Description
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种聚碳酸酯组合物的制备方法。
背景技术
聚碳酸酯具有优异的力学性能、耐热性、耐侯性和高透光性,广泛用于生产透明制件,如塑料外壳、电器仪表盘等。然而,随着LED技术的发展,灯罩要求即具有高透光率,同时还具有对光线的散射性,以便使眼睛接收。由于已有技术中的聚碳酸酯的透光性和光散射性并不理想,因此如果采用合理的制备方法使制得的聚碳酸酯能在透光性和光散射方面有所提高,那么具有一定的积极意义。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种聚碳酸酯组合物的制备方法,由该方法制取的聚碳酸酯组合物具有高透光性和良好光散射性。
本发明的任务是这样来完成的,一种聚碳酸酯组合物的制备方法,其是先将按重量份数称取的聚碳酸酯树脂90~110份进行烘干,然后投入高速混合机内与按重量份数称取的聚酯共聚物5~10份、有机硅助剂0.2~0.5份、散射核心助剂0.5~6份、抗氧剂0.02~0.3份和润滑剂0.3~0.7份混合4-6min,然后转移至双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,螺杆温度控制为270-290℃,挤出后经水冷却和切粒后并且干燥,得到聚碳酸酯组合物。
在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,所述的聚碳酸酯树脂为双酚A型聚碳酸酯。
在本发明的另一个具体的实施例中,所述的聚酯共聚物为聚对苯二甲酸环己烷二甲酯。
在本发明的又一个具体的实施例中,所述的有机硅助剂为聚苯基甲基硅氧烷。
在本发明的再一个具体的实施例中,所述的散射核心助剂为纳米碳酸钙粒子。
在本发明的还有一个具体的实施例中,所述的抗氧剂为N,Nˊ-双-[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基]已二胺。
在本发明的更而一个具体的实施例中,所述的润滑剂为双硬脂酸酰胺。
由本发明方法得到的聚碳酸酯组合物具有优异的光扩散性能和高的透光率,并且具有优异的阻燃性。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
先将按重量份数称取的双酚A型聚碳酸酯90份进行烘干,然后投入高速混合机内与按重量份数称取的聚对苯二甲酸环己烷二甲酯10份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷0.2份、纳米碳酸钙粒子3份、N,Nˊ-双-[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基]已二胺0 .15份和双硬脂酸酰胺0.7份混合4-6min,然后转移至双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,螺杆温度控制为270℃,挤出后经水冷却和切粒后并且干燥,得到聚碳酸酯组合物。
实施例2:
先将按重量份数称取的双酚A型聚碳酸酯110份进行烘干,然后投入高速混合机内与按重量份数称取的聚对苯二甲酸环己烷二甲酯5份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷0.3份、纳米碳酸钙粒子0.5份、N,Nˊ-双-[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基]已二胺0 .03份和双硬脂酸酰胺0.3份混合4-6min,然后转移至双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,螺杆温度控制为290℃,挤出后经水冷却和切粒后并且干燥,得到聚碳酸酯组合物。
实施例3:
先将按重量份数称取的双酚A型聚碳酸酯100份进行烘干,然后投入高速混合机内与按重量份数称取的聚对苯二甲酸环己烷二甲酯7份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷0.5份、纳米碳酸钙粒子4份、N,Nˊ-双-[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基]已二胺0.3份和双硬脂酸酰胺0.5份混合4-6min,然后转移至双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,螺杆温度控制为280℃,挤出后经水冷却和切粒后并且干燥,得到聚碳酸酯组合物。
实施例4:
先将按重量份数称取的双酚A型聚碳酸酯105份进行烘干,然后投入高速混合机内与按重量份数称取的聚对苯二甲酸环己烷二甲酯9份、聚苯基甲基硅氧烷0.4份、纳米碳酸钙粒子6份、N,Nˊ-双-[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基]已二胺0.1份和双硬脂酸酰胺0.4份混合4-6min,然后转移至双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,螺杆温度控制为285℃,挤出后经水冷却和切粒后并且干燥,得到聚碳酸酯组合物。
Claims (7)
1.一种聚碳酸酯组合物的制备方法,其特征在于其是先将按重量份数称取的聚碳酸酯树脂90~110份进行烘干,然后投入高速混合机内与按重量份数称取的聚酯共聚物5~10份、有机硅助剂0.2~0.5份、散射核心助剂0.5~6份、抗氧剂0.02~0.3份和润滑剂0.3~0.7份混合4-6min,然后转移至双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,螺杆温度控制为270-290℃,挤出后经水冷却和切粒后并且干燥,得到聚碳酸酯组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚碳酸酯组合物的制备方法,其特征在于所述的聚碳酸酯树脂为双酚A型聚碳酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚碳酸酯组合物的制备方法,其特征在于所述的聚酯共聚物为聚对苯二甲酸环己烷二甲酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚碳酸酯组合物的制备方法,其特征在于所述的有机硅助剂为聚苯基甲基硅氧烷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚碳酸酯组合物的制备方法,其特征在于所述的散射核心助剂为纳米碳酸钙粒子。
6.根据权利要求1所述的聚碳酸酯组合物的制备方法,其特征在于所述的抗氧剂为N,Nˊ-双-[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰基]已二胺。
7.根据权利要求1所述的聚碳酸酯组合物的制备方法,其特征在于所述的润滑剂为双硬脂酸酰胺。
