Abstract
本发明公开了一种拉胀扭斜式翅片换热器,具有相对设置的左侧板和右侧板、设置在左侧板和右侧板之间的换热器本体,换热器本体包括翅片、盘绕并穿设过所述翅片的换热管,翅片,至少为平行排列的四排,翅片上开设有用于穿过换热管的通孔,相邻翅片的通孔中心连线与垂直方向夹角为15°~60°,换热管与通孔周向紧密贴合,在左侧板和右侧板的两侧,换热管经弯曲形成的排管弯头分别突出左侧板和右侧板外侧,换热管两端部分别连接有进液接头和出液接头。本发明集中了拉胀式翅片换热器和斜插式翅片换热器两者的优点,体积小,单位面积内管路较多,产品内容积较大,管路与翅片的接触面积大,涨紧度好,在消耗更少能源的情况下获得同样的制冷效果。
Description
拉胀扭斜式翅片换热器技术领域[0001] 本发明涉及换热器技术领域,尤其是一种拉胀扭斜式翅片换热器。背景技术[0002] 换热器中的换热部件,主要有供冷凝液体流动的铝管和与铝管紧密结合的翅片构 成。其中翅片,一般采用较薄的铝箔制成,用以增大换热装置的换热表面积,提高换热效率。 目前常用的翅片换热器,主要为拉胀式翅片换热器和斜插式翅片换热器。其中拉胀式翅片 换热器中,铝管穿过翅片上的通孔后,通过抽拉穿在铝管内部的“胀形模具”,使铝管与翅片 紧密连接在一起;而斜插式翅片换热器中,铝管弯好后先打斜,然后再通过推胀的形式,与 翅片紧密连接在一起。拉胀式的产品一般体积较大,单个翅片较小,其制作工序为先拉胀、 再弯管,弯管半径一般较大,12. 5mm。斜插式的产品一般体积较小,单个翅片较大,其制 作工序为先弯管、再推胀,弯管半径一般较小,R=llmm。这两种形式的翅片换热器,拉胀式产 品的体积大,单位面积内管路较少,产品内容积较小;斜插产品体积小,单位面积管路较多, 产品内容积也较大,但翅片上的孔为长腰孔,管路与翅片的接触面积小,涨紧度也较差。发明内容[0003] 本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中之不足,提供一种体积小、换热管与 翅片的接触面积大、涨紧度好的拉胀扭斜式翅片换热器。[0004] 本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种拉胀扭斜式翅片换热器,具有 相对设置的左侧板和右侧板、设置在左侧板和右侧板之间的换热器本体,所述换热器本体 包括翅片、盘绕并穿设过所述翅片的换热管,翅片,至少为平行排列的四排,翅片上开设有 用于穿过换热管的通孔,相邻翅片的通孔中心连线与垂直方向夹角为15°〜60°,换热管 与通孔周向紧密贴合,在左侧板和右侧板的两侧,换热管经弯曲形成的排管弯头分别突出 左侧板和右侧板外侧,换热管两端部分别连接有进液接头和出液接头。[0005] 优选地,所述翅片为平行排列的八排,翅片上开设有沿翅片长度方向等间距布置 且偏移翅片中心的2〜4个通孔,换热管数量为2〜4根,换热管同时穿过所述通孔并在每 排翅片之间盘绕回转,相邻翅片的通孔中心连线与垂直方向夹角为20°,进液接头和出液 接头分别与其中两根换热管端部连接。[0006] 所述换热管为招管或铜管或钢管。[0007] 所述通孔直径为5〜IOmm,换热管直径与通孔相配合。[0008] 本发明的有益效果是:本发明集中了拉胀式翅片换热器和斜插式翅片换热器两 者的优点,体积小,单位面积内管路较多,产品内容积较大,管路与翅片的接触面积大,涨紧 度好,从能耗角度考虑,该结构的换热器在消耗更少能源的情况下,可以获得同样的制冷效果O附图说明[0009] 下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。[0010] 图1是本发明的结构示意图。[0011] 图2是图1的右视图。[0012] 图3是本发明的制作工艺流程图。[0013] 图4是本发明所述翅片的结构示意图。[0014] 图5是本发明所述换热器本体在打斜前的左视结构示意图。[0015] 图6是本发明所述换热器本体在打斜后的左视结构示意图。[0016] 图中1.左侧板2.右侧板3.翅片4.换热管5.进液接头6.出液接头具体实施方式[0017] 现在结合附图和优选实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意 图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。