[车轮驱动系的构成]
图1是实施例1的四轮驱动车辆的车轮驱动系的构成图。
实施例1的四轮驱动车将来自发动机3的旋转动力通过变速器(包含差速器装置4a的变速驱动桥)4变速,经由左右驱动轴5L、5R朝向作为主驱动轮的左右前轮1L、1R驱动这些左右前轮1L、1R。
另外,由变速器4变速后朝向左右前轮1L、1R的驱动力的一部分利用分动器6进行方向变换使其朝向左右后轮2L、2R,驱动这些左右后轮2L、2R。说明该传递系的构成。
分动器6具备由输入侧双曲面齿轮6a及输出侧双曲面齿轮6b构成的伞齿轮组。输入侧双曲面齿轮6a以与差速器装置4a的输入旋转构件即差速器箱一起旋转的方式构成。在输出侧双曲面齿轮6b结合传动轴7的前端,使该传动轴7朝向左右后轮驱动力分配单元8并向后方延伸。此外,分动器6以将朝向左右前轮1L、1R的驱动力的一部分增速并向传动轴7输出的方式决定由双曲面齿轮6a及输出侧双曲面齿轮6b构成的伞齿轮组的齿轮比。
向传动轴7的增速旋转动力基于在左右后轮驱动力分配单元8决定的目标值被分配输出到左右后轮2L、2R。因此,左右后轮驱动力分配单元8在左右后轮2L、2R的驱动轴9L、9R之间具备沿这些轴9L、9R的轴线方向延伸的中心轴10。
左右后轮驱动力分配单元8还具有:处于中心轴10及左后轮驱动轴9L间且用于对这些轴10、9L间进行结合控制的左后轮侧离合器11L、处于中心轴10及右后轮驱动轴9R间且用于对这些轴10、9R间进行结合控制的右后轮侧离合器11R。
从分动器6向车辆后方延伸的传动轴7的后端和中心轴10之间经由由输入侧双曲面齿轮12a及输出侧双曲面齿轮12b构成的伞齿轮式终端减速器12驱动结合。此外,终端减速器12的减速比与分动器6的上述的增速齿轮比(由双曲面齿轮6a及输出侧双曲面齿轮6b构成的伞齿轮组的增速齿轮比)相关联,设为使朝向左右前轮1L、1R的驱动力的一部分在增速下朝向中心轴10的齿轮比,在实施例1中,以相对于左右前轮1L、1R使中心轴10增速旋转的方式设定分动器6及终端减速器12的合计齿轮比。
在实施例1的四轮驱动车辆的车轮驱动系中,来自发动机3的旋转动力在变速器(变速驱动桥)4的变速下向左右前轮1L、1R传递,驱动这些左右前轮1L、1R。其间,朝向左右前轮1L、1R的驱动力的一部分从分动器6依次经传动轴7、及终端减速器12在增速下向中心轴10传递,以离合器11L、11R滑动该增速量的方式对这些离合器11L、11R进行联接力控制,同时驱动左右后轮2L、2R。由此,车辆通过左右前轮1L、1R的驱动、及左右后轮2L、2R的驱动可进行四轮驱动行驶。
另外,在实施例1的四轮驱动车辆中,以提高车辆的起步性能及加速性能为目的,经由左后轮侧离合器11L及右后轮侧离合器11R的合计联接力控制进行前后轮驱动力分配控制。另外,另外,以车辆的回转性能提高及回转动作的稳定化为目的,经由左后轮侧离合器11L及右后轮侧离合器11R的联接力控制进行左右轮驱动力分配控制。因此,将左后轮侧离合器11L及右后轮侧离合器11R的联接力控制系统设为如下。
左后轮侧离合器11L及右后轮侧离合器11R分别设为根据供给电流决定联接力的电磁式,通过以这些离合器11L、11R的联接力分别成为与由四轮驱动(4WD)控制器21求出的左右后轮2L、2R的目标驱动力TcL、TcR相对应的联接力的方式对向该离合器11L、11R的供给电流进行电子控制,进行上述前后轮驱动力分配控制及左右轮驱动力分配控制。
