背景技术
热转移标签在服装工业中已经获得了广泛接受。用作装饰或用于提供衬衫、裤子、运动装和个人识别标签的信息的使用说明标签、商标标志符、图形的、数字的和其他类型的表达,都是这种现有应用的例子。热转移标签通常使用热熔粘合剂,其在升高的温度下变粘,以实现施加至基底,但冷却后在环境温度下可感到坚硬或粗糙。标签的这种僵硬性或粗糙度可使穿着者不舒服,并且在一些情况下可导致皮肤刺激。用于施加服装上的标签的热也可导致服装上不期望的粘结标记,即接近施加标签位置的变暗或变色区。对于利用升华染料的标签,热也可引起染料迁移穿过标签,引起图像的模糊或褪色。热也可破坏热敏性织物材料,诸如合成织物,如果热太高或被施加太长时间,则该热敏性织物材料可部分熔化。
热转移标签也已经广泛用于在学校、体育活动、营地、体育馆和其他地方发现的其他识别或个性化产品诸如帽子、带子(binder)、鞋、购物袋、玩具、消费者电子器件、体育用品等。除了与先前描述的热转移标签相关的问题,对转移工艺的加热要求限制这种标签在热源容易可得的区域的使用。然而,更期望当没有热源时以及在可产生即时个性化的纪念物或纪念品的地方,诸如运动赛事的户外地点、宗教隐退地、社团旅行、野营地等,具有可转移的图像。
用于常规热转移标签的转移工艺的热也可能限制其他物件(item)并入标签。例如,化学或物理传感器件、跟踪器件、安全或探测器件可能对用于热转移标签的转移工艺的高热敏感,并且可能通过暴露于热被破坏,并且因此这些物件通常不作为服装工艺的转移标签的一部分并入。
常规压敏标签已经被用于与服装关联,作为名称标记和尺寸识别标签。这些标签通常不必保留在服装上很长时间,并且因此不必特别持久,以便经历可与服装一起受到的重复的清洗和干燥循环。如果该服装受到清洗和干燥,压敏标签将很可能从服装落下。由于这种应用的临时性质,同样将对穿着者的舒适的关注最小化。
因此,需要可用于代替服装和其他识别或个性化应用的热转移标签的新标签。进一步需要冷转移工艺压敏标签,其经过重复的清洗和干燥循环能够仍保留在服装上,并为穿着者提供柔软和舒适。
发明内容
以下描述的本发明的实施方式不意欲为穷尽的或者将本发明限于以下详细描述中公开的精确形式。而是,选择和描述实施方式,以便其他本领域技术人员可以领会和理解本发明的原理和实践。
本发明涉及与常规热转移标签用品(offerings)的那些相比具有相似或更好性质的冷转移工艺压敏标签。冷转移工艺压敏标签适于与服装贴标签、装饰、个性化、识别和其他目的相结合使用。

在本公开全文中,术语“层”指的是具体类型的材料或功能部件的空间布置,其可为连续层或不连续层,一种以图案或均一构造或以随机或不规则布置提供的层。根据期望的设计或构造,当它们与彼此正确对齐时,一层与另个层“对齐”。
现在参考图1,其提供了示例性压敏标签的截面视图,该压敏标签可在冷转移工艺中被施加并且其根据在目前描述的发明进行制备。压敏标签100具有四层:临时支撑层102、标记(indicia)层104、与标记设计对齐的压敏粘合剂(PSA)层106和与压敏粘合剂层相接触以对压敏粘合剂提供保护的剥离衬垫108。在施加至基底表面上后,剥离衬垫108被首先剥掉。标签随后通过PSA层106被附着至基底表面上。压力可用施加者的手或压力施加工具、装置、或装备通过临时支撑侧施加。临时支撑102随后被剥掉,仅留下通过PSA106附着至基底表面的印刷标记104。

