At present, a cable sleeve in the European-style ring main unit mostly adopts a fully-insulated, fully-closed and fully-sealed cable terminal, and the cable terminal and a cable connected with the cable terminal cannot be separated.

Meanwhile, the grounding of the bypass connecting device is mainly realized through a grounding wire which is arranged on a metal shielding shell of the cable terminal and is connected with the ground, but the bypass connecting device mainly deals with fault rush repair and defect treatment and needs safe, rapid and convenient construction, and the grounding wire needs to be additionally erected when the bypass connecting device is laid in such a grounding mode, so that the construction time and the difficulty are increased, and inconvenience is brought to maintenance operation without power outage.

Therefore, the bypass connecting device is simple in structure and convenient to use, reduces the operation range, facilitates maintenance operation without power outage, and improves the power supply reliability of the line.

Meanwhile, because the tinned copper wire shielding wire 93 of the flexible cable 9 is communicated in a full-line manner, the grounding point can be led to the shell of the bypass switch 3 from the cable terminal end of the flexible cable 9 through the metal shell 22 of the plug-in quick connector 2 and the metal sheath 311 of the wire inlet and outlet sleeve 31, and the shell of the bypass switch 3 is grounded, so that the grounding wire does not need to be additionally erected, and the bypass connecting device is convenient to connect, construct and maintain without power failure.
