本发明涉及一种收线装置，尤其涉及一种钢丝收线装置。
背景技术
目前，钢丝绳收线装置简单，一台热处理作业线一个收线电机，所有收线头线速度一致，效率低，只能处理一种规格的钢丝，严重影响了收线速度和工作效率。因此，需要提供一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种收线速度快的钢丝收线装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
钢丝收线装置，包括收线卷筒和电机，所述收线卷筒固定于收线架上，所述收线架固定于底座上，所述收线卷筒中间固定有转轴，所述转轴末端与皮带一端连接，所述皮带另一端与电机的轴连接，钢丝的入口端设有引入滑轮，所述收线卷筒与收线架的过渡段上设有变向滑轮。
所述底座上安装有行走轮。
所述收线卷筒的形状为倒锥形。
本发明的有益效果：收线速度快、使用效率高，解决了现有技术中存在的收线速度慢、使用效率低的问题。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示，本发明的钢丝收线装置，包括收线卷筒1和电机2，收线卷筒1的形状为倒锥形，收线卷筒1固定于收线架2上，收线架2固定于底座3上，底座3上安装有行走轮4，收线卷筒1中间固定有转轴5，转轴5末端与皮带6一端连接，皮带6另一端与电机7的轴8连接，钢丝9的入口端设有引入滑轮10，收线卷筒1与收线架2的过渡段11上设有变向滑轮12。
钢丝9与引入滑轮10配合，进入收线卷筒1内，然后通过变向滑轮12将钢丝9绕于收线架2上，收线速度快、使用效率高。

1.钢丝收线装置，包括收线卷筒和电机，其特征在于：所述收线卷筒固定于收线架上，所述收线架固定于底座上，所述收线卷筒中间固定有转轴，所述转轴末端与皮带一端连接，所述皮带另一端与电机的轴连接，钢丝的入口端设有引入滑轮，所述收线卷筒与收线架的过渡段上设有变向滑轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢丝收线装置，其特征在于：所述底座上安装有行走轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢丝收线装置，其特征在于：所述收线卷筒的形状为倒锥形。