图2提供了另一个示例性压敏标签的截面视图,所述压敏标签可用于根据目前描述的发明制备的冷转移工艺。压敏标签200具有五层:临时支撑层202、第一印刷标记层204、一层油墨关联层210、压敏粘合剂(PSA)层206和与压敏粘合剂的层相接触的剥离衬垫208。在施加至基底表面上后,剥离衬垫208被首先剥掉。标签随后通过PSA层206被附着至基底表面上。压力可用施加者的手或其他合适的压力施加装置通过临时支撑202的最外侧施加。临时支撑202随后被剥掉并且仅留下通过PSA206附着至基底表面的印刷标记204和油墨关联层210。
图3提供了根据目前描述的发明制备的以少衬垫或无衬垫构造的另一示例性压敏标签300的截面视图。压敏标签300具有三层:具有第一表面301和第二表面303的临时支撑层302,PSA剥离涂层在第二表面303上,与临时支撑302的第一表面301相接触的标记层304,与印刷标记304对齐的压敏粘合剂(PSA)层306。在储存中,标签是自缠绕的,以便PSA与临时载体的第二表面上的PSA剥离涂层相接触。在施加至基底表面(未示出)上后,PSA标签被打开。PSA标签随后用通过临时支撑302的暴露侧或表面303施加的压力附着至基底表面。临时支撑层302随后被剥掉,并且仅留下通过PSA306附着至基底表面的印刷标记304。
图4提供了根据目前描述的发明制备的另一个示例性压敏标签的截面视图。压敏标签400具有三层:可印刷介质层412,压敏粘合剂(PSA)层406,和与压敏粘合剂406的层相接触的剥离衬垫408。剥离衬垫408为压敏粘合剂提供保护。任选地,标签400可被模切成期望的标签形状或构造。在施加至基底表面上后,剥离衬垫408被首先剥掉。标签400随后通过PSA层406附着至基底表面上。压力可通过可印刷介质412侧施加。在本发明进一步的示例性实施方式中,PSA标签400包含剥离衬垫408、压敏粘合剂层406和在PSA层406上方的标记层412。
在本发明进一步的示例性实施方式中的PSA标签包含在一个表面上涂布有可印刷剥离物的可印刷介质层,和在相对表面上的PSA层。在储存中,具有多个PSA标签的片是自缠绕的,PSA与可印刷介质的可印刷剥离物相接触。美国专利号6,352,768和5,621,020公开了可印刷剥离物的配方。在本公开全文中参考出版物、专利和专利申请。本文引用的所有参考文件据此通过引用并入。
任选地,PSA标签可被模切成期望的形状。应该进行模切,以便每个单独的标签都可容易地从标签片或卷筒撕掉或分离,但是在施加至基底表面上之前每个标签仍然以不连贯的点连接至标签片。在施加至基底表面上后,PSA标签被首先打开。PSA标签随后用通过面材(facestock)侧施加的压力附着至基底表面。

印刷标记可在标签被附着至基底表面之前或在标签被附着至基底表面之后在可印刷介质上产生。该标记可通过以下产生:数字印刷机,诸如激光印刷机或喷墨印刷机;模拟印刷机,诸如丝网印刷机或柔版印刷机;凹版印刷机;书写器具,诸如记号笔(marker)或钢笔;或任何其他印刷方法。油墨可为液体或固体。当形成用于可清洗基底时,标记例如由耐清洗的组分制成,即,其通过附着至压敏粘合剂或油墨关联层仍保留在可清洗基底上。这种油墨的实例包括但不限于,以耐清洗聚合胶粘剂诸如聚氨酯或聚丙烯酸脂配制的颜料油墨;用于商业激光印刷机的固体墨粉,诸如来自Oki C3200印刷机的激光墨粉;和用于印刷机诸如HP或Epson印刷机的基于染料的油墨。印刷机的实例包括但不限于,模拟印刷机,其包括工业印刷机诸如胶印机、Indigo或Xeikon印刷机;商业喷墨和激光标签印刷机,和办公室或家用印刷机。用于抗发散(anti-divergence)或认证或指示目的的其他添加剂,诸如光学增白剂、发泡粉(sparkling dusts)和指示剂或示踪剂(taggant)也可被添加至油墨配方。
