一种电解铅阳极板高压射流洗涤装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电解铅阳极板的洗涤装置，特别涉及一种电解铅阳极板高压射流洗涤装置。
背景技术
目前，铅的电解精炼技术在我国及国际上有广泛的应用，在铅的电解精炼过程中，阳极泥大部都粘附在铅阳极表面，必须进行洗涤将阳极泥与原铅分离。传统的残极洗刷机生产效率低，一次只能洗一块铅阳极板，并且是用软毛刷进行刷洗，对于硬度较高的阳极泥则洗刷不掉，严重影响稀贵金属的回收和析出铅的质量。为减少阳极泥的残留量，仍需要人工再用水龙头进行冲洗，工人劳动强度大，作业环境恶劣，阻碍了电解精炼技术及生产效率的提高。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种清洗效率高、清洗效果好、可以减轻工人劳动强度的电解铅阳极板高压射流洗涤装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是：包括机架、高压清洗泵和多根高压射流管，机架上固装有液压推送油缸和滑动导轨，滑动导轨轴线和液压推送油缸活塞杆轴线均与高压射流管轴线平行，滑动导轨上设有可滑动的喷射滑动底座，喷射滑动底座与液压推送油缸活塞杆端连接，喷射滑动底座上安装有喷射座，喷射座与高压清洗泵连通，所述的多根高压射流管平行安装在喷射座上，每高压射流管上均设有多个射流孔。
上述的电解铅阳极板高压射流洗涤装置中，所述喷射座通过喷射震动底座安装在喷射滑动底座的震动导轨上，震动导轨轴线与高压射流管轴线平行，喷射滑动底座上固装有减速电机，减速电机输出轴端通过偏心轮连杆与震动导轨上的喷射震动底座连接，减速电机与偏心轮连杆之间的输出轴上设有震动偏心轮。
本发明的技术效果是：本发明采用高压清洗泵提供高压水，高压水经喷射座、高压射流管，由射流孔射出，形成一定压力的水柱，该水柱射穿阳极泥；到达阳极板层时，由于阳极板层的阻挡水流作用，在该区域瞬间形成一水高压区并迅速膨胀，迅速膨胀的水压区将阳极泥层爆开，使阳极泥脱离阳极板，清洗效果好；本发明设有多根高压射流管同时喷射，可同时射流洗涤多块阳极板，清洗效率高，本发明不需要人工清理阳极板，减轻了工人的劳动强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示，本发明包括机架5、高压清洗泵1和五根高压射流管10，机架5上固装有液压推送油缸2和滑动导轨4，滑动导轨4的轴线和液压推送油缸2的轴线均与高压射流管10的轴线平行，滑动导轨4上设有可滑动的喷射滑动底座7，喷射滑动底座7与液压推送油缸2的活塞杆端连接，喷射滑动底座7上固装有震动导轨15和减速电机6，震动导轨15的轴线与高压射流管10的轴线平行，减速电机6输出轴端通过偏心轮连杆12与震动导轨15上的喷射震动底座8连接，减速电机6与偏心轮连杆12之间的输出轴上设有震动偏心轮14，喷射震动底座8上设有喷射座9，喷射座9通过高压水管连接孔13与高压清洗泵1连通，所述的五根高压射流管10平行安装在喷射座9上，每高压射流管10上均设有多个射流孔11。所述的滑动导轨4通过滑动导轨固定座3固定安装在机架5上。
如图2所示，本发明的工作原理如下：当阳极板被传送至阳极板自动抓件提升装置16的下面，阳极板自动抓件提升装置16动作，将四块阳极板夹紧，这时液压推送油缸2把高压射流管10往前推送，使得每块阳极板位于相邻的两高压射流管10之间，高压清洗泵1启动，高压水经喷射座9、高压射流管10由射流孔11射出。高压水由高压射流管10经射流孔11射出，形成一定压力的水柱，该水柱射穿阳极板上的阳极泥层，到达铅阳极板，由于铅阳极板的阻挡水流作用，在该区域瞬间形成一水高压区并迅速膨胀，迅速膨胀的水压区将阳极泥层爆开，使阳极泥脱离阳极板。
高压射流管10排列有多个射流孔11，首尾两射流孔11之间的距离大于阳极板的宽度。高压射流管10在喷射高压水柱的同时，减速电机6启动，震动偏心轮14旋转，通过偏心轮连杆12使喷射震动底座8作往返运动，喷射座9及高压射流管10随喷射震动底座8作往返运动。同时，阳极板自动夹紧提升装置16把多块阳极板提升，当提升到顶部时，阳极板的两面已经将阳极泥洗去。然后，阳极板自动夹紧提升装置16继续将阳极板下落，对阳极板的两面进行二次洗涤，当阳极板降到底时，阳极板的两面已经洗涤干净，阳极板自动夹紧提升装置16松开阳极板，洗干净的阳极板被传送走。

1.一种电解铅阳极板高压射流洗涤装置，其特征是：包括机架、高压清洗泵和多根高压射流管，机架上固装有液压推送油缸和滑动导轨，滑动导轨轴线和液压推送油缸活塞杆轴线均与高压射流管轴线平行，滑动导轨上设有可滑动的喷射滑动底座，喷射滑动底座与液压推送油缸活塞杆端连接，喷射滑动底座上安装有喷射座，喷射座与高压清洗泵连通，所述的多根高压射流管平行安装在喷射座上，每高压射流管上均设有多个射流孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的电解铅阳极板高压射流洗涤装置，其特征是：所述喷射座通过喷射震动底座安装在喷射滑动底座的震动导轨上，震动导轨轴线与高压射流管轴线平行，喷射滑动底座上固装有减速电机，减速电机输出轴端通过偏心轮连杆与震动导轨上的喷射震动底座连接，减速电机与偏心轮连杆之间的输出轴上设有震动偏心轮。
3.如权利要求1所述的电解铅阳极板高压射流洗涤装置，其特征是：所述高压射流管上的射流孔，首尾两个射流孔之间的距离大于阳极板的宽度。
