技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种类“8”字型土体单轴拉伸试验仪。
背景技术
[0002] 相对于土体的抗压和抗剪强度,抗拉强度一般非常小,尤其对于一些软土或饱和度较高的土体而言,其抗拉强度通常只有几kPa甚至接近于0,在试验中很难进行准确测量,工程中也常常被忽略。此外,大部分地质和岩土工程问题都与土体的压缩变形和剪切破坏有关。因此,过去在土力学理论及工程实践中很少考虑土体的抗拉特性。
[0003] 然而,但在某些特定工况条件下,土体承受拉应力并发生破坏的现象并不少见。如 干燥环境中土体中发育的收缩裂隙(龟裂)实际是张拉应力作用的结果,龟裂的形成会极大弱化土体的工程性质,对边坡工程、水利工程、地基工程、环境岩土工程等都会产生负面影响。此外,地裂缝发育、边坡后部的张拉裂隙、土石坝心墙在拱效应作用下的拉裂破坏、高压输电线塔基周围土体的拉裂隙等,都与土体张拉破坏有关。因此,近些年来关于土体的抗拉特性及如何准确测试土体的抗拉强度受到了许多地质和岩土工程专家、学者的重视。
[0004] 目前我国的土工试验相关标准和规程中还未见有土体拉伸试验的介绍,一些文献中出现的土体拉伸试验方法基本都是借鉴自岩石或其他材料试验领域。这些方法归纳起来有两种:间接法和直接法。间接法是假设土体拉伸破坏符合一定的应力-应变关系,根据相关理论公式进行计算得到抗拉强度,常见的有径向压裂、轴向压裂、土梁弯曲和气压劈裂等试验方法。由于间接法存在较多的理论假设,计算得的抗拉强度与实际情况往往有较大差异,不同试验方法得到的抗拉强度也不同,且多数情况下不能真实反映土体的拉伸破坏过程。直接法是指在试样两端直接施加拉应力直到断裂破坏,比较常见的为单轴拉伸试验方法,该方法是研究土体抗拉特性和揭示土体拉裂破坏机制的理想途径。但在单轴拉伸试验过程中,试样两端如何固定一直是难于克服的技术问题。目前一般采用特制的夹具或胶粘法,但操作过程比较繁琐,而且容易在试样端部产生应力集中而断裂,失败率较高,试验误差大,尤其对于高含水率的软土,无论是夹具还是胶粘,都不能达到理想的效果。此外,大部分的单轴拉伸试样都是圆柱形,对于原状土而言,圆柱形试样易于制备。但对于重塑土而言,圆柱形试样一般通过分层压实进行制备,否则难于保证试样的均质性。由于分层压实会在试样中形成潜在的软弱面,对拉伸试验结果的可靠性有重要影响。
[0005] 当前许多单轴拉伸装置是在直剪仪的基础上改进得到的,以应力控制式为主,即通过逐渐增加砝码的方式进行加载控制,其显著缺点是无法测得完整的土体拉伸压力-应变关系曲线,土体在达到抗拉强度时会出现脆断的现象,不符合土体作为一种塑性材料所呈现的特性。而土体达到抗拉强度后的软化变形过程是研究其断裂机理和建立断裂过程数学模型的关键,上述应力式拉伸试验仪无法测得软化变形数据。
[0006] 综上所述,目前国内外现有的土体单轴拉伸试验仪主要存在以下不足:(1)拉伸试验过程中试样难于固定,操作繁琐,试样断点位置随机性较大;(2)重塑土样制备过程会导致人为软弱面,降低试验结果的可靠度;(3)采用应力控制式加载,不能测得完整的拉伸应力-应变曲线,加载过程受人为因素影响,试验结果精度差。
[0007] 因此,开发和研制一套操作简便、性能稳定、测量方便、结果可靠、适应范围广的土体单轴拉伸试验仪,对深入研究土体的抗拉特性和指导岩土工程实践具有重要意义。

[0009] 本发明的技术方案是:一种类“8”字型土体单轴拉伸试验仪,包括主体平台、加载系统、测量系统和试样定位拉伸系统,其特征在于:所述加载系统、测量系统和试样定位拉伸系统均安装在主体平台上。 [0010] 优选的,所述加载系统包括电机、刚性传动轴和控制箱,所述测量系统包括导轨、滑轨导向块、拉力传感器、位移传感器、数据采集器和刚性连接杆,所述试样定位拉伸系统包括类“8”字型拉钩、滚动平台、滚珠、固定平台、刚性固定杆和和后固定挡板,所述电机通过导线与控制箱相连,控制箱的作用是控制电机的电源及加载速率,电机的动力输出端与刚性传动轴一端相连,刚性传动轴的另一端与测量系统的滑轨导向块相连,滑动导向块安装在导轨上,其作用是引导滑动导向块沿拉伸方向作直线运动。在滑动导向块上固定一个拉力传感器,其作用是测量试验过程中试样承受的拉应力,拉力传感器可以与滑动导向块一起滑动,拉力传感器的一端与刚性连接杆相连,刚性连接杆的另一端与试样定位拉伸系统的类“8”字型拉钩的前半部分相连,在类“8”字型拉钩前端安装有两个位移传感器,其作用是测量拉伸过程中试验的变形。所述拉力传感器和位移传感器通过导线与数据采集器相连,类“8”字型拉钩的前半部分置于试样定位拉伸系统的滚动平台上,滚动平台和主体平台间放置滚珠,其作用是减少摩擦。类“8”字型拉钩的后半部分置于固定平台上,通过刚性固定杆与固定平台的后固定挡板相连,类“8”字型试样置于类“8”字型拉钩内。
