背景技术
[0002] 静脉曲张及血栓闭塞性脉管炎,早在东汉末年张仲景对此疾就有论述曰“寒、湿、痰、毒,诸邪犯络、闭塞不通,气血失养则足闕,以致肌死筋坏,骨脱,为脱疽也”。
[0003] 静脉曲张俗称“炸筋腿”是静脉系统最常见的疾病,形成的主要原因是由于先天性血管壁膜比较薄弱或长时间维持相同姿势很少改变,血液蓄积下肢,在日积月累的情况下破坏静脉瓣膜而产生静脉压过高,是血管突出皮肤表面的症状。静脉曲张多发生在下肢,其它阴囊精索,腹腔静脉,胃部食道静脉等也会发生静脉曲张。
[0004] 血栓闭塞性脉管炎是一种慢性周围血管狭窄或闭塞的疾病,又称伯格氏病。多发生于青壮年男性,多有重度嗜烟历史。典型的临床表现为间歇性跛行、休息痛及游走性血栓性静脉炎。该病主要侵犯肢体,尤其是下肢的中、小动脉及其伴行的静脉和浅静脉,受累血管呈现血管壁全层的非化脓性炎症,管腔内有血栓形成,管腔呈现进行性狭窄以至完全闭塞,引起肢体缺血而产生疼痛,严重者肢端可发生不易愈合的溃疡及坏疽。
[0005] 血栓性静脉炎包括血栓性浅静脉炎及深部血栓形成。常先有静脉内血栓形成以后,发生静脉对血栓的炎性反应。其病因主要是血管壁的损伤(由外伤或静脉插管或输入刺激性液体所致)及静脉曲张引起的静脉内血液瘀滞。该病的主要临床表现为沿静脉走行的红、肿、痛和明显的压痛,并可触及索状静脉;全身反应少见,下肢静脉的压力升高。
[0006]目前,现代医疗界针对静脉`曲张、血栓闭塞性脉管炎、静脉炎大都采取手术嫁接、打针扩张血管,及手术截肢办法;虽然能够治愈,但会造成患者终生下肢伤残。近几年,中医单纯治疗静脉曲张中药颇多,而口服药居多,见效慢,且疗效不佳,有复发的可能性。
[0007] 而治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎和血栓性静脉炎的中药亦有多种,但诸药成分各异,疗效不一,且从实践中可知,效果并不理想,有复发的可能性。
发明内容
[0008] 本发明就是针对上述问题,弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种见效快、疗效显著,且能够彻底根治的治疗静脉曲张、血栓闭塞性脉管炎及静脉炎的外用中药。
[0009] 为实现本发明的上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案。
[0010] 本发明是由以下成分组成:党参9~30g、黄芪9~40g、当归9~20g、川芎9~15g、红花2~5g、桃仁2~5g、丹参9~15g、姜黄5~15g、三七I~3g、土鳖虫3~10g、三棱5~10g、莪术3~10g、鳘甲5~10g、川牛膝8~10g、木瓜8~10g、白术8~10g、获茶9~15g、生半夏2~5g、生姜I~3g、昆布5~10g、川贝5~8g、白芥子5~10g、陈皮3~8g、玫瑰花3~8g、木香3~8g、金银花5~10g、连翅3~10g、蒲公英3~10g、紫花地丁 3~10g、野菊花5~10g、黄柏5~10g、苦参5~10g、生地5~10g、赤苟5~10g、延胡索3~8g、生乳香I~3g、生没药I~3g、冰片0.1~0.3g。
[0011] 本发明外用中药的制作方法:将上述中药磨成细粉,用黄酒调制成膏状,外敷于患处30分钟;每日两次。
[0012] 本发明组方方解:(1)防止血栓形成:血栓闭塞性疾病,如血栓闭塞性脉管炎及静脉曲张所引起的静脉瓣膜闭合不全,而使阻滞血液和微循环障碍,形成血栓、静脉曲张及血栓闭塞性脉管炎,中医属“脱疽”范畴。病在下肢,同时涉及五脏,其本是正气方虚,标为瘀血、痰浊;因此,需要标本兼治,方能奏效。
