立式垃圾焚烧炉技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及焚化炉结构,是一种用于处理城市生活垃圾的立式垃圾焚烧炉。
背景技术
[0002] 对垃圾可燃物进行焚烧,是城市生活垃圾综合处理的重要组成部分。目前用于焚烧垃圾的焚烧炉,大多采用燃煤助燃的焚烧炉结构,该种类型的焚烧炉用于预前处理质量较高的生活垃圾的焚烧,具有较好的使用效果,但由于成份复杂、含水量较大、不进行脱水处理的生活垃圾焚烧时,常常会因炉膛内温度不稳定,而影响垃圾的焚烧效果,甚至会发生因燃烧不连续导致焚烧炉不能正常工作的问题,需要向炉内加煤助燃维持正常燃烧。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的,在于针对上述问题,而提供一种立式垃圾焚烧炉,对垃圾成份适应能力强、尤其适合高水分垃圾焚烧,不用添加任何助燃能源;入料口使用双辊给料机,保证了炉膛负压和入料均匀;炉排转动,具有翻动垃圾的作用,有利于燃烧,转动炉排采用了边缘传动,动力配置小;焚烧炉配备了独立二次燃烧室,有助于高温烟气停留时间大于3秒,二次燃烧室配有独立的供风、喷油系统、在烟气出口温度小于850°C时,自动启动燃油系统,控制二噁英的产生;转动炉排同时具有自动除渣、破渣等功能;一次燃烧室、二次燃烧室顶部采用水冷,转动炉排处的炉墙采用水冷壁,降温性能好,使用寿命长;焚烧处理效果好、设备运行稳定、工作效率高的垃圾焚烧炉。
[0004] 本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种立式垃圾焚烧炉,包括焚烧炉体,焚烧炉体上设置有进料管,在进料管上设置有斗式垃圾进料口,在进料管上设置有给料机,焚烧炉体内设置一次燃烧室,在一次燃烧室的外侧还设置有二次燃烧室,一次燃烧室的烟道通过连接烟道与二次燃烧室联通,二次燃烧室的底部设置有烟气出口,二次燃烧室的上部设置有二次燃烧喷油嘴。
[0005] 上述立式垃圾焚烧炉,所述给料机是双辊给料机。
[0006] 上述立式垃圾焚烧炉,焚烧炉体部分包括平置在炉体下部的旋转炉排、旋转炉排上固定的动破碎板和固定旋转炉排的炉排传动轴承,旋转炉排上的大齿轮和减速机上的小齿轮构成传动系统,在炉体下部设置有排渣机,在旋转炉排下面通过管道与炉排外面的一次助燃风机连接。
[0007] 上述立式垃圾焚烧炉,二次燃烧室部分包括由炉墙和覆盖拱围成的二次燃烧室,配置二次燃烧室进风管和进风口,二次鼓风机通过二次鼓风管道连接到进风口上,二次燃烧室的进烟口开设在二次燃烧室的上方,设在二次燃烧室的下方的烟气出口,在二次燃烧室与连接烟道处设置二次燃烧喷油系统,二次燃烧室炉墙由钢板外壳、保温层和耐火层构成。
[0008] 上述立式垃圾焚烧炉,在一次燃烧室和二次燃烧室顶部均采用水冷系统,一次燃烧室上设置一次燃烧室进水口和一次燃烧室出水口中,二次燃烧室上设置有二次燃烧室进水口和二次燃烧室出水口中。
[0009] 上述立式垃圾焚烧炉,在转动炉排处的炉墙采用水冷壁,水冷壁上设置有水冷壁进水口和水冷壁出水口,静破碎板固定在水冷壁上。
[0010] 上述立式垃圾焚烧炉,在连接烟道内设置有热电偶,热电偶与自动控制装置连接,一次助燃风机和二次燃烧室鼓风机分别与自动控制装置连接,热电偶将烟道内的温度信息传到自动控制装置上,自动控制装置根据烟道内温度控制鼓风量的大小,从而控制温度。
[0011] 本发明包括焚烧炉体部分、二次燃烧室部分、一次燃烧室与二次燃烧室连接烟道部分构成,其焚烧炉体部分包括平置在炉体下部的旋转塔型炉排和由炉墙与覆盖拱围成的于焚烧炉排上方的燃烧室和配置在炉体下部的鼓风机管道和除渣机;其炉体部分包括平置在燃烧室下方的由炉墙与选择炉排围成的燃烧室和炉体上方的二次燃烧室及设置于炉体上方的垃圾入料斗和与二次燃烧室连接的烟道;在炉体下部鼓风机的出风口连接焚烧炉体下部的助燃风口 ;炉体的排渣口与除渣机的进口连接,还包括:水冷系统;温控系统;配风系统。 [0012] 采用上述技术方案,本发明有以下优点:
I、采用塔型旋转炉排驱动垃圾并排渣,可保证炉内具有平衡连续的燃烧温度,使垃圾得到充分的燃烧,有害物质得到消除,保证垃圾的处理质量和处理效率。
[0013] 2、设置焚烧炉主体为立式机构,有助于在下落过程中,与高温烟气接触时间长,有充分的干燥时间,使垃圾的含水量在燃烧前大大降低,蓬松的体积大大缩小,燃烧入料的温度得到提高,从而提高焚烧炉的总体工作效率。
