一种钢渣分级机技术领域[0001] 本发明涉及一种钢渣分级机,具体地讲涉及一种特别适用于含金属铁的钢渣,同时也适用于金属矿、非金属矿、冶金、化工等行业物料选粉的分级机。背景技术[0002]钢渣的主要成分是氧化钙、氧化镁,其次含有铁、硅、铝等氧化物,还有少量的金属铁。因其成份与处理工艺等原因,对磨细钢渣粉的分级存在以下几个问题:I、钢渣成份中氧化钙含量最高,且经过热焖工艺处理后与水反应,有部分氢氧化钙产生,磨细后具有较强的粘聚性,粉体不易打散,存在着细粉与粗粉分离难的问题。[0003] 2、磨细钢渣粉其颗粒分布有呈双峰状,含有20%左右10微米以下的超细粉,因细度过细,粉体易吸附成团,同时还包裹在金属铁的周围,采用普通的选粉机或O — SPA选粉机,渣粉与钢渣中的铁粒子分离不彻底,分级效率低下。[0004] 3、因分级效率低,造成以下三种现象:(I)合格的渣粉没有分选出去,返回磨机重新粉磨会造成产品过粉磨,使产品的颗粒级配不合理,不能充分发挥钢渣微粉的活性,既降低了产品质量,又增加了粉磨电耗;(2)经磁选出的金属铁因表面粘附细粉,造成选出的铁精粉、粒钢渣含杂量超标,达不到产品要求,降低了产品附加值;(3)因渣粉过多,会造成料层较厚,渣粉中会包裹部分金属铁不能被磁选出来,重新被返回磨内进行再粉磨,一定时间后,钢渣中的铁在磨机内富集,会堵塞蓖板,使磨内通风恶化,在增加磨耗的同时,也降低了粉磨效率,粉磨电耗上升,还会产生饱磨现象,使生产不能正常运行,必须对磨机不定期停机清理,才能维持生产。造成磨耗增加、电耗上升,设备运转率,运行费用高等恶性循环。[0005] 总之,选粉机的分级效率是直接制约了含铁钢渣干法处理的技术瓶径,不突破选粉技术就不能真正实现钢渣干法处理的工业化大生产。发明内容[0006] 本发明充分考虑了钢渣的粉体特性,提供了一种分选效率高、处理能力大、能耗低的钢渣分级机,具有效率高、密封性能好、分级粒度可调、易于检修等优点,易于安装、运行可靠,彻底解决钢渣渣粉与铁粒子分级的技术难题。[0007] 本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:本发明的钢渣分级机,包括安装在机架上的机体,其特征在于:机体内上部设有转子, 机体中部安装有可旋转的横向的进料管,机体内下部设有布风板和粗粉斗;转子向上对准机体顶部出风口,出风口连接袋式除尘器进风口,袋式除尘器出风口连接引风机;进料管位于机体内的一段为网格管,网格管上面对应转子,下面对应布风板。[0008] 本发明的钢渣分级机,优选方案为,机架上还安装有用于驱动转子的电机,转子通过锥形齿轮与主轴连接传动,主轴安装在上机体上,主轴与电机相连。粗粉斗内侧安装有耐磨板,布风板位于粗粉斗上面。机体上设有检修门。转子连接的主轴内设有给轴承注油的注油管道。粗粉斗锥形母线与水平的夹角为50〜70°。[0009] 本发明具有以下优点:
I.本分选机采用水平进料,增加了物料有分级机内部的停留时间,使物料分散更匀,具有进料和布料的功能,大大增加了物料分级效率。
[0010] 2.本分级机下机体设有布风板,经过初选的物料可以经过二次布料,同时粗颗粒受到进一步的撞击分散后,可以进行二次分选,提高了分级效率。
[0011] 3.本分级机所设的进料管可以连接在球磨机上出料管上,无需增加动力,同时下设的布风板对物料的分散是借助于物料的重力和惯性进行分级,选粉动能小,可明显节能。
[0012] 4.本分选机可以通过调节转子的转速,严格控制物料的细度,可以根据用户需求对物料细度进行调整,易于操作,便于调整。
[0013] 5.本分选机充分考虑了钢渣中金属铁磨蚀大的问题,将机体内壁安装了耐磨板,方便拆卸,增加了设备使用寿命。