[0013] 本方重用党参、黄芪、当归、白术来补气养血,佐以擅长活血化瘀的丹参、川芎为治疗阻滞血瘀的臣药,配伍红花、桃仁、土鳖虫加强活血祛瘀的功效;诸药合用,起到事半功倍的效果。同时配以祛痰浊的中药,因脾为生痰之源,必须由白术、黄芪、茯苓组成方剂,健脾益气、除湿,再配以化痰消积的生半夏、生姜、川贝、昆布、白芥子,加之行气的陈皮、木香、玫瑰花;由于化痰药必与健脾药合用,健脾药又必须和行气药合用,使气机畅通、痰邪自清,痰散则经络通利,从而使瘀血化则津液自通,共同起到祛痰浊、化瘀血之功;此外,化瘀祛痰方剂还具有抗脂肪过氧化,保护血管内皮和阻断血管炎症反应的作用。
[0014] (2)改善血流动力:治疗血栓、激活血小板是一个关键问题。凝血和纤溶系统的异常改变是导致血栓形成重要因素之一,因此在充分改善患者血液中的浓、粘、凝集状态时,尤以养血、活血更为明显;如重用赤芍、丹参、当归,其能非常显著地抑制血小板的聚集,降低血小板粘附作用,并能增强纤维蛋白溶解活性,提高血小板CAMP含量。同时,佐以三七、三棱、莪术、鳖甲、土鳖虫、川芎,加强活血、祛瘀的功效,同时软坚散结、祛积聚;经多方位调节气血、祛瘀滞,从而能准确、迅速地对抗血栓形成。
[0015] (3)调节机体、增强免疫功能:当归、川芎、桃仁、三棱、莪术能增长巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,起到促进非特异性免疫功能和抗变态反应炎症的作用。
[0016] (4)抗血管硬化作用、降低胆固醇:抑制和减轻动脉、静脉的血管硬化形成,并对粥样斑块有助消退作用;如丹参、姜黄、三七,并用川牛膝佐以木瓜,引诸药下行。
[0017] (5)抑菌、抗炎、止痛、消肿作用:具有清热解毒作用的中药多数抑菌、杀菌、抗炎效果非常好,如用君药金银花、连翘、蒲公英、紫花地丁、赤芍均能抑制各种致病的真菌,及其他菌类的生成。同时,由于消除炎症而消肿胀、疼痛,再佐以延胡索、姜黄、土鳖虫加强活血、行气化瘀作用,使得镇痛的作用更强。用苦参、野菊花杀菌止瘙痒,以凉血行气的生地、赤芍、黄柏共同与之配伍,能迅速消除炎症反应,及降低组胺,从而使毛细血管通透性增加。
[0018] 同时,用生乳香、生没药来散瘀止痛,化腐生肌,佐以清热解毒、入血分的野菊花、紫花地丁。再配以黄芪补气,补祛并用;以及利用冰片散发、消炎功用。诸药合用,能快速使下肢感染、溃疡及溃烂在十日左右痊愈,恢复健康。

[0020] 本发明属祖传秘方,又经几十年潜心研究和大量临床观察,反复实施验证,证实对防治血管炎症、血栓形成及粥样硬化有显著效果,利用其消退作用从而避免患者因静脉曲张造成瓣膜闭合不全,及血栓闭塞性脉管炎、静脉炎而造成患者下肢残疾。本发明利用38种中草药研细粉,通过零距离经络外敷给药,在较短时间内能迅速溶解血管的“血瘀、痰浊、血栓”,使人体气血畅通、正常运行、恢复健康,且不再复发。本发明尤其针对下肢静脉曲张有非常好的疗效,至今治疗病例428例,有效率达99%,显效率达95% ;同时,本发明治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎,及血栓性静脉炎也有很好的疗效,至今治疗病例326例,有效率达99%,显效率达93%。另外,组成本发明外用中药的药材成分价格低廉,不含贵重中草药,对于长期敷用的患者而言,易于接受。
