Abstract

本发明涉及一种气管导管固定装置。它包括气管导管、口垫和弹性定位圈，所述的气管导管间隙地套在口垫的中心孔中，口垫的上下两侧有与口垫一体的上、下固定片，上、下固定片的外端分别有上、下绳孔，在气管导管插入口腔侧与口垫之间的气管导管上有与气管导管紧配合的弹性定位圈，可以防止气管导管从口垫的中心孔中滑脱。它不怕口腔分液浸湿，固定牢固。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种气管导管与病人头部牢固固定装置。
背景技术
在颈椎、腰椎、颅脑后路手术及烧伤需背部取皮植皮手术时，均需要病人俯卧位，用气管导管进行肌肉松弛剂麻醉下才能手术，病人的面部朝下，气管导管、口垫处于悬空状态。现有的办法是用胶布或手术粘膜固定在病人的面部。由于病人口腔分泌液流出会浸湿胶布或手术粘膜，容易发生气管导管脱管或坠管现象，导致病人由于缺氧而脑残，甚至死亡。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点，本发明提供一种气管导管固定装置，它不怕口腔分液浸湿，固定牢固。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：它包括气管导管、口垫和弹性定位圈，所述的气管导管间隙地套在口垫的中心孔中，口垫的上下两侧有与口垫一体的上、下固定片，上、下固定片的外端分别有上、下绳孔，在气管导管插入口腔侧与口垫之间的气管导管上有与气管导管紧配合的弹性定位圈，可以防止气管导管从口垫的中心孔中滑脱。
本发明不怕口腔分液浸湿，固定牢固；结构简单，成本低。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本发明包括气管导管2、口垫4和弹性定位圈3，所述的气管导管2间隙地套在口垫4的中心孔中，口垫4的上下两侧有与口垫4一体的上、下固定片5、8，上、下固定片5、8的外端分别有上、下绳孔9、10，在气管导管2插入口腔侧与口垫4之间的气管导管2上有与气管导管2紧配合的弹性定位圈3，可以防止气管导管2从口垫4的中心孔中滑脱。
使用时，在上、下绳孔9、10中分别系上上、下纱布条（图中未画出），将气管导管2插入病人口腔，用上、下纱布条固定在病人的头上即可。

1.一种气管导管固定装置，其特征在于：它包括气管导管（2）、口垫（4）和弹性定位圈（3），所述的气管导管（2）间隙地套在口垫（4）的中心孔中，口垫（4）的上下两侧有与口垫（4）一体的上、下固定片（5、8），上、下固定片（5、8）的外端分别有上、下绳孔（9、10），在气管导管（2）插入口腔侧与口垫（4）之间的气管导管（2）上有与气管导管（2）紧配合的弹性定位圈（3）。
