Abstract
本发明涉及一种煤粉锅炉风水联合冷却干排渣方法及系统。该方法包括步骤:首先采用风冷式钢带(链板)冷渣机对来自锅炉的炉渣进行预冷却和引出;接着采用滚筒式冷渣器对经过预冷却后的炉渣进行进一步冷却;以及最后将经由滚筒式冷渣器冷却后的炉渣被直接运走或输送至渣仓。来自锅炉的炉渣在经过风冷式钢带冷渣机后被输送到过渡渣斗,然后进入滚筒式冷渣器,且经由炉渣加热的热风进入锅炉炉膛参与燃烧。滚筒式冷渣器的冷却水来自发电厂中的凝结水(或其他冷却介质)系统,冷却水被炉渣加热后返回到发电厂的热力系统。本发明解决了干排渣系统中风量难以控制,对锅炉燃烧产生副作用影响的问题,并回收利用炉渣所含的余热,提高机组效率,降低发电煤耗。

背景技术
[0002] 对于火力发电厂煤粉锅炉的机械除渣系统,国内外的主流技术分为两种,其一是采用湿式刮板捞渣机除渣系统,其二是采用风冷式钢带(链板)机的干排渣系统。
[0003] 图1示出现有的一种典型的刮板捞渣机湿式除渣系统的系统组成图。如图1所示,刮板捞渣机湿式除渣系统的设备主要由水浸式刮板捞渣机2、捞渣机到渣仓的炉渣输送设备3、渣仓4、溢流水池5、沉淀池或高效浓缩机6、缓冲水池7以及相关的冷渣水栗8、冲洗水栗9、排污栗10、渣系统补水栗等组成。炉渣自锅炉I出渣口、渣井落入刮板捞渣机上部水槽,经水槽中的水冷却裂化后,由刮板捞渣机2输送至渣仓4,由汽车或其它机械方式运走。
[0004] 刮板捞渣机溢流水和渣仓析水通过沟道(管道)引入布置在刮板捞渣机附近的的溢流水池5中,由溢流水栗输送至沉淀池6 (或高效浓缩机)进行澄清处理。经沉淀处理的水由系统中所设的缓冲水池7收集,作为炉渣系统的水源,由系统中配置的冷渣水栗8和冲洗水栗9,输送回炉渣系统循环使用。
[0005] 湿式除渣系统的主要优点是采用水作为冷却介质,高温炉渣在刮板捞渣机的水槽中进行裂化,渣冷却后的温度较低,可较为有效地分解大块的炉渣。其主要缺点是:耗电量大,巨大的炉渣余热无法利用,运行水耗较大,水系统复杂;炉膛下部槽体中的水分蒸发吸收炉膛的热量,随烟气一起排出,浪费部分能量损失。此外,湿式除渣系统的水循环系统中被输送的介质中含有炉渣颗粒,故大多选用杂质栗(灰渣浆栗),且渣水具有腐蚀性和易垢性,使投资和运行维护费用相对较高。水循环的系统中除了配置多种栗之外,还配置了浓缩机和缓冲水池,系统较复杂,占地面积大,故障点多。
[0006]图2示出现有的一种典型的风冷式钢带(链板)机干排渣系统的系统组成图。如图2所示,风冷式钢带(链板)机干排渣系统主要由炉底排渣装置11、风冷式钢带(链板)冷渣机12、碎渣机13、渣仓14等组成。炉渣自锅炉I出渣口、渣井,液压关断门经过挤压头的预破碎后,落到输送钢带上。钢带冷渣机12的头部和侧面通常设有多个风口,一定量环境空气通过送风机从钢带机12头部及侧面风口逆向进入,冷却炉渣和输送钢带,使得在灰渣和输送带冷却的同时,空气将锅炉辐射热和灰渣显热吸收,空气温度升高并被吸入处于负压状态的炉膛。炉渣经排渣机完成冷却,并输送进入碎渣机被破碎,通过输送系统(机械或气力系统)进入渣仓14,由汽车或其它机械方式运走。