当直接与粘合剂接触时,印刷标记应该对粘合剂层具有良好的粘合。对于施加在可伸展和柔性的服装上,可使用油墨配方中的弹性体油墨成分。这种成分的例子包括但不限于聚氨酯和聚丙烯酸脂。商业可得的聚氨酯包括来自马萨诸塞州林恩市的C.L.Hauthaway & Sons公司的L2985和HD2101。来自加利福尼亚州加迪纳的Matsui InternationalCo.的MATSUMIN301W是基于丙烯酸的可丝网印刷油墨的例子。该油墨可被进一步交联以改进其耐洗性(washability)。合适的交联剂包括但不限于,来自新泽西州卡尔士达特的Advanced Polymer inc.的APR202;和来自马萨诸塞州威尔明顿的NeoResins inc.的CX-100。
剥离衬垫层提供对PSA表面的保护,直到标签准备使用。可使用适于与选择的粘合剂一起使用的任何剥离衬垫。例如,剥离衬垫可为聚烯烃膜、涂布纸或膜和涂布的超级压光纸。适于剥离衬垫的涂层材料的例子包括但不限于,基于硅氧烷和基于氟的材料,或具有期望的剥离性质的任何其他材料,例如蜡、丙烯酸酯和氨基甲酸酯。在自缠绕标签的情况下,相同类型的涂层材料可用在临时支撑的第二表面上。剥离涂层的例子包括但不限于,来自密歇根州米德兰的Dow Corning的SYL-OFF产品系列;来自密歇根州米德兰的Dow Chemicals的PRIMALR和RHOPLEX R产品系列;和来自宾夕法尼亚州阿伦敦的WackerPolymer的DEHESIVE产品系列。合适的剥离衬垫的例子包括但不限于,来自伊利诺斯州维罗布鲁克的Loparex LLC的D2CL PET7300A/7350A、Grade27320和LOPASIL;和来自纽约珀拉斯凯的FelixSchoeller的PP涂布的浇铸衬垫。
压敏粘合剂对基底表面需要具有足够的粘合,以便标签经过基底的正常使用和穿戴仍保留在基底表面上。对用于服装应用的压敏标签,标签应该经过重复的清洗和干燥循环仍留在服装上。压敏粘合剂应该能够经过清洗和干燥方法对服装织物保持足够的粘合。因此,除了干粘合要求之外,本PSA粘合剂应该在其施加的纺织品或基底上保持湿粘着性和湿剥离强度。示例性的纺织品包括棉、聚合棉(polycotton)、丝绸、聚酯、弹力纤维、尼龙及其混合物。这种纺织品或基底的表面性质范围从高度亲水性的至高度疏水性的。已经发现丙烯酸烷基酯与丙烯酸共聚物的共聚合反应和极性和非极性聚合物、树脂、表面活性剂、交联剂和其他添加剂的成分混合确保粘合剂标签的清洗耐久性。当压敏标签需要被模切时,良好的刀片模具通过并与周围材料分离也是期望的。当用水浸泡时,该粘合剂应该保持以改良的剥离测试方法测量的至少大约10N/in的剥离力。该测试方法将在测试方法部分详细说明。粘合剂通常被涂布大约50微米至大约200微米的厚度。

临时支撑对油墨层需要具有适当的粘合,以便油墨可被沉积在该支撑上,并且在最终施加至基底表面上后,还可从该支撑剥离。我们定义油墨层对临时支撑的粘合为F1,粘合剂对基底表面的粘合为F2,粘合剂对剥离衬垫的粘合为F3,和油墨对粘合剂的粘合为F4。粘合力需要满足以下关系:
F1<F2、F3<F1并且F1<F4。
