Abstract
本发明为具有充气膜压杆的桁架体系,属于新体系范畴。采用小杆件拼出大跨度结构的思想,提出了用柔性材料构造承重结构的新思路,基于充气膜压杆构造桁架体系。在此结构中,用充气压杆作为受压杆件,索作为受拉杆件。充气膜压杆在不充气的状态下为柔性的杆件,充气后为具有抗压刚度的劲性杆件,其抗压刚度依充气膜压杆的直径和内部气压而定。整个结构体系用柔性材料通过铰接节点拼装而成,充气后劲性的充气膜压杆配合柔性预应力拉索共同工作。本发明的结构是真正便携、易装的轻型桁架结构,特别适用于需要快速移动、即装即用的场合,可作为屋盖结构,临时性桥梁等,对于抗震救灾和灾后重建具有特别重要的意义。
Description
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种桁架结构,具体是一种建筑结构领域的组合充气膜结构。
背景技术
[0002] 膜结构分为张拉结构和充气结构,充气膜结构又分为气承式和气囊式。现代意义的充气膜结构起源于20世纪初,1917年英国工程师F.W.兰彻斯特成功地把充气原理应用到房屋结构中,提出了用鼓风机吹胀膜布用作野战医院的设想,并申请了专利。1946年,美国工程师Walter Bird建成第一个现代充气膜结构——多谱勒雷达穹顶。1970年日本大阪万国博览会上,膜结构被系统地推向世界,开始了刚性结构向柔性结构的转变,建成了大型充气膜结构如气承式的美国馆、气囊式的富士馆等,这以后充气膜结构开始有了广泛的应用。2002年,瑞士 Airlight公司和EMPA组合结构研宄中心的科技人员提出了一种充气梁,上翼缘为金属压杆,索按照梁的主应力迹线布置作为下翼缘,气囊作为梁的腹板形成了组合梁,称为气撑式张弦梁,申请了多项专利技术并付诸了工程实践。
[0003] 1988年起,天津大学、哈尔滨建筑工程学院、同济大学以及中国建筑科学研宄院等逐渐对薄膜结构进行研宄,并建成了长沙世界之窗剧场、深圳华侨城网球场、青岛颐中体育场、上海八万人体育场等一批张拉膜结构,张拉膜结构在我国率先发展起来,应用日益广泛。随着膜材及加工技术的进步,气承式膜结构近年才得以较多的应用。最早的如1995年在北京顺义建造的游泳馆,以后有天津市规划展览馆、北京朝阳公园羽毛球馆等均为气承式膜结构。而气囊式膜结构直至2008年,在国家游泳中心“水立方”和国家体育场“鸟巢”顶部火炬库工程中,引入国外技术才得以应用于工程。
[0004] 综上所述,充气膜结构在国内外的研宄和应用,以气承式和气囊式两种结构形式为主。气承式主要是靠膜面内外的气体压力差成形,施加预张力和保持稳定,承载力低,稳定性差。气囊式膜结构,典型的结构,如日本的富士馆、国家体育场“鸟巢”顶部的火炬库工程,用气囊式拱作为承重结构,但是承载力小,只能用于自承重的维护结构;国家游泳中心“水立方”是气枕式膜结构,属于气囊式膜结构,但气枕依附于骨架结构上,属于维护结构,同样承载能力很小;气撑式张弦梁,属于一种改进的组合梁,跨度和承载能力很大,但上部受压翼缘仍为劲性金属构件,气囊是横向承压仅作为上翼缘的横向支撑以提高其稳定性,这就使得整个梁的设计、加工、运输和安装变得复杂。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明针对现有技术存在的不足,采用小杆件拼出大跨度结构的思想,将气囊用作结构中的受压杆件,提出一种具有充气膜压杆的桁架体系,此种结构具有轻质、便携,安装、拆卸方便的特点,可应用于临时桥梁、屋盖、舞台等结构,具有广泛的应用前景。
[0006] 为了达到上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