[0007] 风冷式钢带(链板)机干排渣系统的主要优点是系统不耗水,不产生废水,炉膛进风温度>300°C时,可一定程度的回收炉渣余热,系统的能耗较低。其主要缺点是系统的重要运行参数不易控制,偏离设计值较多,如冷却炉渣的空气量高于1%〜1.5%的锅炉总进风量,增加了燃烧的过剩空气系数α,炉膛火焰中心由于下部空气的进入,高度上移,增加了排烟温度,降低了锅炉效率,因此可能给锅炉燃烧产生副作用的影响,渣量大的时候,大量的冷却空气进入锅炉,增加了锅炉引风机的流量,增加了电耗。另外,干式除渣系统炉渣的冷却采用空气自然冷却,冷却效果较差,对块渣不易冷透,对锅炉渣量变化的适应性不强。其系统在实际工程中运用的特点是,要使锅炉效率提高,炉渣的冷却效果就差;要使炉渣冷却效果好,锅炉效率就要下降。根据江苏省电力设计院范仁东《风冷干排渣系统对锅炉效率影响的测试与分析》一文中介绍,干排渣系统在大渣量的情况下,将使炉效率下降0.3%〜0.5%。
发明内容
[0008] 本发明的目的是解决的是干排渣系统中风量难以控制,对锅炉燃烧产生副作用影响的问题,并回收利用炉渣所含的余热,提高机组效率,降低发电煤耗。
[0009] 为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种煤粉锅炉风水联合冷却干排渣方法,包括步骤:
[0010] 首先采用风冷式钢带冷渣机对来自锅炉的炉渣进行预冷却;
[0011] 接着采用滚筒式冷渣器对经过预冷却后的炉渣进行进一步冷却和引出;以及最后将经由滚筒式冷渣器冷却后的炉渣被直接运走或输送至渣仓。
[0012] 上述方法中,优选地,来自锅炉的炉渣在经过所述风冷式钢带(链板)冷渣机后被输送到过渡渣斗,然后进入所述滚筒式冷渣器,且被炉渣加热的一定量的热风进入锅炉炉膛参与燃烧。
[0013] 上述方法中,优选地,滚筒式冷渣器的冷却水来自发电厂中的凝结水系统,冷却水被炉渣加热后返回到发电厂的热力系统。
[0014] 上述方法中,优选地,冷却水被炉渣加热后返回到发电厂的某一级低压加热器或除氧器。
[0015] 本发明还提供了一种煤粉锅炉风水联合冷却干排渣系统,其特征在于,包括:渣井、挤压破碎设备、风冷式钢带机、过渡渣斗、滚筒式冷渣器、以及冷却水系统,来自锅炉的炉渣经过渣井和挤压破碎设备后进入风冷式钢带机预冷却,预冷却后的炉渣经由过渡渣斗进入滚筒式冷渣器进一步冷却。
[0016] 一优选实施例中,所述排渣系统还包括碎渣机、输送装置、以及渣仓,经过滚筒式冷渣器冷却后的炉渣经由破碎机破碎,然后经由输送装置输送至渣仓。
[0017]另一优选实施例中,所述排渣系统还包括紧急喷淋装置,所述紧急喷淋装置设置在渣井下部。
[0018] 另一优选实施例中,所述冷却水系统中的冷却水来自发电厂的凝结水系统,冷却水被炉渣加热后返回到发电厂的热力系统。
[0019] 优选地,输送装置包括链斗输送机和斗式提升机,冷却后的炉渣依次经过所述链斗输送机和所述斗式提升机后被输送至渣仓。
[0020] 优选地,冷却水被炉渣加热后返回到发电厂的某一级低压加热器或除氧器。
[0021] 本发明的干排渣系统通过采用风水联合二级冷却,第一级回收部分炉渣的热量,减少了锅炉的不完全燃烧损失,提高了锅炉效率。第二级回收的炉渣余热,回到了汽水系统做功,降低了机组的煤耗。此外,本发明的系统对锅炉的煤种和机组的负荷变化适应性强,无渣水循环,可控量的热风进锅炉燃烧起正作用,提高锅炉效率的同时回收了炉渣的余热,滚筒式冷渣器第二级间接水冷,吸收的余热进入汽机系统做功,在发电机组煤耗量不变的情况下增加了汽轮发电机的发电量,同理,在汽轮发电机发电量不变的情况下,可节约发电机组的燃料耗量。而且,还零水耗,低电耗,对炉渣余热利用的性能和效果要远远优于传统的刮板捞渣机湿式除渣系统和风冷式钢带(链板)机干排渣系统。

