    本发明涉及汽车制造技术领域，尤其是一种用于中置式举升机构的自卸车的车架。
背景技术
自卸车是利用本车发动机动力驱动举升机构，将其车厢倾斜一定角度卸货；并依靠车厢自重复位的专用汽车。近年来，随着国家基础建设的加大，自卸车的需求量越来越大，提高自卸车使用的安全性也是汽车制造业者的重要目标之一。有一种自卸车车架，这种自卸车车架包括有铆接在两根车架纵梁之间的多根车架横梁，所述车架横梁为顶面为平面的直梁。这种自卸车车架在使用过程中存在如下不足：由于这种自卸车车架用于中置式举升机构的自卸车，举升油缸的安装的位置处于自卸车车架中部的车架横梁的上方，可利用空间受到车架横梁限制，致使自卸车整车重心偏高，对自卸车使用的安全性有一定的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种自卸车车架，这种自卸车车架可以解决现有的自卸车重心偏高的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：这种自卸车车架包括有铆接在两根车架纵梁之间的车架横梁和横梁，所述横梁顶面中部分设有开口向上的凹口。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1、由于横梁中部是举升油缸的安装的位置，正因为横梁中部下降了一个的高度，就给举升油缸的有了下降的空间，整车的重心也会随之下降；经检测，自卸车重心下降了30毫米。
2、装货、卸货方便，行车的安全性得到提高。
3、结构简单，布置紧凑，零件制造成本降低。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详述：
如图1、图2所示的自卸车车架包括有铆接在两根车架纵梁3之间的车架横梁1和横梁2，横梁2顶面的中部设有开口向上的凹口，如图3所示。举升油缸4的一端通过铰接轴与装在自卸车车厢5的举升油缸4的安装座铰接，另一端通过铰接轴与装在自卸车车架的举升油缸4的安装座铰接。由于横梁顶面中部分设有开口向上的凹口，举升油缸4有了下降的空间，车的重心也会随之下降；经检测，自卸车重心下降了30毫米；装货、卸货方便，行车的安全性得到提高。

1. 一种自卸车车架，包括有铆接在两根车架纵梁（3）之间的车架横梁（1）和横梁（2），其特征在于：所述横梁（2）顶面的中部设有开口向上的凹口。