粘合力F1和F3可分别通过临时支撑的表面和PSA剥离衬垫的表面上的处理进行改变。通过本发明已经发现油墨接触侧上的临时支撑的表面能应该在大约20至大约35mN/m之间。结合粗糙的或有纹理的基底表面的基于非硅氧烷的剥离涂层提供可印刷性和剥离性质的良好平衡。合适的临时支撑的例子包括但不限于,可印刷剥离物涂布的基底,诸如基于丙烯酸的涂层,例如,来自佐治亚州萨沃尼市的Mayzo的R130W;和聚丙烯涂布的片,诸如来自加利福尼亚州帕萨迪纳的的Avery NTP的HFM片。PSA剥离衬垫的表面能应该为大约20至大约25mN/m。硅氧烷涂布的剥离物通常具有较低20mN/m范围的表面能并因此有益于PSA剥离,但对于临时支撑太低。然而,通过本领域技术人员已知的方法诸如电晕处理改变表面能,硅氧烷涂布的剥离物仍然可被用作临时支撑。硅氧烷涂布的剥离物的例子包括来自爱荷华州爱荷华的Loparex的D2CL PET7300A/7350A、Grade27320和2SLKN和5.0MTPET4400/4400Grade26967。
合适的可印刷介质可为膜或可印刷顶面涂层。对于服装应用,也期望使用柔软的和可伸长的材料作为可印刷介质层,以便标签可与织物材料伸长相同的程度。合适的膜包括由以下制成的膜:聚氨酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)、织物、合成革、绒面革、泡沫、特种纸、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚烯烃、喷墨可印刷介质、墨粉可印刷介质、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、非pvc膜、生物可降解聚合物、聚乳酸(PLA)、竹纺织品和其他织造和非织造的材料。这种膜材料的例子包括但不限于,来自加利福尼亚州帕萨迪纳的Avery Dennison的Avery可印刷织物;VIENNA和ELITE,两者都为激光墨粉可印刷,和来自马萨诸塞州欣厄姆的Fifield的可书写合成革;DUREFLEX,其是来自马萨诸塞州南迪尔菲尔德的Deerfield,Bayer material science的芳香族聚氨酯;HAUTHANE、HD4664和L2985,基于聚氨酯的乳液,来自位于马萨诸塞州林恩的Hauthaway and Sons Co;来自威斯康星州尼纳的Neenah paper的Neenah纸9754P0;和来自威斯康星州布卢默的BloomerPlastics的基于EVA的MC912Q51;和来自新罕布什尔州纳舒厄的Worthen的WORTHEN PS603P。
多种顶面涂层可用作可印刷介质。US专利申请12/619,652公开了这种具有可匹配织物的柔性的可印刷顶面涂层。该专利申请在此通过引用全文并入。
其他添加剂,诸如颜料、保湿剂、交联剂和粘度改性剂也可被加入该可印刷介质层,以改善其性能和加工性能。例如,可加入TiO2或空心球聚合物悬浮物以改善可印刷介质的白度。可印刷介质层可为从大约10微米至大约500微米厚。
该标签可利用适于制作这种标签的任何方法产生。当需要仅图像转移时,即,期望只有成像区保留在基底上,标记图案化和与粘合剂对齐是一个重要方面以便只允许成像区被施加到纺织品或目标表面上。在标记和粘合剂之间的层对齐可通过以下进行:模拟或数字切割或印刷,印刷期间的机械或光学辅助对齐,或利用经模版接触印刷、流体滴塑(fluid doming)、压力喷射、装设阀、装喷嘴(nozzling)、浆状分配、数字非接触印刷、阀喷射、超声喷射、喷墨、粉末喷洒或干膜转移方法的新方法。允许模拟和数字图案化和对齐的材料部件包括标记形成材料以及粘合剂材料,例如,允许模拟或数字印刷的墨粉或油墨,和允许模拟印刷或数字分配的液体PSA。当利用常见方法用于PSA图案化或转化时,其中PSA的粘合性可能成问题,该方法可通过利用包封或封装技术促进。例如,高软化点增粘剂可用于包封或封装PSA,以使PSA表面是非粘性的。该非粘性的表面允许在图案化或转化期间更容易的处理、附加印刷、直接堆叠、自缠绕在PSA上或与其他层接触,并且能够通过进一步加热或其他合适的活化手段与下方的PSA层均化。其他可能的PSA活化机制包括UV或电子束模式固化、化学反应活化、或核/壳复合PSA等。