在4WD控制器21中,为运算上述的左后轮2L的目标驱动力TcL及右后轮2R的目标驱动力TcR,分别输入:来自检测车速VSP的车速传感器22的信号、来自检测穿过车辆的重心的绕垂直轴线的横摆率φ的横摆率传感器23的信号、来自检测转向盘操作角θ的操作角传感器24的信号、来自运算发动机3的输出转矩Te的发动机转矩运算部25的信号、来自检测发动机转速Ne的发动机旋转传感器26的信号、来自检测加速踏板踏入量即加速器开度APO的加速器开度传感器27的信号、来自检测变速器4选择中的齿轮比γ的变速器齿轮比传感器28的信号。
4WD控制器21基于这些输入信息运算车辆的总驱动力,同时根据输入信息和总驱动力计算后轮分配量(左右后轮2L、2R的驱动力分配量)及后轮左右分配量差。然后,运算实现后轮分配量和后轮左右分配量差的左后轮目标驱动力TcL及右后轮目标驱动力TcR,以左右后轮2L、2R的驱动力与这些目标驱动力TcL、TcR一致的方式电子控制左后轮侧离合器11L及右后轮侧离合器11R的联接力(电流)。
[驱动力分配显示装置的构成]
4WD控制器21基于计算出的车辆的总驱动力、后轮分配量及后轮左右分配量差运算用于在配置于组合仪表31的后述的里程表(上侧段显示器)37及短距离里程表(下侧段显示器)38显示前后轮间及左右后轮间的驱动力分配状态的段点亮图案,将运算结果使用未图示的CAN通信线送入仪表控制器(显示控制装置)29。仪表控制器29在由驾驶员所操作的显示切换开关30被每次操作时,将里程表37及短距离里程表38的显示内容按照距离(累积行驶距离、区间行驶距离)表示、驱动力分配状态显示、燃料消耗显示的顺序进行切换。在此,在燃料消耗的基础上,还可以为切换为其它一个或多个车辆信息的显示的构成。下面说明其构成。此外,切换开关30例如被配置在未图示的转向盘或仪表板等在车辆的行驶中驾驶员可操作的位置。
图2是实施例1的组合仪表31的正面图,组合仪表31设置于未图示的仪表板,在左右配置显示发动机3的转速的转速表32和显示车辆的行驶速度的速度表33。在两仪表32、33之间的位置设定显示发动机冷却水的温度的水温表34、显示燃料的余量的燃料表35、及显示其它警告、显示灯的显示区域36。此外,在仪表板上设有转向信号指示器灯、远光指示灯、变速档位指示灯,但省略图示。
在显示区域36的左右中央上部,上下排列配置显示车辆的累积行驶距离的里程表37和显示区间行驶距离的短距离里程表38。里程表37及短距离里程表38例如将轮胎的周长与车轴转速信号相乘,计算显示车辆的行驶距离。
图3是实施例1的里程表37及短距离里程表38的正面图,里程表37在左右方向并排列六个通过图4所示的7个段显示数值的七段LED(数字显示元件)39而构成。因此,里程表37可显示六位数值。另外,短距离里程表38与里程表37相同,在左右方向排列五个七段LED(数字显示元件)39。因此,短距离里程表38可显示五位数值。里程表37和短距离里程表38是从1位侧将各七段LED39的左右方向位置对齐配置。
里程表37可以通过驾驶员按下复位开关40而将显示复位为零。另外,短距离里程表38在驾驶员每次按下切换开关41时,交互切换短距离里程表A和B,可显示两种区间行驶距离。在短距离里程表38的左端配置有使文字A、B的一方点亮的文字显示部42。仪表控制器29在短距离里程表A的显示中使文字A点亮,在短距离里程表B的显示中使文字B点亮。短距离里程表38通过驾驶员长按下切换开关41规定时间以上,可以使显示返回零。
图4是用于里程表37及短距离里程表38的七段LED39的正面图,七段LED39具有沿横方向延伸的三个横方向段39a、39b、39c和沿纵方向延伸的四个纵方向段39d、39e、39f、39g。上层横方向段39a位于上层,中层横方向段39b位于中层,下层横方向段39c位于下层。左上层纵方向段39d位于左上层,左下层纵方向段39e位于左下层,右上层纵方向段39f位于右上层,右下层纵方向段39g位于右下层。
