技术领域
本发明涉及一种反应釜，尤其涉及一种改进的冷热交换反应釜。
背景技术
反应釜是化工企业所必须使用的反应装置，其内部设置搅拌装置来实现个反应物的充分混合，在现有的反应釜中，有时候需要高温反应或者是低温反应，但是在现有的反应釜中，通常都是通过流动的水温来实现对反应釜的加温或者降温，加温或者降温的速度慢，效果不是很理想，而且在搅拌完成之后，反应釜中会残留很多反应物的残渣，如果清理不及时，容易会变成下次反应物中的杂质，给生产造成不方便。
因此，急需一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的冷热交换反应釜。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
一种改进的冷热交换反应釜，包括反应釜本体，所述反应釜本体上端设有电机，所述反应釜本体内部设有与电机连接的搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴下端设有搅拌叶，所述反应釜本体上部和侧壁上设有喷水装置，所述反应釜本体一侧设有与喷水装置连接的进水口，所述反应釜本体的另一侧设有进料口，所述反应釜本体的外侧底部设有温控装置，所述反应釜本体的底部穿过温控装置设有出料口。
所述温控装置包括温控管和温控开关，所述温控开关的温度区间为-20℃-100℃。
所述进水口上设有阀门。
所述进料口上设有阀门。
本发明的优点是：能快速的实现升温和降温，提高了速率；还安装了喷水装置，能及时清理反应釜本体中的残渣。

如图1所示，本发明的一种改进的冷热交换反应釜，包括反应釜本体1，反应釜本体1上端设有电机2，反应釜本体1内部设有与电机2连接的搅拌轴3，搅拌轴3下端设有搅拌叶4，反应釜本体1上部和侧壁上设有喷水装置5，反应釜本体1一侧设有与喷水装置5连接的进水口6，反应釜本体1的另一侧设有进料口7，反应釜本体1的外侧底部设有温控装置，温控装置包括温控管8和温控开关9，温控开关9的温度区间为-20℃-100℃，反应釜本体1的底部穿过温控装置设有出料口10，进水口6上设有阀门11，进料口7上设有阀门11。能快速的实现升温和降温，提高了速率；还安装了喷水装置5，能及时清理反应釜本体中的残渣。

1.一种改进的冷热交换反应釜，包括反应釜本体，其特征在于：所述反应釜本体上端设有电机，所述反应釜本体内部设有与电机连接的搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴下端设有搅拌叶，所述反应釜本体上部和侧壁上设有喷水装置，所述反应釜本体一侧设有与喷水装置连接的进水口，所述反应釜本体的另一侧设有进料口，所述反应釜本体的外侧底部设有温控装置，所述反应釜本体的底部穿过温控装置设有出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的冷热交换反应釜，其特征在于：所述温控装置包括温控管和温控开关，所述温控开关的温度区间为-20℃-100℃。