根据本发明制作标签的示例性方法在图5的方块图50中说明。在步骤60开始该方法后,下一个步骤70是提供临时支撑,其表面涂布有可印刷剥离物。接下来,在步骤80,利用印刷装备在可印刷剥离物上制作标记。这种印刷装备可包括例如数字印刷机,诸如喷墨印刷机或激光印刷机;和模拟印刷机,诸如丝网印刷机或柔版印刷机。印刷机的非限制性例子包括,Oki C3200n激光墨粉印刷机、Epson喷墨印刷机、包括ATMA和SAKURAI印刷机的丝网印刷机。除了使用丝网支撑的标准筛网模版印刷外,印刷也可利用不使用筛网的金属模版印刷进行。油墨层的通常厚度为大约1微米至大约20微米。接下来,在步骤90,油墨关联层被提供在标记上。油墨关联层可为另一个油墨层,或可印刷介质。该油墨关联层可利用与油墨层相同的印刷方法进行沉积,或其可利用涂布模具涂布在油墨层上。油墨关联层的通常厚度在大约5微米至大约50微米之间。可选地,油墨关联层可能需要在烤箱中或通过其他合适的干燥方法干燥。在步骤100,将粘合剂层布置在油墨关联层上方并且干燥。该粘合剂层可通过方法诸如狭缝涂布(die coating)、挤出、丝网印刷或数字分配涂布在油墨关联层上,数字分配诸如通过喷墨印刷机,或自动喷嘴分配诸如通过Asymtek Jet或I & J Fisnar Jet。可选地,粘合剂的另外层可被印刷在第一粘合剂层上,以形成该层的厚度。粘合剂层的厚度在大约20微米至大约130微米之间。粘合剂可为单层的,或多层的,或沉积有图案。在步骤110,提供剥离衬垫。在步骤120,将剥离衬垫通过粘合剂与临时支撑进行层压。该方法在步骤130结束。可选地,层压物可通过模切站以将标签切割成期望的形状和大小。切割模具切割穿过临时支撑层,并且一直到剥离衬垫的表面,而不切割穿过剥离衬垫。模具可为有形状的刀片、旋转切割模具或激光切割器。美国专利号6,191,382公开了利用激光切割基底,并且该专利在此通过引用全文并入。在施加至基底表面上之后,剥离衬垫首先被剥掉。标签随后通过压敏粘合剂附着至基底表面上。可选地,轻的压力可通过临时支撑表面被施加到标签上。临时支撑层随后被剥掉。仅有油墨、油墨关联层和压敏粘合剂留在最终的基底表面上。在在此描述的施加过程之后,标签很好地粘在基底上。然而织物上的湿粘合通常随时间推移增强,并且推荐在使贴标签的基底受到清洗和干燥之前,保持该标签12小时。
在本发明的另一个实施方式中,标签可根据图6中的流程图500说明的方法产生。在步骤600开始后,下一个步骤700提供PSA剥离衬垫。接下来,在步骤800,压敏粘合剂被涂布在剥离衬垫上并干燥。接下来,在步骤900,提供油墨关联层。在步骤1000,油墨关联层通过粘合剂层与涂布粘合剂的剥离衬垫层压。可选地,层压物可通过模切站将标签切割成期望的形状和大小。切割模具切割穿过油墨关联层,并且一直到剥离衬垫的表面,而不切割穿过剥离衬垫。可选地,该标签可通过印刷站以使标记印刷在油墨关联层上。该方法在步骤1200结束。
在本发明的进一步的实施方式中,标签可利用如图9中的流程图5000说明的方法产生。在步骤6000开始后,下一个步骤7000提供剥离衬垫。接下来,在步骤8000,压敏粘合剂根据设计被花样涂布在剥离衬垫上并干燥。接下来,在步骤9000,提供由彩色的或无色的树脂粉末制成的油墨。随后在步骤10000,将油墨利用热熔印刷机器诸如SUNRAISE热熔印刷仪沉积在有图案的PSA层上。在粘合剂和标记之间的精确的对齐可以该方式实现。该方法在步骤11000结束。