[0014] 6.本分级机进料管可单设进料口,同时可安装电机进行驱动,用于非球磨机的其它粉磨或破碎设备,应用范围广。

[0018] 本发明的钢渣分级机,包括安装在机架7上的机体,机体内上部设有转子2,机体中部安装有可旋转的横向的进料管4,机体内下部设有布风板5和粗粉斗;转子向上对准机体顶部出风口 1,机体顶部出风口通过软管连接袋式除尘器15进风口,袋式除尘器出风口连接引风机16 ;进料管4位于机体内的一段为网格管,网格管上面对应转子2,下面对应布风板5。机架上还安装有用于驱动转子的电机13,转子通过锥形齿轮与主轴连接传动,主轴安装在上机体上,主轴与电机相连。粗粉斗内侧安装有耐磨板18,布风板位于粗粉斗上面。机体上设有检修门8。转子连接的主轴内设有给轴承注油的注油管道。粗粉斗锥形母线与水平的夹角为50〜70°。
[0019] 本发明的钢渣分级机,进料管4水平安装在机体上,进料管通过进料管轴承3可转动的安装在下机体。上机体和下机体安装在机架7上。进料管与转子相互垂直,进料管内安有进料螺旋,进料管和进料螺旋构成的进料装置可以自由转动,进料管位于机体内的部分即网格管有网格状小孔。
[0020] 本发明的钢渣分级机,转子通过转子轴承10安装在上机体内,转子上安装环状格栅板11,转子通过锥形齿轮12与水平主轴14连接传动,主轴安装在上机体9上,主轴14通过皮带轮与电机13相连,电机安装在机架7上。转子上口是出风口,上机体顶部有对准转子中心的向上的出风口 1,下机体下方下对准转子中心的粗粉出料口 6。
[0021] 上、下机体9通过螺栓与机架7连接成整体。转子连接的主轴内设有给轴承注油的注油管道,加油孔安装在上机体上。
[0022] 下机体通过螺栓安装在机架上,机架底部通过地脚螺栓固定到水泥基础上。下机体上部安有检修门8,下机体中部安有布风板5,下机体内下部安有可拆卸的耐磨板18,通过螺栓将耐磨板18固定到下机体的内壁上,下机体下端设有粗粉出口,下机体的粗粉斗锥形母线与水平的夹角为50〜70°。
[0023] 物料由进料管口 4加入,随着管体的转动物料在进料螺旋的推动下,向前运动,细料在进料管上的小孔17中撒落,粗粉由管口末端排出,物料在下落过程中受到风向上风的带动下,细粉被吸入袋式除尘器15,粗粉向下洒落,物料在下落过程中碰到布风板5上,大颗粒受到撞击后表面被振落的细粉第二次被收集到除尘器。
[0024] 本发明的分级机(不限于钢渣)微粉专用分级机,是通过对国内外各种分级机进行使用分析后开发出来的,该磨是针对钢渣微粉中渣粉与铁粒子难于分选的特点开发的一种钢渣专用分级机,同样该分级机也非常适用于金属矿、非金属矿、冶金、矿渣、化工等行业的各种物料,该选粉机对成品400目的钢渣微粉的选粉效率高达92%,吨耗电不足3度,该例钢渣微粉专用分机已经被试用,证明效果非常显著,是生产钢渣干法处理工艺的必选产品。
Claims (6)
1. 一种钢渣分级机,包括安装在机架上的机体,其特征在于:机体内上部设有转子,机体中部安装有可旋转的横向的进料管,机体内下部设有布风板和粗粉斗;转子向上对准机体顶部出风口,出风口连接袋式除尘器进风口,袋式除尘器出风口连接引风机;进料管位于机体内的一段为网格管,网格管上面对应转子,下面对应布风板。
2.根据权利要求I所述的钢渣分级机,其特征在于:机架上还安装有用于驱动转子的电机,转子通过锥形齿轮与主轴连接传动,主轴安装在上机体上,主轴与电机相连。
3.根据权利要求I或2所述的钢渣分级机,其特征在于:粗粉斗内侧安装有耐磨板,布风板位于粗粉斗上面。
4.根据权利要求I或2所述的钢渣分级机,其特征在于:机体上设有检修门。
5.根据权利要求2所述的钢渣分级机,其特征在于:转子连接的主轴内设有给轴承注油的注油管道。
6.根据权利要求I或2或5所述的钢渣分级机,其特征在于:粗粉斗锥形母线与水平的夹角为50〜70°。