如上述,里程表37及短距离里程表38每次操作显示切换开关30时,按照累积行驶距离及区间行驶距离的显示、向各轮的驱动力分配状态的显示、燃料消耗显示的顺序进行切换。驱动力分配状态的显示使用构成短距离里程表38的五个七段LED39和构成里程表37的六个七段LED39中从右起五个七段LED39合计十个七段LED39。下面,将里程表37和短距离里程表38一并称作驱动力分配显示部43。
图5是直行行驶时的驱动力分配显示部43的表示例,图6是右回转时的驱动力分配显示部的表示例。如图5、6所示,在驱动力分配显示部43,使左右中央的上下两个七段LED39一起H字状地点亮,即,使除上层横方向段39a和下层横方向段39c以外的五个段点亮,由此显示模仿车身的记号。另外,通过使与显示车身的上侧的七段LED39的左边邻接的七段LED39的右上层纵方向段39f、及与显示车身的上侧的七段LED39的右边邻接的七段LED39的左上层纵方向段39d点亮,显示模仿左右前轮1L、1R的记号。另外,通过使与显示车身的下侧的七段LED39的左边邻接的七段LED39的右下层纵方向段39g、及与显示车身的下侧的七段LED39的右边邻接的七段LED39的左下层纵方向段39e点亮,显示模仿左右后轮2L、2R的记号。
左前轮1L的驱动力分配状态使用位于显示左前轮1L的右上层纵方向段39f的左侧的三个上层纵方向段以点亮的段的数即显示段数(0~3)表现。右前轮1R的驱动力分配状态使用位于显示右前轮1R的左上层纵方向段39d的右侧的三个上层纵方向段以显示(点亮)段数(0~3)表现。左后轮2L的驱动力分配状态使用位于显示左后轮2L的右下层纵方向段39g的左侧的三个下层纵方向段以显示(点亮)段数(0~3)表现。右后轮2R的驱动力分配状态使用位于显示右后轮2R的左下层纵方向段39e的右侧的三个下层纵方向段以显示(点亮)段数(0~3)表现。
例如,在执行行驶时,左右后轮2L、2R的驱动力相同,因此,如图5所示,将与左右后轮2L、2R相对应的显示段数分别设为相同。此时,后轮分配量越大,相对于总显示段数,越增加与左右后轮2L、2R相对应的显示段数。另外,车辆的总驱动力越大,越增加总显示段数。此外,在停车时时,将与各轮相对应的显示段数设为零。
另一方面,在回转时,由于左右后轮2L、2R中的回转外轮的驱动力比回转内轮的驱动力大,所以如图6所示,在右回转时的情况下,将与作为回转外轮的左后轮2L相对应的显示段数设为比与作为回转内轮的右后轮2R相对应的显示段数多。此时,后轮左右分配量差越大,越对与左右后轮2L、2R相对应的显示段数赋予差。另外,根据后轮分配量和车辆的总驱动力变更各显示段数。
图7是左回转时即存在后轮左右分配量差时的段显示图案之一例,4WD控制器21将车辆的总驱动力划分为“大”、“中”、“小”三个驱动力区域,而且,在各驱动力区域将后轮分配量及后轮左右分配量差分别划分为“大”、“小”两个区域,且在各区域使段显示图案不同。在此,仅在车辆的总驱动力为“小”的情况下不进行后轮分配量的划分。理由是因为,在车辆的总驱动力小的情况下,后轮分配量极少,即使以大小划分,显示段数也不会产生差。
因此,可知例如图6的显示例为,在图7中总驱动力为“中”、后轮分配量为“大”、后轮左右分配量差为“小”的划分时的段显示图案。
在右回转时的情况下,变为切换图7的2R和2L的数值的值,所以省略说明。