[0014] 3、垃圾的进料口采用双辊连续给料方式,有密封和均匀下料作用,有利于炉膛负压形成和入料均匀的作用。
[0015] 4、一次燃烧室、二次燃烧室采用了水冷系统,炉膛采用了水冷壁,延长了设备的使用寿命。
[0016] 5、该炉具有供氧充足、垃圾燃烧时翻动效果好,高温烟气停留时间长的特点,能够最大限度地控制二噁英的产生。

具体实施方式
[0021] 如图I、图2和图3所示的一种立式垃圾焚烧炉,包括焚烧炉体,焚烧炉体上设置有进料管2,在进料管2上设置有斗式垃圾进料口 I,在进料管上设置有双辊给料机3,在焚烧炉上还设置有检修门13,焚烧炉体内设置一次燃烧室4,在一次燃烧室对应的焚烧炉上还设置有一次燃烧观察门12,在一次燃烧室4的外侧还设置有二次燃烧室5,一次燃烧室4的烟道通过连接烟道6与二次燃烧室5联通,二次燃烧室5的底部设置有烟气出口 10,二次燃烧室的上部设置有二次燃烧喷油嘴7,焚烧炉体部分包括平置在炉体下部的旋转炉排
19、旋转炉排上固定的动破碎板20和固定旋转炉排的炉排传动轴承30,旋转炉排上的大齿轮22和减速机上的小齿轮23构成传动系统,传动系统与炉排转动机构14连接,在炉体下部设置有排渣机15,在旋转炉排下面通过管道与炉排外面的一次助燃风机11连接。二次燃烧室部分包括由炉墙和覆盖拱围成的二次燃烧室5,配置二次燃烧室进风管9和进风口 29,二次鼓风机17通过二次鼓风管道9连接到进风口 29上,二次燃烧室的进烟口开设在二次燃烧室的上方,设在二次燃烧室的下方的烟气出口 10,在二次燃烧室与连接烟道6处设置二次燃烧喷油系统7,二次燃烧室炉墙由钢板外壳、保温层24和耐火层25构成。在一次燃烧室和二次燃烧室顶部均采用水冷系统,一次燃烧室上设置一次燃烧室进水口 27-1和一次燃烧室出水口中28-1,二次燃烧室上设置有二次燃烧室进水口 27-2和二次燃烧室出水口中28-2。在转动炉排处的炉墙采用水冷壁26,水冷壁26上设置有水冷壁进水口 27_3和 水冷壁出水口 28-3,静破碎板21固定在水冷壁26上。在连接烟道6内设置有热电偶18,热电偶18与自动控制装置连接,一次助燃风机11和二次燃烧室鼓风机17分别与自动控制装置连接,用于控制风机鼓量,控制温度。
[0022] 本垃圾焚烧炉由主炉体、一次燃烧室与二次燃烧室的连接烟道和独立的二次燃烧室三大部分构成。该三部分在施工时可一次整体成型,也可采用各部分分别成型后再拼装的施工工艺。其三部分中的焚烧主炉体部分包括有平置在炉体下部的旋转炉排19和旋转炉排上固定的动破碎板20,在旋转炉排周围配置的水冷壁26和水冷壁上固定的静破碎板21,水冷壁上有进水口 27和出水口 28,旋转炉排的下方装配有鼓风管道16、一次鼓风机11和除渣机15,旋转炉排固定在炉排传动轴承30上,通过旋转炉排上的大齿轮22和减速机14上的小齿轮23构成传动系统;置于旋转炉排上方的燃烧室由炉墙与覆盖拱围成,其覆盖拱设置成水平拱,拱上有两个通道,一个是燃烧烟气排出通道6与二次燃烧室向通,另一个是垃圾进料通道和给料机3、进料管2和进料口 I相连接,主炉墙由钢板外壳、保温层24和耐火层25构成。独立二次燃烧室包括由炉墙和覆盖拱围成的二次燃烧室5,二次燃烧室构成二次燃烧区8,其二次燃烧室的进烟口开设在二次燃烧室的上方,并配置二次燃烧鼓风口29,二次鼓风管道9和二次鼓风机17,设在二次燃烧室的下方的烟气出口 10,在二次燃烧室与连接烟道处设置二次燃烧喷油嘴7,二次燃烧室炉墙由钢板外壳、保温层24和耐火层25构成。一次燃烧室与二次燃烧室的连接烟道包括由烟道墙围成的矩形烟道6,并可在其烟道上方安装热电偶18,用于检测进入二次燃烧室的烟气温度,二次燃烧室有利于沉降烟气中的悬浮物,起到更好的除尘效果。连接烟道由钢板外壳、保温层24和耐火层25构成。
[0023] 本垃圾焚烧炉工作时,启动垃圾入料斗下面的给料机,并调整给料速度控制入料量,将需要处理的垃圾投入料斗后,启动旋转炉排电机,使垃圾物按照一定的厚度要求进炉。然后将焚烧炉排上的物料引燃,启动引风机及鼓风机调整风量,使焚烧室内呈负压状态,将待处理的垃圾送入焚烧炉内进行焚烧,其垃圾在焚烧前已由主炉体内产生的热烟气进行了烘干。本垃圾焚烧炉的燃烧烟气与垃圾入料充分接触,有很强的干燥作用,有利于高水分的垃圾焚烧。本焚烧炉的旋转炉排和配风系统速度由变频控制调整,通过调整给料机的转速控制垃圾投入量,保证了燃烧在最佳状态。本焚烧炉系统配置了自动控制装置,实时监测焚烧炉运行工况,自动记录打印出口烟气温度、风量、风压等参数。·