[0018] 如图1、图2所示的一种拉胀扭斜式翅片换热器,包括左侧板1、右侧板2,在左侧板 I与右侧板2之间,设有换热器本体,换热器本体包括平行排列的八排翅片3、用于供冷凝液 体流动的三根采用铝管制成的换热管4,翅片3上开设有沿翅片3长度方向间隔布置的三个 通孔,相邻通孔间中心距为22mm,三个通孔的相对中心偏移翅片3中心,三根换热管4分别 穿过翅片3上的三个通孔并在每排翅片3之间盘绕回转,在左侧板I和右侧板2的两侧,换 热管4经弯曲形成的排管弯头分别突出左侧板I和右侧板2外侧,其中两根换热管4端部 分别连接有进液接头5和出液接头6,第三根换热管4端部用氩焊堵塞。[0019] 翅片3上的通孔直径为8. 2mm,换热管4直径与通孔直径相配,换热管4与通孔呈 周向紧密贴合状,以达到换热管4与翅片3之间最大程度接触而提高换热面积,相邻翅片3 的通孔中心连线与垂直方向夹角A为20°,使得换热管4在相邻翅片3之间盘绕时呈扭斜 状,以此缩小换热管4的弯管半径。[0020] 本发明的制作工艺简述:见图3所示,合格铝箔经冲刺后,在成型的翅片3上形成 三个间隔排列的通孔,如图4所示,换热管4在扩口后,三根换热管4分别插入翅片3上的 三个通孔内,通过抽拉穿在换热管4内部的“胀形模具”,使换热管4与翅片3紧密连接在一 起,然后弯曲成形,见图5所示,此时,第一排、第三排、第五排及第七排翅片3同向排列在换 热管4上,第二排、第四排、第六排及第八排翅片3同向排列在换热管4上,形成从第一排翅 片3到第八排翅片3之间呈交替错位状排列在换热管4上,最后通过打斜工装对换热器本 体进行打斜,使得换热管4相对于翅片3呈扭斜状,相邻翅片3的通孔中心连线与垂直方向 夹角A为20°,打斜后的翅片3每排之间均处于平行状态排列在换热管4上,如图6所示。 该打斜工装已获得专利,专利号为ZL200910029716. 3,打斜工装采用气动力,由气缸进行传 动,换热器本体两端的排管弯头分别卡设在打斜工装的左、右弯头卡槽内。当打开打斜开关 时,气缸向下传动,传动杆带动齿轮旋转,齿轮另一端相连弯头卡槽,因此弯头卡槽也将旋 转相应的角度,带动换热器的排管弯头同时旋转相应的角度,实现换热器本体的打斜要求。[0021] 经打斜工艺处理后的换热器,相比原来的拉胀式换热器,缩小了换热管4的弯管 半径,可以排列更多的换热管4,提高产品内容积;而换热管4与翅片3之间结合时,换热管 4周向与翅片3的通孔周向之间为全接触,相比于以往斜插式换热器的换热翅片上的长腰 孔,换热管4与翅片3的接触面积更大,提高了产品的换热面积,而且换热管4与翅片3之间的涨紧度也更好。[0022] 上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并加以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围, 凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。

1. 一种拉胀扭斜式翅片换热器,具有相对设置的左侧板(I)和右侧板(2)、设置在左侧板(I)和右侧板(2)之间的换热器本体,所述换热器本体包括翅片(3)、盘绕并穿设过所述翅片(3)的换热管(4),其特征是:翅片(3),至少为平行排列的四排,翅片(3)上开设有用于穿过换热管(4)的通孔,相邻翅片(3)的通孔中心连线与垂直方向夹角(A)为15°〜60°,换热管(4)与通孔周向紧密贴合,在左侧板(I)和右侧板(2 )的两侧,换热管(4)经弯曲形成的排管弯头分别突出左侧板(I)和右侧板外侧(2),换热管(4)两端部分别连接有进液接头(5)和出液接头(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉胀扭斜式翅片换热器,其特征是:所述翅片(3)为平行排列的八排,翅片(3)上开设有沿翅片(3)长度方向等间距布置且偏移翅片(3)中心的2〜4个通孔,换热管(4)数量为2〜4根,换热管(4)同时穿过所述通孔并在每排翅片(3)之间盘绕回转,相邻翅片(3)的通孔中心连线与垂直方向夹角(A)为20°,进液接头(5)和出液接头(5 )分别与其中两根换热管(4 )端部连接。