[0011] 优选的,所述类“8”字型试样通过类“8”字型压样模具和类“8”字型压样活塞进行制备,压样模具中间开有类“8”字型活塞孔,该活塞孔的尺寸与类“8”字型压样活塞相匹配,所述类“8”字型压样活塞上开有若干定位孔,定位销置于定位孔中。其作用是精确控制压样高度。
[0012] 优选的,所述类“8”字型拉钩为前后对称的两部分组成,两部分之间不连接,类“8”字型试样尺寸与类“8”字型拉钩内部尺寸一致,所述固定平台上有两块挡板将类“8”字型拉钩的前后两部分分隔开来。在拉动类“8”字型拉钩的前半部分时,后半部分不随着移动产生位移,拉伸应力作用在类“8”字型试样中间最窄的部分。
[0013] 优选的,所述电机为无级变速电机或多级变速电机,可以实现应变控制式加载。

1.本发明采用应变控制式加载,与传统单轴拉伸试验仪相比,可获得完整的土体拉伸应力-应变曲线,可分析加载速率对土体抗拉特性的影响;
2.本发明采用类“8”字型拉钩对类“8”字型试样进行拉伸,无需附加夹具,且试样断点位置和断面面积固定,试验重复性好;
3.本发明采用类“8”字型模和活塞全面积压制试样,试样各处受力均匀,在拉伸方向上无人为软弱面,提高了试验精度;
4.本发明涉及的仪器装置结构简单,操作简便,成本低,数据可靠。

具体实施方式
[0019] 实施例:如图I所示,本发明包括主体平台I、加载系统2、测量系统3和试样定位拉伸系统4,所述加载系统2、测量系统3和试样定位拉伸系统4均安装在主体平台I上。
[0020] 如图I图2所示,所述加载系统2包括电机24、刚性传动轴5和控制箱16,所述测量系统3包括导轨6、滑轨导向块7、拉力传感器8、位移传感器23、数据采集器17和刚性连接杆9,所述试样定位拉伸系统4包括类“8”字型拉钩10、滚动平台11、滚珠12、固定平台13、刚性固定杆14和和后固定挡板15,所述电机24通过导线与控制箱16相连,控制箱16的作用是控制电机24的电源及加载速率,电机24的动力输出端与刚性传动轴5 —端相连,刚性传动轴5的另一端与测量系统3的滑轨导向块7相连,滑动导向块7安装在导轨6上,其作用是引导滑动导向块7沿拉伸方向作直线运动。在滑动导向块7上固定一个拉力传感器8,其作用是测量试验过程中试样18承受的拉应力,拉力传感器8可以与滑动导向块7 一起滑动,拉力传感器8的一端与刚性连接杆9相连,刚性连接杆9的另一端与试样定位拉伸系统4的类“8”字型拉钩10的前半部分相连,在类“8”字型拉钩10前端安装有两个位移传感器23,其作用是测量拉伸过程中试样18的变形。所述拉力传感器8和位移传感器23通过导线与数据采集器17相连,类“8”字型拉钩10的前半部分置于试样定位拉伸系统4的滚动平台11上,滚动平台11和主体平台I间放置滚珠12,其作用是减少摩擦。类“8”字型拉钩10的后半部分置于固定平台13上,通过刚性固定杆14与固定平台的后固定挡板15相连,类“8”字型试样18置于类“8”字型拉钩10内。
[0021] 优选的,所述类“8”字型试样18通过类“8”字型压样模具19和类“8”字型压样活塞20进行制备,压样模具19中间开有类“8”字型活塞孔26,该活塞孔26的尺寸与类“8”字型压样活塞20相匹配,所述类“8”字型压样活塞20上开有若干定位孔21,定位销22置于定位孔21中。其作用是精确控制压样高度。

主体平台I的电机24通过刚性传动轴5以恒定的位移速率拖动滑动导向块7及固定在滑动导向块7之上的拉力传感器8一起向主体平台I左侧移动,从而通过刚性连接杆9对类“8”字型拉钩10中的类“8”字型试样18施加拉应力,拉应力的大小和试样18的拉伸变形通过拉力传感器8和位移传感器23进行测量,并通过连接的数据采集器17进行采集保存。
[0027] 本发明开展土体单轴拉伸试验的典型步骤为:
(1)在类“8”字型压样模具19中倒入适量的土体,轻轻抚平表面,将类“8”字型压样活塞20置于类“8”字型压样模具19中,根据设计压样高度在相应定位孔21中插入定位销22,在压力机上压制成样;
