[0002] 当今世界缺氧的状况越来越明显,因经济全球化,现代工业迅速发展,乱砍乱伐,森林大量毁灭,导致大气中有害气体快速增加,氧气含量明显下降。这种状况在工业密集区,大城市人口稠密地区表现得尤为严重,因空气污染致病的人快速上升。
[0003] 室内环境污染也日益严重,特别是在大卖场、办公室、网吧、酒吧,会所等公共场所,人员众多,门窗紧闭,空气不流通,氧气逐渐消耗却得不到补充,人们头昏脑涨,昏昏欲睡,思维迟钝。此外,吸烟过量、嗜酒、暴饮暴食;久坐不动;脑力劳动者和体力劳动者及运 动员超负荷工作,体内耗氧量急剧增加,血管内的血氧含量大量减少,而同时引起疲劳和腰酸背痛的乳酸物质大量增生,这都使人处于缺氧状态之中。
[0004] 现有的新风系统只能对室内外空气进行交换,保持室内外空气的平衡,但是无法提高氧含量,而且通风通道不易清洗,使用时间较长后容易形成新的污染源。为了提高室内含氧量,许多地方单独安装室内制氧机。目前的传统的制氧技术有四种方式:膜分离法、化学制氧和电解水制氧,物理原理PSA吸附法。以上几种制氧方式的特点如下:1、膜分离法:制取氧气的浓度不高,一般为30% ±2%之间。2、化学制氧:采用化学反应的原理制取氧气,不环保,污染严重。3、电解水制氧:浓度在可达99%,但氧气流量非常小。4、物理原理PSA吸附法:采用物理原理提纯空气当中的氧气,流量大,氧气的浓度可高达93-96%左右。
[0005] 因此,以上制氧方式中,想制取大流量且浓度达到93-96%左右的高浓度氧气,物理原理PSA吸附法的制氧设备最为理想,同时因为工作原理是物理提纯,所以这样的制氧设备是环保、无污染的。但是物理原理PSA吸附法的制氧设备需要压缩机和分子筛部件,设备比较复杂,且此部件所采用的原料对干燥度要求较高,不适合单户使用。因此,有必要提供新的空气净化新风供氧制氧机,将通风制氧结合起来。

[0027] 本发明供氧制氧机中的分子筛是一个有沸石填充的吸附塔,可选用国际顶级的法国CECA公司SXSDM型超高效分子筛,能保障氧气浓度5年内不会衰减;它可以吸附空气中的氮气,让氧气通过。本发明通过在分子筛前设置水汽分离器16来保证空气的干燥性,从而获得浓度高达93-96%左右的氧气;通过在分子筛后设置储氧罐10来分配调节氧气流量。但经过一段时间的吸附,其吸附能力变弱,这时候必须有一个排氮的过程,即降低整个分子筛塔的压力。因此,本发明的供氧制氧机内设有两个分子筛塔交替工作,一个制氧,一个排出氮气。电磁阀8用来控制分子筛的状态的,是制氧还是排氮,氧气产生后通过储氧罐10和限压阀进入湿化杯,氧气在这里经过水的湿化后,通过终端输出。在加压时可将空气中氮气吸附,剩余的未被吸收的氧气被收集起来,经过净化处理后即成为高纯度的氧气。分子筛在减压时将所吸附的氮气排放回环境空气中,在下一次加压时又可以吸附氮气并制取氧气,整个过程为周期性地动态循环过程,分子筛并不消耗。

[0032] 综上所述,本发明提供的空气净化新风供氧制氧机,通过设置两个分子筛和空气压缩机15相连,并设置氧气储存装置和调节装置,在对室内外空气进行交换的同时对室内进行注氧,能够提高空间内的氧浓度,彻底解决缺氧导致的头晕、胸闷等症状。此外,本发明的供氧制氧机可进一步设置臭氧发生器9或负离子发生器,杀毒除菌,去除装修污染、异味,提升室内空气质量。具体功能如下:1)对室内进行注氧,提高空气中的氧气含量。每分钟20-50升、浓度为40-95%的氧气直接输送到房间会使一天工作倍感轻松。2)每套系统配置2个吸气口,对室内空气进行循环过滤,全面取代新风系统。3)每小时释放每分钟(2克)不含氮化物的臭氧(原料由氧气提炼而成),杀菌除味,是装修污染、病毒细菌的强大克星,有效保护员工的身体健康。4)对室内空气进行加湿,平衡室内干湿度;对室内加湿的同时,减少粉尘的漂浮,从而解决空气中细菌的传播。5)出氧口可方便地连接负离子发生器,每分钟可对每立方米的空间增加负离子300万PCS,对空气进行消毒净化。

Claims (6)
1. 一种空气净化新风供氧制氧机,包括安装在箱体内的分子筛,其特征在于,所述分子筛包括第一分子筛(6)和第二分子筛(7),所述第一分子筛(6)和第二分子筛(7)的进气口通过电磁阀(8)和空气压缩机(15)相连,所述第一分子筛¢)、第二分子筛(7)和电磁阀(8)之间设有水汽分离器(16),所述第一分子筛(6)和第二分子筛(7)的出气口和储氧罐(10)相连。
2.如权利要求I所述的空气净化新风供氧制氧机,其特征在于,所述箱体包括前端板(I)、后端板⑵、侧板⑶、底板⑷ 和顶板,所述前端板⑴上设有一级空气过滤板(5),所述后端板(2)上设有二级空气过滤板(11),所述一级空气过滤板(5)和二级空气过滤板(11)上设有空气过滤器和过滤网。
3.如权利要求2所述的空气净化新风供氧制氧机,其特征在于,所述前端板(I)上设有出氧口(12),所述储氧罐(10)的输出口和出氧口(12)之间设有臭氧发生器(9)。
4.如权利要求2所述的空气净化新风供氧制氧机,其特征在于,所述空气压缩机(15)旁设有排气散热器(17),所述排气散热器(17)包括中空的铜管,所述铜管和安装在前端板(I)上的散热风机(13)相连,所述铜管外安装有翅片。
5.如权利要求I所述的空气净化新风供氧制氧机,其特征在于,所述水汽分离器(16)设有托玛琳组件。
6.如权利要求I所述的空气净化新风供氧制氧机,其特征在于,所述空气压缩机(15)的进风口设有进气消音器(18),所述电磁阀(8)的排气口设有排气消音器(19)。
