Abstract
本发明公开了一种双转子同步发电机,包括定子绕组盘、永磁转子盘、鼠笼转子盘、导线轴和传动轴,所述的定子绕组盘固定在导线轴上,所述的鼠笼转子盘和永磁转子盘置于定子绕组盘两侧并通过轴承固定在导线轴上,所述的鼠笼转子盘通过传动轴与原动力机联接。该发电机的原动力机速度可在一定范围内变化,且具有同步发电机的特性,不需要投入复杂的逆变系统,像异步发电机一样简洁、安全、可靠的运行。

[0001] 本发明涉及发电机,尤其涉及感应式永磁同歩发电机。
背景技术
[0002] 传统的发电机有异步和同步发电机之分,其主要部件包括定子和转子。不管是同步发电机还是异步发电,均有着个自的优缺点,适用于不同原动力机。
[0003] 异步发电机简捷安全、便于维护,可以直接接入网上发电,且原动力机转速可变范围,但异步发电机需要从网上吸收无功功率,功率因数较低等其他不足。同步发电机是电网发电的基础,原动力机的转速要服从电网的固有频率,不能随原动力要求而改变,为了发电需要增加逆变系统,由于逆变系统的复杂性和技术的难度,影响系统的可靠性,且增加了投资,在运行过程中还要产生高次谐波,影响供电质量。·
发明内容
[0004] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是实现一种异步运行同步发电的发电设备。
[0005] 为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种双转子同步发电机,包括定子绕组盘、永磁转子盘、鼠笼转子盘、导线轴和传动轴,所述的定子绕组盘固定在导线轴上,所述的鼠笼转子盘和永磁转子盘置于定子绕组盘两侧并通过轴承固定在导线轴上,所述的鼠笼转子盘通过传动轴与原动力机联接。
[0006] 所述的定子绕组盘是由沿圆周方向排列的电磁绕组线圈构成。
[0007] 所述的电磁绕组线圈外由环氧树脂固化构成无铁芯的定子盘。
[0008] 所述的鼠笼转子盘是由条带硅钢片经过冲槽后卷绕制成的转子铁芯,所述的槽内铸铝或者安置铜条制成鼠笼转子盘。
[0009] 所述的永磁转子盘是由若干极对数的固定在钢盘上组成,所述的磁极沿钢盘圆周方向N、S极间隔分布。
[0010] 所述的磁极为稀土永磁磁铁。
[0011 ] 所述的磁极为凸极式他励磁极。
[0012] 本发明的优点在于本发明发电机的原动力机速度可在一定范围内变化,且具有同步发电机的特性,不需要投入复杂的逆变系统,像异步发电机一样简洁、安全、可靠的运行。

具体实施方式
[0021] 参见图I可知双转子同步发电机包括定子绕组盘I、永磁转子盘2、鼠笼转子盘3、导线轴5和传动轴6,其中鼠笼转子盘3和永磁转子盘2置于定子绕组盘I两侧夹持定子绕组盘1,相互之间有气隙8,鼠笼转子盘3和永磁转子盘2通过轴承4固定在导线轴5上,定子绕组盘I在导线轴5固接,定子绕组盘I内的绕组线圈9与导线轴5内的输出导线连接,向外输出电源。鼠笼转子盘3通过传动轴6与原动力机联接。双转子同步发电机外设有外壳7,并由定子绕组盘I外沿一周支撑。
[0022] 参见图2可知,定子绕组盘I是由沿圆周方向排列的电磁绕组线圈9构成,每个绕组线圈9围成一个扇形,两个输出与导线轴5内的导线连接。在绕组线圈9外由环氧树脂固化,构成无铁芯的定子盘,减轻定子绕组盘I的重力。
[0023] 参见图3可知,永磁转子盘2是由若干极对数的固定在钢盘上组成,这些磁极沿钢盘圆周方向N、S极间隔分布。磁极可以米用两种形式,一种为稀土永磁磁铁(如图4所不),另一种为凸极式他励磁极(如图5所示)。
[0024] 参见图6、7可知,鼠笼转子盘3是由条带硅钢片经过冲槽10后卷绕制成的转子铁芯,每个槽内通过铸铝或者安置铜条制成鼠笼转子盘3。
[0025] 本发明的双转子同步发电机工作原理如下:
[0026] 当原动力机带动鼠笼转子盘3转动时,永磁转子盘2的永磁磁力线在鼠笼转子盘·3上产生感应电流,从而带动永磁转子盘2转动(如异步电机原理一样),永磁转子盘2转动时,其永磁磁力线同时感应定子绕组盘I内的绕组线圈9,从而产生电流发电(如同同步发电机一样)。上述所述,鼠笼转子盘3与永磁转子盘2组成了一般意义上的异步电动机,而永磁转子盘2与定子绕组盘I组成了一般意义上同步发电机。
[0027] 本发明的优点:在发电机可异步运行,原动力机转速可以在一定范围内变化,有较宽的速度选择性,发电机趋于同步发电运行,不需要增加逆变控制系统,增加了发电机的可靠性,节省了投资,且永磁转子盘2有两种形式,在他励磁凸极磁极的情况下,可控制励磁电流而调整电压及发电负荷,做到发电机稳定运行;采用永磁磁极的情况下,可通过调整气隙8,达到同样的目的,本发明可适用于不稳定的原动力机同步发电的需要。
Claims (7)
1. 一种双转子同步发电机,其特征在于:包括定子绕组盘(I)、永磁转子盘(2)、鼠笼转子盘(3)、导线轴(5)和传动轴(6),所述的定子绕组盘(I)固定在导线轴(5)上,所述的鼠笼转子盘(3)和永磁转子盘(2)置于定子绕组盘(I)两侧并通过轴承(4)固定在导线轴(5)上,所述的鼠笼转子盘(3)通过传动轴(6)与原动力机联接。
2.根据权利要求I所述的双转子同步发电机,其特征在于:所述的定子绕组盘(I)是由沿圆周方向排列的电磁绕组线圈(9)构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双转子同步发电机,其特征在于:所述的电磁绕组线圈(9)夕卜由环氧树脂固化构成无铁芯的定子盘。
4.根据权利要求I所述的双转子同步发电机,其特征在于:所述的鼠笼转子盘(3)是由条带硅钢片经过冲槽(10)后卷绕制成的转子铁芯,所述的槽(10)内铸铝或者安置铜条制成鼠笼转子盘(3)。
5.根据权利要求I所述的双转子同步发电机,其特征在于:所述的永磁转子盘(2)是由若干极对数的固定在钢盘上组成,所述的磁极沿钢盘圆周方向N、S极间隔分布。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双转子同步发电机,其特征在于:所述的磁极为稀土永磁磁铁。
7.根据权利要求5所述的双转子同步发电机,其特征在于:所述的磁极为凸极式他励磁极。