除了前述内容,标签可进一步用清漆或其他材料再涂一层,以提供光泽的外观或改善的耐洗性。该步骤可在标签形成方法期间、在印刷之后或甚至在标签已经被附着至基底表面上之后进行。
图7说明了根据本发明的施加至T恤的PSA标签的示例性实施方式700的俯视图。带有标记714的标签通过使用粘合剂贴在T恤716上。在该示例性实施方式中,只有印刷标记714通过使用压敏粘合剂粘贴至T恤716。没有如大多数热转移标签具有的标签框,以提供“无标签”外观。
消除来自标签施加方法的热进一步使其他可能要不然对热敏感的功能物件或器件能够并入标签。这种物件或器件包括但不限于,化学或物理传感器件、跟踪器件或探测器件。如果通过常规的热转移方法施加,则由于施加方法中使用的热转移至服装,那些物件或器件可能被损坏或不适当地起作用。
本发明的压敏标签解决了该问题。例如,RFID标签可用转移标签中的PSA附着至目标纺织品;热敏指示剂或示踪剂,诸如不可逆转的温度变化标记剂(marker)。其他功能部件也可被装入PSA中,用于产品标记或识别目的。这种部件包括但不限于,条形码、识别部件、指示部件、传感部件、标记部件、跟踪部件和认证部件。PSA标签可进一步用于形成夹层结构,诸如在粘合剂/衬垫载体上的RFID嵌入件。示踪剂、指示剂或传感器部件诸如不可逆转的热致色变指示剂在环境温度下可被类似地附着或密封在现有标签构造中,作为粘合剂转移标签的一部分。
图10说明施加至具有RFID标签的服装上的压敏标签的示例性实施方式1000。RFID标签1030通过标签1100的粘合剂1006附着至服装1060。
以本发明形成的标签也可用于需要合适的湿粘合的其他应用。这种应用包括织物补片、制服徽章等。在用作织物补片中,具有印刷在表面上的期望图案的一片织物或其他合适的载体用压敏粘合剂进行涂布,湿粘合力值大于大约10N/in。该补片可用于修补撕破的服装或用于装饰其施加的基底。
没有限制地,其他添加剂,例如本领域技术人员已知的表面活性剂、消泡剂、分散剂、润湿剂、染料、颜料和共溶剂,可被添加至每个层的组成。
测试方法
湿粘合测试
湿粘合测试测量在湿条件下利用Instron5542从测试样板去除粘合剂涂布的基底需要的剥离力。压敏粘合剂以4密耳干厚度涂布在为未涂布的PET载体的Mellinex455-2密耳Mylar上,并切割成1”×4”的条带。PSA随后被施加到Atletico Home FA10上,Atletico Home FA10是来自台湾的Far Eastern Textile的1”×8”条带的染红色的100%聚酯纤维织物,具有1”×4”的无粘合剂末端。该测试条带利用来自Avery Dennison的双面胶带FT530通过PET侧被层压到具有4”自由末端的来自Cheminstruments的不锈钢测试样板上,该4”自由末端为与无粘合剂末端相同的区域。在Cheminstruments Rolldown机器上利用2千克橡胶覆盖的钢棍,采用一遍将条带层压至测试样板。层压测试样品在室温下保持48小时。该测试样品随后在室温下用去离子水浸湿5分钟。测试条带的自由末端被附着至Instron的夹钳。该测试以90度角进行。剥离速率为12英寸每分钟。测试用来自相同的材料批次制备的两组重复进行。
干粘合测试

清洗和干燥测试
纺织品或目标基底上的标签构造的耐洗性可由美国纺织品化学师与印染师协会(American Association of Textile Chemists andColorists)(AATCC)测试方法124证实。洗衣测试使用Maytac Atlantis洗衣机和干燥机。温水为大约105℉,热水为大约120℉。该测试样品针对任何可视缺陷进行评估,包括边缘翘起、起皱、破裂或褪色。