具体实施方式
[0025] 以下将结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细说明,以便更清楚理解本发明的目的、特点和优点。应理解的是,附图所示的实施例并不是对本发明范围的限制,而只是为了说明本发明技术方案的实质精神。
[0026] 以下,对本发明的主要技术术语进行说明。
[0027] 煤粉锅炉:用煤粉作为燃料燃烧的锅炉。
[0028] 风水联合冷却:以空气和水作为冷却介质的冷却方式。
[0029] 干排渣:渣以干的状态排出锅炉储存。
[0030] 水冷式滚筒式冷渣器:安装在锅炉渣井底部,以水作为冷却介质,间接换热,回转冷渣干式除渣设备。
[0031] 湿式捞渣机系统:采用水作为直接炉渣冷却介质的捞渣机系统。
[0032] 风冷式钢带(链板)机干排渣系统:采用空气作为炉渣冷却介质的排渣系统。
[0033]图3示出本发明的煤粉锅炉风水联合冷却干排渣系统的系统组成图。如图3所示,本发明的风水联合冷却干式除渣系统包括:渣井20、紧急喷淋装置21、挤压破碎设备22、风冷式钢带(链板)机23、过渡渣斗24、滚筒式冷渣器25、冷却水系统26、碎渣机27、链斗输送机28(或埋刮板输送机)、斗式提升机29、以及渣仓30。紧急喷淋装置21和挤压破碎设备22设置在渣井20下部。炉渣从锅炉(未图示)底部通过渣井20先进入挤压破碎设备22,消除煤粉炉中的大渣。然后通过风冷式钢带(链板)机23将高温炉渣预冷至一定温度(如:350°C ~500°C左右),同时部分回收炉渣热量的热风进入锅炉炉膛参与燃烧。而且,通常来说,本发明的风冷式钢带机不需要额外地在钢带机23侧板设置进风口,仅在头部设置一个可调风门,通过炉膛负压自然进风即可。
[0034] 预冷后的炉渣在被输送到过渡渣斗24,然后在重力作用下进入水冷式滚筒式冷渣器25,高温炉渣被冷渣器25的内壁和冷却叶片(未图示)带到一定的高度后落下,通过辐射和接触换热来降低炉渣的温度。炉渣经滚筒式冷渣器25的旋转运动而被渣冷却至100°C,接着落入碎渣机27破碎,然后进入链斗输送机28(或埋刮板输送机),并经由斗式提升机29送至渣仓30储存。滚筒式冷渣器25管内流动的冷却水吸收炉渣所释放的热量后,回收到热力系统中,比如某一级低压加热器、除氧器、或其他热用户。炉渣经过碎渣机27后也可由汽车直接运走,或通过其他输送装置输送到渣仓30存储。
[0035] 上述的风水联合冷却干排渣系统中,除渣系统采用二级冷却,第一级采用风冷式钢带(链板)机,风冷式钢带(链板)机仅对炉渣起初冷和引出的作用,炉渣初步冷却至一定温度(如:350°C〜500°C左右),保证进入炉膛的热风温度远大于300°C,回收炉渣排放的热量,减少锅炉不完全燃烧损失q4,提高锅炉效率。第二级采用水冷式滚筒式冷渣器,滚筒式冷渣器管内采用温度合适的冷却水(如:凝结水等)作为冷却介质,吸收炉渣辐射和接触传递的热量,炉渣在滚筒式冷渣器内通过回转运动,高温灰渣被冷渣器的内壁和冷却叶片带到一定的高度后落下,散热冷却效果好。冷却介质可采用任何温度合适的冷却水,诸如电厂中较为合适的如凝结水系统,从温度合适的某级低压加热器前引出,吸收炉渣的余热后,升高温度,再引回相应温度的凝结水系统,这样可以排挤加热器抽汽在汽轮机中做功发电,实现废热的再利用。由此,换热效率高,炉渣的冷却效果好,不仅回收了炉渣的余热,还避免了目前湿式捞渣系统水系统复杂,能耗和水耗较高,以及干式除渣系统冷风流量难以控制,导致锅炉效率下降的缺点。真正意义上做到了干渣干排冷却,余热利用,节能环保理念。
