钠化灯12 —般用在植物的生长期,而闻压齒化灯11 一般用在植物的开花和结果期。
[0016] 运用植物生长灯和对光照时间以及温度的控制可完全模拟大多数植物的生长条件,如果是生长期,只要有植物生长灯,并把光照时间定在每天(每24小时)12小时以上,那么大多数植物的生物钟就会认为现在正值夏天,并把自己调整到生长的阶段。而把光照时间调整到每天(每24小时)12小时一下,那么大多数植物就会进入开花和结果期。具体的光照要根据植物在当地的生长情况而定,并可根据市场需要,人为改变生长周期,让植物提前成熟上市。
[0017] 空气环境监测系统为对大棚本体I内空气温度、空气湿度、二氧化碳浓度、大气压、光照量、风速、风量、露点进行监测的空气监测仪13。主要采集大棚本体I内空气温度、空气湿度、二氧化碳浓度、大气压、光照、风速、风量、露点等环境参数,以直观的图标和区县的方式在智能控制器2上显示,也可通过各监测点视频显示数据,为指导种植户进行真确的栽培管理,当温度湿度等参数超过设定值时,提供环境报警信息。
[0018] 土壤环境监测系统为对土壤湿度、土壤温度、土壤肥力进行监测土壤环境监测仪14。系统基于无线传输数据采集终端,根据连接的各土壤环境监测传感器,针对大棚内土地湿度、土地温度、土地费力概况进行精确测量,采集传输给智能控制器2,当土壤水分、温度、肥力达到临界值,系统会发出警报,提醒监测人员采取措施。
[0019] 病虫害监测系统采用视频监控的摄像头15,通过计算机系统来智能判断虫害情况。将高清图像传送至智能控制器2,可以提前防范规模性病虫害,大大提高产品质量,降低生产成本,对增加大棚种植收益具有重大意义。
[0020] 太阳光可以通过太阳能光伏玻璃7和太阳能薄膜电池板6照射到大棚本体I内。同时太阳能光伏玻璃7吸收太阳光将光能转化为电能储存到蓄电池8中或者输送到电网中,电网或蓄电池8为各个系统供电。智能控制器2根据预设的数据,结合大棚本体I内植物不同生长周期和以及各个实时监测仪反馈来的数据,合理控制水泵3、照明系统、风机4等设备的开闭,对大棚本体I内进行 供水、增光和通风,达到自动化、智能化控制的目的。
Claims (6)
1. 一体化智能式节能光伏大棚,包括大棚本体,其特征在于:所述大棚本体顶部设有太阳能供电系统,大棚本体内设有智能控制器、照明系统、空气环境监测系统、土壤环境监测系统、病虫害监测系统、水泵和风机,照明系统、空气环境监测系统、土壤环境监测系统、病虫害监测系统、水泵和风机分别通过数据线与智能控制器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体化智能式节能光伏大棚,其特征在于:所述太阳能供电系统包括太阳能薄膜电池板、铺设在太阳能薄膜电池板上的太阳能光伏玻璃和蓄电池,太阳能薄膜电池板通过导线与蓄电池连接或通过逆变器与电网连接,电网和/或蓄电池为智能控制器、照明系统、空气环境监测系统、土壤环境监测系统、病虫害监测系统、水泵和风机供电。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一体化智能式节能光伏大棚,其特征在于:所述照明系统为设在大棚本体顶部的高压卤化灯和高压钠化灯。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一体化智能式节能光伏大棚,其特征在于:所述空气环境监测系统为对大棚本体内空气温度、空气湿度、二氧化碳浓度、大气压、光照量、风速、风量、露点进行监测的空气监测仪。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一体化智能式节能光伏大棚,其特征在于:所述土壤环境监测系统为对土壤湿度、土壤温度、土壤肥力进行监测土壤环境监测仪。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一体化智能式节能光伏大棚,其特征在于:所述病虫害监测系统采用视频监控的摄像头。