流变动态剪切测试
动态剪切测试利用具有大约8毫米平行板的TA InstrumentsAR2000进行。以10拉德/秒的频率和3℃/秒的加热速率从大约-60℃至大约200℃进行温度扫描。
粘度测试
利用具有转子5的Brookfield粘度计在10rpm下测量粘度。

实施例1白色油墨配方
该示例性配方含有L2985、Print Gen MG、GR B2和Ti-Pure R-746TiO2。以下步骤用于产生该油墨配方:利用Caframo电动实验室混合器,混合大约80克(g)的L-2985与大约30克的Ti-Pure R-746TiO2几分钟。随后加入大约10g的Print Gen MG并利用混合器混合。最后,加入大约6g的GRB2并混合几分钟。

使用的临时支撑为来自Hanse Corp.(韩国京畿道)的涂布有S4.14剥离涂料(挪威Gaupe,NTP)的105微米厚的Smartrans粗糙CGR聚酯膜。来自实施例2的具有17000cps粘度的白色油墨配方利用具有48筛网的平台ATMA印刷机(ATMA Champ Ent Corp.,台湾台北)印刷在临时支撑上,印刷2遍以获得25微米的白色图案厚度。印刷的油墨在105℃在干燥遂道中干燥60秒。具有48筛网的相同的丝网印刷机用于印刷来自实施例17的PSA配方。对于60微米的粘合剂厚度,采取总共6遍。干燥在105℃在干燥遂道组中进行60秒。印刷的转移标签片在65℃固化6小时。获得的总标签转移标签厚度为190um。
实施例45利用模切产生的PSA标签

实施例50

10.权利要求2所述的压敏标签,其中所述可印刷膜选自聚氨酯、EVA、PET、织物、合成革、绒面革、泡沫、特种纸、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚烯烃、喷墨可印刷介质、墨粉可印刷介质、pvc、非pvc膜、竹纺织品、生物可降解聚合物、PLA、织造和非织造材料。
11.权利要求1所述的压敏标签,进一步包括选自以下的功能层:RFID部件、条形码、识别部件、指示部件、传感部件、标记部件、跟踪部件、温度传感部件和认证部件。
12.贴标签的制品,包括:
基底;和,
压敏标签;其中所述压敏标签包括:
具有第一表面和第二表面的压敏粘合剂;和,
接触所述压敏粘合剂的所述第一表面的至少一个油墨关联层;
其中所述压敏粘合剂具有大于大约10N/in的湿粘合力。
13.权利要求12所述的贴标签的制品,其中所述基底选自织物、聚酯、丝绸、棉、聚合棉、弹力纤维、尼龙、一双鞋、购物袋、帽子、带子、玩具、消费者电子器件、体育用品、服装和运动装。
14.权利要求12所述的贴标签的制品,其中当将所述贴标签的制品重复清洗和干燥时,所述压敏标签保留在所述基底上。
15.权利要求12所述的贴标签的制品,其中所述临时支撑对所述至少一个油墨关联层具有粘合力F1;和,
所述粘合剂对所述基底具有粘合力F2;其中F1<F2。
16.权利要求12所述的贴标签的制品,进一步包括所述压敏标签中的功能层,并且所述功能层选自RFID部件、条形码、识别部件、指示部件、传感部件、标记部件、跟踪部件、温度传感部件和认证部件。
17.制作压敏标签的方法,包括以下步骤:
提供临时支撑;
在所述临时支撑上利用第一沉积设备沉积至少一个油墨关联材料层;和,
在所述至少一个油墨关联材料层上利用第二沉积设备沉积压敏粘合层。
18.权利要求17所述的制作压敏标签的方法,进一步包括在所述沉积压敏粘合剂层的步骤后,在所述压敏粘合剂上层压PSA剥离衬垫的步骤。
19.制作压敏标签的方法,包括以下步骤:
提供PSA剥离衬垫;
在所述PSA剥离衬垫上利用第一沉积设备沉积至少一个粘合剂材料层;
在所述粘合剂上利用第二沉积设备沉积至少一个设计标记层;和
收集片形式或缠绕卷之一的所述标签。
20.权利要求19所述的制作压敏标签的方法,其中所述压敏粘合剂与所述标记对齐。
21.权利要求19所述的制作压敏标签的方法,其中所述标记利用液体或固体标记材料产生。
22.权利要求17或19所述的制作压敏标签的方法,其中所述第一沉积设备和所述第二沉积设备选自激光墨粉印刷机、喷墨印刷机、丝网印刷机、柔版印刷机、喷射机或涂布机。
23.权利要求20所述的制作压敏标签的方法,其中所述粘合剂利用以下进行沉积:压敏材料的压力喷射、装设阀、装喷嘴、模拟印刷、丝网印刷、数字印刷、模版接触印刷、流体滴塑、浆状分配、数字非接触印刷、阀喷射、超声喷射或喷墨。
24.权利要求20所述的制作压敏标签的方法,其中粘合剂和标记之间的所述对齐方法是通过印刷液体标记材料。
25.权利要求24所述的制作压敏标签的方法,其中所述对齐方法选自模拟印刷、丝网印刷、数字印刷、模版接触印刷、流体滴塑、浆状分配、数字非接触印刷、阀喷射、压力喷射、超声喷射、装设阀、装喷嘴和喷墨。
26.权利要求20所述的制作压敏标签的方法,其中粘合剂和标记之间的所述对齐方法是通过印刷固体标记材料。
27.权利要求26所述的制作压敏标签的方法,其中所述对齐方法选自粉末热熔印刷和干膜转移。
28.制作压敏标签片的方法,包括以下步骤:
提供PSA剥离衬垫;
沉积压敏粘合剂层;
提供油墨关联材料层;和
将所述油墨关联层与所述压敏粘合剂层压。
29.权利要求28所述的制作压敏标签片的方法,进一步包括使所述标签片形成图案。
30.权利要求28所述的制作压敏标签片的方法,其中所述形成图案利用以下进行:刀片模具、旋转模具、激光模具切割器、一对剪刀或数字绘图器。
31.施加压敏标签的方法,包括以下步骤:
提供具有油墨关联层、PSA层和PSA剥离衬垫的压敏标签;
在所述油墨关联层上施加标记,
剥掉所述PSA剥离衬垫,和
利用压力将所述标签施加至可清洗基底上。
32.权利要求31所述的施加压敏标签的方法,其中所述压敏标签进一步包含临时支撑。
33.权利要求31所述的施加压敏标签的方法,进一步包括:
在所述利用压力将所述标签施加至可清洗基底上的步骤后,在所述标记上施加功能层。
34.权利要求33所述的施加压敏标签的方法,其中所述功能层为清漆、保护涂层、反射涂层或发泡粉溶液。
35.具有压敏标签的服装,其中所述标签包括:
具有第一表面和第二表面的压敏粘合剂;和,
接触所述压敏粘合剂的所述第一表面的至少一个油墨关联层;和
其中所述压敏粘合剂具有大于大约10N/in的湿粘合力。
36.权利要求2所述的压敏标签,其中所述油墨关联层是具有上表面和下表面的可印刷膜,所述上表面用可印刷剥离物涂布,并且所述下表面与所述压敏粘合剂的所述第一表面相接触,并且所述标签是自缠绕的。
37.用于修补服装的压敏织物补片,包括:
织物,和
施加至所述织物的压敏粘合剂;
其中所述压敏粘合剂具有大于大约10N/in的湿粘合力。
38.用于对基底贴标签的压敏标签的片或卷,包括多个压敏标签,其中所述压敏标签的每一个都包括:
具有第一表面和第二表面的压敏粘合剂;和
接触所述压敏粘合剂的所述第一表面的至少一个油墨关联层;
其中所述压敏粘合剂具有大于大约10N/in的湿粘合力。
39.权利要求31所述的施加压敏标签的方法,进一步包括:
保持所述标签至少12小时;和
清洗贴标签的可清洗基底。
40.权利要求1所述的压敏标签,其中所述油墨关联层和所述压敏粘合剂层中的至少一个是交联的。