在此,在图7所示的显示图案中,除车辆的总驱动力为“大”、后轮分配量为“大”、后轮左右分配量差为“小”的情况外,与右后轮2R相对应的显示段数均为零,但这未必表示右后轮2R的驱动力为零。在实施例1中,根据后轮左右分配量差决定显示段数,由于与各轮相对应的显示段数最大为3,所以在以少的显示段数表现车辆的总驱动力、后轮分配量及后轮左右分配量差这三个的情况下,左右后轮2L、2R中驱动力分配量小的车轮的显示段数为零。换言之,通过将左右后轮2L、2R中驱动力分配量小的车轮的显示段数设为零,能够以更多的图案表现车辆的总驱动力、后轮分配量及后轮左右分配量差这三个。
其次,说明实施例1的效果。
根据上述的实施例1的驱动力分配显示装置,得到如下的效果。
(1)具备:上下排列配置的里程表37及短距离里程表38、使用里程表37及短距离里程表38的左右中央附近的上下两个七段LED39表示车身且使用表示车身的上下两个七段LED39的左右的七段LED39表示车轮间的驱动力分配状态(前后轮间的驱动力分配状态、左右轮间的驱动力分配状态)的仪表控制器29。
里程表37及短距离里程表38通过将廉价的七段LED39桁架排列而构成,相对于使用现有的液晶画面表示车轮间的驱动力分配状态,能够抑制制造成本。
(2)仪表控制器29表示左右前轮1L、1R和左右后轮2L、2R间的驱动力分配状态及左右后轮2L、2R间的驱动力分配状态作为车轮间的驱动力分配状态。因此,如实施例1,在可调整前后轮的驱动力分配和左右后轮2L、2R的驱动力分配的四轮驱动车的回转时,能够对驾驶员同时通知左右前轮1L、1R和左右后轮2L、2R间的驱动力分配状态及左右后轮2L、2R间的驱动力分配状态。
(3)仪表控制器29根据后轮2L、2R相对于左右前轮1L、1R的驱动力分配量划分为“大”、“小”两个区域,进而将该两个区域根据左右后轮2L、2R的左右分配量差划分为“大”、“小”两个区域,在各区域使段显示图案不同。由此,可使用四个段显示图案通知驾驶员作为需要最低限的信息的后轮驱动力分配量是否大及后轮左右分配量差是否大。
(4)仪表控制器29将车辆的总驱动力的大小划分为“大”、“中”、“小”三个驱动力区域,且将“大”和“中”的驱动力区域如上所述根据后轮驱动力分配量及后轮左右分配量差划分成四个区域,将“小”的驱动力区域根据后轮左右分配两差划分成两个区域。由此,不仅后轮驱动力分配量的大小、后轮左右分配量差的大小,还可以将车辆的驱动力的大小通知给驾驶员。另外,在与各轮相对应的显示段数最大为三个的制约中,能够表现十种的状态。
(5)由于将必须设置于乘用车的组合仪表的里程表37及短距离里程表38作为驱动力分配显示部43利用,所以不需要显示驱动力分配状态的专用的显示装置,相比另外设置专用的显示装置的情况,能够抑制制造成本。
(6)在每次操作显示切换开关30时,里程表37及短距离里程表38依次切换距离显示、驱动力分配状态显示及燃料消耗显示,因此,驾驶员可以仅在必要时切换成驱动力分配状态显示,在不需要的情况下可以设为非显示。
(7)仪表控制器29将左右中央的上下两个七段LED39一起H字状地点亮,显示车身,因此,可以使用两个七段LED39在中央显示近似车身的平面形状的记号。因此,驾驶员能够瞬时识别各轮的驱动力分配状态,能够实现识别性的提高。
(8)仪表控制器29使与上述H字状地点亮的七段LED39中的上侧的七段LED39的左右邻接的两个七段LED39、39的上层纵方向段中的、接近H字状地点亮的七段LED39的一侧的上层纵方向段点亮,显示左右前轮,而且,使与上述H字状地点亮的七段LED39中的下侧的七段LED39的左右邻接的两个七段LED39、39的下层纵方向段中的、接近H字状地点亮的七段LED39的一侧的下层纵方向段点亮,显示左右后轮。由此,可以使用两个七段LED39在中央显示近似车辆的平面形状的记号。因此,能够实现识别性的提高及外观性提高。