(2)将压制好的类“8”字型试样18从类“8”字型压样模具19中推出,置于类“8”字型拉钩10中;
(3)将类“8”字型拉钩10连同类“8”字型试样18 —起安装在试样定位拉伸系统4中,类“8”字型拉钩10前端同刚性连接杆9相连,类“8”字型拉钩10后端通过刚性固定杆14与固定平台13的后固定挡板15相连。固定平台13上的两块挡板25将类“8”字型拉钩10的前后两部分分隔开来。在拉动类“8”字型拉钩10的前半部分时,后半部分不随着移动产生位移,拉伸应力作用在类“8”字型试样18中间最窄的部分。
[0028] (4)设定控制箱16的拉伸位移速率,开启电机2的电源,进行匀速拉伸试验,同时通过数据采集器17采集拉力和位移数据,直到试样完全断裂;
(5)移除已拉裂的类“8”字型试样18,仿照步骤(I)、(2)、(3)和(4)对新的类“8”字型试样18进行单轴拉伸试验,直至完成所有试样的测试工作。
[0029] 当然上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明主要技术方案的精神实质所做的修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1. 一种类“8”字型土体单轴拉伸试验仪,包括主体平台(I)、加载系统(2)、测量系统(3)和试样定位拉伸系统(4),其特征在于:所述加载系统(2)、测量系统(3)和试样定位拉伸系统(4)均安装在主体平台上(I)。
2.根据权利要求I所述的类“8”字型土体单轴拉伸试验仪,其特征在于:所述加载系统(2)包括电机(24)、刚性传动轴(5)和控制箱(16),所述电机(24)通过导线与控制箱(16)相连,电机(24)的动力输出端与刚性传动轴(5)—端相连,刚性传动轴(5)的另一端与测量系统(3)的滑轨导向块(7)相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的类“8”字型土体单轴拉伸试验仪,其特征在于:所述测量系统(3)包括导轨(6)、滑轨导向块(7)、拉力传感器(8)、位移传感器(23)、数据采集器(17)和刚性连接杆(9),滑动导向块(7)安装在导轨(6)上,在滑动导向块(7)上固定一个拉力传感器(8),拉力传感器(8)可以与滑动导向块(7) —起滑动,拉力传感器(8)的一端与刚性连接杆(9)相连,刚性连接杆(9)的另一端与试样定位拉伸系统(4)的类“8”字型拉钩(10)的前半部分相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的类“8”字型土体单轴拉伸试验仪,其特征在于:所述试样定位拉伸系统(4)包括类“8”字型拉钩(10)、滚动平台(11)、滚珠(12)、固定平台(13)、刚性固定杆(14)和后固定挡板(15),在类“8”字型拉钩(10)前端安装有两个位移传感器(23),所述拉力传感器(8)和位移传感器(23)通过导线与数据采集器(17)相连,类“8”字型拉钩(10)的前半部分置于试样定位拉伸系统(4)的滚动平台(11)上,滚动平台(11)和主体平台(I)间放置滚珠(12),类“8”字型拉钩(10)的后半部分置于固定平台(13)上,通过刚性固定杆(14)与固定平台(13)的后固定挡板(15)相连,类“8”字型试样(18)置于类“8”字型拉钩(10)内。
5.根据权利要求I所述的类“8”字型土体单轴拉伸试验仪,其特征在于:所述类“8”字型试样(18)通过类“8”字型压样模具(19)和类“8”字型压样活塞(20)进行制备,压样模具(19)中间开有类“8”字型活塞孔(26),该活塞孔(26)的尺寸与类“8”字型压样活塞(20)相匹配,所述类“8”字型压样活塞(20)上开有若干定位孔(21 ),定位销(22)置于定位孔中。
6.根据权利要求I所述的类“8”字型土体单轴拉伸试验仪,其特征在于:所述类“8”字型拉钩(10)为前后对称的两部分组成,两部分之间不连接,类“8”字型试样(18)尺寸与类“8”字型拉钩(10)内部尺寸一致,所述固定平台(13)上有两块挡板(25)将类“8”字型拉钩(10)的前后两部分分隔开来。
7.根据权利要求I所述的类“8”字型土体单轴拉伸试验仪,其特征在于:所述电机(24)为无级变速电机或多级变速电机。
8.根据权利要求I所述的类“8”字型土体单轴拉伸试验仪,其特征在于:所述位移传感器(23)数量至少为两个。