[0036] 换句话说,通过采用风水联合二级冷却,第一级回收部分炉渣的热量,减少了锅炉的不完全燃烧损失,提高了锅炉效率。第二级回收的炉渣余热,回到了汽水系统做功,降低了机组的煤耗。此外,本发明的系统对锅炉的煤种和机组的负荷变化适应性强,无渣水循环,可控的热风进锅炉燃烧起正作用,提高锅炉效率的同时回收了炉渣的余热,滚筒式冷渣器第二级间接水冷,吸收的余热进入汽机系统做功,在发电机组煤耗量不变的情况下增加了汽轮发电机的发电量,同理,在汽轮发电机发电量不变的情况下,可节约发电机组的燃料耗量。而且,还零水耗,低电耗,对炉渣余热利用的性能和效果要远远优于传统的刮板捞渣机湿式除渣系统和风冷式钢带(链板)机干排渣系统。
[0037] 综上,本发明具有以下的优点。
[0038] (I)炉渣余热利用,节能。采用风、水联合二级冷却,先用少量空气冷却热渣,并回收渣的热量,进入炉膛燃烧,降低锅炉不完全燃烧损失q4 ;再用冷却水间接冷却高温炉渣,回收的热量回收到汽轮机回热系统中或其他热用户再次利用。
[0039] (2)与现有的干式除渣系统相比,本发明的锅炉进风量可控,不增加进入锅炉炉膛的风量,不会导致锅炉效率下降,能够减少锅炉不完全燃烧损失q4,提高锅炉效率,同时能够有效的回收渣的余热,降低机组的煤耗。
[0040] (3 )与湿式除渣系统相比,能够有效的回收渣的余热,简化了系统,减少了设备,降低了占地面积,系统的运行成本和投资成本低。
[0041] 以某100Mff机组为例,锅炉每小时产生渣量12t,锅炉平均排渣温度880°C。采用本发明系统,炉渣冷却至100°c。机组回收余热,节约发电标准煤耗约0.12g/Kw.h。而采用传统的干排渣系统,按锅炉效率下降0.3%计算,增加煤耗约0.84g/Kw.h ;采用传统湿渣系统由于水蒸汽进入炉膛,吸收了炉膛热量,将增加煤耗约0.3g/Kw.h。所以本发明与传统的干渣系统相比,将降低发电标准煤耗约0.96g/Kw.h,与湿渣系统相比将降低发电标准煤耗约 0.42g/Kw.ho

Claims (4)
1.一种煤粉锅炉风水联合冷却干排渣系统,其特征在于,包括:渣井、挤压破碎设备、风冷式钢带机、过渡渣斗、滚筒式冷渣器、冷却水系统以及碎渣机、输送装置和渣仓,来自锅炉的炉渣经过渣井和挤压破碎设备后进入风冷式钢带机预冷却,预冷却后的炉渣经由过渡渣斗进入滚筒式冷渣器进一步冷却,其中, 所述风冷式钢带机仅在其头部设置一个可调节风门而不在其侧板设置进风口, 经过滚筒式冷渣器冷却后的炉渣经由碎渣机破碎,然后经由所述输送装置输送至渣仓,以及 所述输送装置包括链斗输送机和斗式提升机,冷却后的炉渣依次经过所述链斗输送机和所述斗式提升机后被输送至渣仓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的干排渣系统,其特征在于,所述排渣系统还包括紧急喷淋装置,所述紧急喷淋装置设置在渣井下部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的干排渣系统,其特征在于,所述冷却水系统中的冷却水来自发电厂的凝结水系统,冷却水被炉渣加热后返回到发电厂的热力系统。
4.根据权利要求3所述的干排渣系统,其特征在于,所述冷却水被炉渣加热后返回到发电厂的某一级低压加热器或除氧器。