(其它实施例)
以上基于实施例说明了用于实施本发明的方式,但本发明的具体的构成不限于实施例,在不脱离发明宗旨的范围的设计变更等也包含于本发明。
例如图8所示,也可以在驱动力分配显示部43的中央仅显示车身,省略车轮的显示。另外,显示的段不限于纵方向段,也可以将图8的矩形作为一个记号来显示。图8是与图6所示的状况相同的右回转时的其它显示例。即,图7是总驱动力为“中”、后轮分配量为“大”、后轮左右分配量差为“小”的划分时的段显示图案。
在实施例1中,表示以驾驶员的开关操为触发,将里程表及短距离里程表的显示从距离显示切换为驱动力分配状态显示的例子,但也可以为以前后轮的驱动力分配状态和左右轮的驱动力分配状态的至少一方变化为触发器,从距离显示自动切换为驱动力分配状态显示的构成。

Claims (9)

1.一种车辆用显示装置,其特征在于,具备:
上侧段显示器,其配置于车辆的仪表板,在左右方向排列三个以上通过多个段显示数值的数字显示元件而构成;
下侧段显示器,其配置于所述上侧段显示器的下侧,在左右方向排列三个以上通过多个段显示数值的数字显示元件而构成;
显示控制装置,其将所述上侧及下侧段显示器的数字显示元件组合来显示车辆的信息。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆用显示装置,其特征在于,
所述显示控制装置使用所述上侧及下侧段显示器的左右中央附近的上下两个数字显示元件显示车身,且使用显示所述车身的上下两个数字显示元件的左右的数字显示元件显示车轮间的驱动力分配状态。
3.如权利要求2所述的车辆用显示装置,其特征在于,
所述显示控制装置显示主驱动轮与副驱动轮间的驱动力分配状态及左右轮间的驱动力分配状态作为所述车轮间的驱动力分配状态。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的车辆用显示装置,其特征在于,
所述显示控制装置根据副驱动轮相对于主驱动轮的驱动力分配量和所述左右轮的驱动力分配量差将所述车轮间的驱动力分配状态划分为多个区域,且使在各区域显示所述车轮间的驱动力分配状态的各数字显示元件的段显示图案不同。
5.如权利要求4所述的车辆用显示装置,其特征在于,
所述显示控制装置根据车辆的总驱动力将所述车轮间的驱动力分配状态划分为多个驱动力区域,且将各驱动力区域根据副驱动轮相对于所述主驱动轮的驱动力分配量和所述左右轮的驱动力分配量差划分为多个区域。
6.如权利要求2~5中任一项所述的车辆用显示装置,其特征在于,
所述上侧及下侧段显示器为显示一个或多个车辆状态的显示器,驾驶员每次操作显示切换开关时,依次切换所述一个或多个车辆状态的显示和所述驱动力分配状态的显示。
7.如权利要求6所述的车辆用显示装置,其特征在于,
所述上侧及下侧段显示器的一方为显示作为规定的车辆信息的车辆的累积行驶距离的里程表,另一方为显示作为规定的车辆信息的区间行驶距离的短距离里程表。
8.如权利要求2~7中任一项所述的车辆用显示装置,其特征在于,
所述数字显示元件为七段LED,
所述显示控制装置使所述左右中央附近的上下两个七段LED一起H字状地点亮来显示车身。
9.如权利要求8所述的车辆用显示装置,其特征在于,
所述显示控制装置使与所述H字状地点亮的上侧的七段LED的左右邻接的两个七段LED的上层纵方向段中的、接近所述H字状地点亮的七段LED的一侧的上层纵方向段点亮,来显示左右前轮,并使与所述H字状地点亮的七段LED的左右邻接的两个七段LED的下层纵方向段中的、接近所述H字状地点亮的七段LED的一侧的下层纵方向段点亮,来显示左右后轮。