[0007] 具有充气膜压杆的桁架体系,其特征在于:所述的桁架体系为柔性材料拼装成的结构体系。充气膜压杆1、预应力拉索2组成单榀桁架3,在单榀桁架3中,上弦杆和竖向腹杆为充气膜压杆1,斜向腹杆和下弦杆为预应力拉索2,上弦杆和竖向腹杆组成“T”字型。
[0008] 所述的桁架体系,充气膜压杆I材料为具有气密性的PVC膜材,杆件充气后才能有相应的抗压刚度。
[0009] 所述的桁架体系,充气膜压杆I充气后为管状杆件。
[0010] 所述的桁架体系,充气膜压杆I的内压范围为150KPa〜200KPa,并在预应力拉索2的索头处设置调节预应力拉索2长度的调节螺杆。内压的大小根据结构承载力要求而定,内压不同,结构所具有的刚度也不同。在承载力满足要求的情况下,为了使充气杆件的内压尽可能小,同时结构又能有足够的刚度,以满足结构正常使用极限状态的要求,可以通过调节预应力拉索2索头处的调节螺杆,用以改变拉索的长度,进而调节结构的起拱高度,以满足结构的挠度要求。所述的桁架体系,组成单榀桁架3的杆件以桁架中部的充气膜压杆I为对称轴呈轴对称。
[0011] 所述的桁架体系,组成单榀桁架3的杆件只有充气膜压杆1、预应力拉索2,且杆件之间用铰接节点连接。
[0012] 本发明的桁架体系,在自重和外荷载作用下,每个杆件所受轴力始终不变号,充气膜压杆I为受压杆件,预应力拉索2为受拉杆件。
[0013] 本发明的桁架体系,具有构造简单,杆件规格统一,传力明确,材料新颖,同时有便携、拆装方便的特点。此种结构最突出的特点是,整个体系除了连接节点外,构件材料皆为柔性材料,真正做到便携易装,可重复使用。

具体实施方式
[0017] 下面结合图1、图2对本发明做进一步说明:如图1、图2所示,本发明包括充气膜压杆1、预应力拉索2组成单榀桁架3。充气膜压杆I材料为具有气密性的柔性膜材,充气后才能有相应的刚度,充气后为管状杆件。单榀桁架3上弦杆与竖向腹杆呈“T”字型且组成“T”字型上弦杆和腹杆皆为充气膜压杆1,斜向腹杆和下弦杆为预应力拉索2,在此桁架中所有的杆件以桁架中部的充气膜压杆I为对称轴呈轴对称。单榀桁架3中杆件和杆件间通过铰接节点连接,组装过程中,通过调节预应力拉索2的长度来调节桁架的起拱高度,以满足结构使用时的挠度要求。桁架一端采用固定铰支座,另一端采用可动铰支座。

1.具有充气膜压杆的桁架体系,其特征在于:所述的桁架体系为柔性材料拼装成的结构体系,包括充气膜压杆(I)、预应力拉索(2)组成单榀桁架(3),单榀桁架拼装成整体结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有充气膜压杆的桁架体系,其特征在于:充气膜压杆(I)采用具有气密性的柔性膜材制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有充气膜压杆的桁架体系,其特征在于:充气膜压杆(I)充气后为管状承压杆件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有充气膜压杆的桁架体系,其特征在于:预应力拉索(2)的长度可调节。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有充气膜压杆的桁架体系,其特征在于:单榀桁架(3)的上弦杆与竖向的腹杆呈“T”字型。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有充气膜压杆的桁架体系,其特征在于:组成“T”字型的上弦杆和竖向的腹杆皆为充气膜压杆(I)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有充气膜压杆的桁架体系,其特征在于:组成单榀桁架(3)的杆件以桁架中部的充气膜压杆(I)为对称轴呈轴对称。
