[0008] 为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术解决方案:一种手钳式封口机,它包含上、下手柄、上、下压盖和加热装置,上手柄与下压盖连成一体,下手柄与上压盖连成一体,上手柄与下压盖的连接点和下手柄与上压盖的连接点相互销接,上、下手柄之间设有复位弹簧,其特征在于所述加热装置包含加热片、加热片压板、压板固定片和封口条,在所述封口条背部设有凹槽,所述加热片压板两端设计成凸台,所述压板固定片由固定基座和压紧片组成,所述加热片安装在所述凹槽内,并由所述加热片压板压住,所述加热片压板两端的凸台由所述压板固定片中的压紧片压住,所述压板固定片中的固定基座镶嵌在所述凹槽的两槽边之间,所述压板固定片中的固定基座固定在上压盖内;在所述下压盖上设有硅胶垫。
[0009] 本发明为了隔离带有高温的封口条,提高使用者的安全系数,同时避免包装材料粘住封口条,对技术方案进行进一步设置:在所述封口条的外围设有高温隔离特氟龙封口布,由活动插销将所述高温隔离特氟龙封口布固定在在所述封口条上。
[0010] 本发明为了硅胶垫维护更换方便,对技术方案进行进一步设置:所述硅胶垫包含硅胶条和硅胶条安装座,所述硅胶条镶嵌在所述硅胶条安装座上,所述硅胶条安装座固定在所述下压盖内。
[0011] 本发明为了全面保障高温部分不外露,且具有良好的散热性能,对技术方案进行进一步设置:在所述上、下压盖上设有散热窗。

具体实施方式
[0018] 如图2,图3所示,本实施例包含上、下手柄、上、下压盖和加热装置,上手柄17与下压盖3连成一体,下手柄I与上压盖2连成一体,上手柄与下压盖的连接点和下手柄与上压盖的连接点通过销4相互连接,上、下手柄之间设有复位弹簧16,其中:
[0019] 如图4、图5所示,所述加热装置包含加热片8、加热片压板7、压板固定片9和封口条10,在所述封口条10背部设有凹槽10-1,所述加热片压板7两端设计成凸台7-1,所述压板固定片9由固定基座9-1和压紧片9-2组成,所述加热片8安装在所述凹槽10-1内,并由所述加热片压板7压住,所述加热片压板7两端的凸台7-1由所述压板固定片9中的压紧片9-2压住,所述压板固定片9中的固定基座9-1镶嵌在所述凹槽10-1的两槽边之间,所述压板固定片9中的固定基座9-1固定在上压盖2内,使所述加热装置整体安置在上压盖2内,同时所述加热装置通过隔热垫6与上压盖2隔离;此外,在所述封口条10的外围设有高温隔离特氟龙封口布12,由活动插销11将所述高温隔离特氟龙封口布固定在在所述封口条10上,使所述加热装置主要工作部位封口条也处于与外围隔离状态。
[0020] 再如图3所示,在所述下压盖3上设有硅胶垫。所述硅胶垫包含硅胶条13和硅胶条安装座14,所述硅胶条13镶嵌在所述硅胶条安装座14上,所述硅胶条安装座14固定在所述下压盖3内。
[0021] 在所述上、下压盖上设有散热窗5 ;所述上、下手柄采用碳酸二甲酯材料加工制成。

[0024] 2、易更换,成本低。由于本发明的封口条加热块上方采用高温隔离特氟龙封口布,并用活动插销固定,易更换,成本低。
[0025] 3、使用者安全系数大大提高。由于加热装置整体安置在上压盖内,同时封口条主要工作部位也处于与外围隔离状态,封口条与高温隔离特氟龙封口布之间留有较大间隙,避免导热,减少烫伤事故发生,有效地保障操作者的使用安全。
[0026] 4、散热性能好。由于本发明加热装置周边设计有散热窗,全面保障高温部分不外露,且具有良好散热性能,良好的体现安全第一的人性化设计。
[0027] 5、产品具有良好的强度、耐腐蚀、耐冲击、耐电弧以及光洁平整等优点。由于手柄采用碳酸二甲酯材料加工,具有金属无法比拟的优点。
