Abstract

本发明提供的显示器,包括显示屏、从侧面包围显示屏的边框、位于显示屏背面一侧的背光模组以及包覆背光模组的背面与侧面的显示器后盖,显示器还包括紧固件,紧固件包括连接件以及配合件,配合件连接于显示屏的背面,连接件穿过显示器后盖、背光模组、边框后与配合件配合,以将显示屏、边框、背光模组以及显示器后盖连接在一起。本发明的显示器通过连接于显示屏的背面的紧固件将显示屏、边框、背光模组以及显示器后盖连接在一起,无需利用边框边缘对显示屏进行限位,显示屏的侧面与边框没有连接关系,这样可以使边框的宽度减少到1mm以下,同时结构简单并能保证结构牢固性。

本发明涉及一种对用静态方法显示可变信息的指示装置进行控制的装置,特别是涉及一种显示器。
背景技术
近年来,随着无线通讯技术的逐渐成熟,移动信息装置逐步走进人民生活并成为主流,尤其是移动电话、数字相机、数字化个人助理、笔记本电脑和平板电脑等,因其体积小、重量轻、边框窄而受到人们的青睐。上述移动信息装置中,显示器作为重要部件之一,其边框的宽度大小直接决定了上述装置的尺寸和设计风格。目前市场对显示器的外观要求越来越高。液晶显示屏周围的边框实现窄边框化,是显示器外观设计的一个重要的发展方向。
通常的显示器包括显示屏、背光模组、边框以及显示器后盖。其中边框与显示器后盖配合形成容纳部,显示屏、背光模组设置于上述容纳部内,边框将显示屏包围,并利用边框边缘对显示屏进行限位,这种结构的显示器中,显示屏周围的边框的宽度较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种显示屏周围的边框的宽度较小,且结构简单的显示器。
本发明的显示器,包括显示屏、从侧面包围所述显示屏的边框、位于所述显示屏的背面一侧的背光模组以及包覆所述背光模组的背面与侧面的显示器后盖,所述显示器还包括紧固件,所述紧固件包括连接件以及配合件,所述配合件连接于所述显示屏的背面,所述连接件穿过所述显示器后盖、所述边框后与所述配合件配合,以将所述显示屏、所述边框以及所述显示器后盖连接在一起。
本发明的显示器,其中,所述连接件为柱销,所述配合件为与所述柱销配合的座体。
本发明的显示器,其中,所述连接件为螺栓,所述配合件为与所述螺栓配合的螺母。
本发明的显示器,其中,所述螺母的一端连接于连接板上,所述连接板连接于所述显示屏的背面,所述螺栓依次穿过所述显示器后盖、所述背光模组、所述边框后与所述螺母配合,以将所述显示屏、所述边框、所述背光模组以及所述显示器后盖连接在一起。
本发明的显示器,其中,所述连接板粘贴于所述显示屏的背面。
本发明的显示器,其中,所述边框包括用于包围所述显示屏的第一框体、垂直连接于所述第一框体的内壁并向所述第一框体的内部延伸的第二框体,所述第二框体伸入所述螺母与所述背光模组之间,所述螺栓依次穿过所述显示器后盖、所述背光模组、所述边框的第二框体后与所述螺母配合,以将所述显示屏、所述边框、所述背光模组以及所述显示器后盖连接在一起。
本发明的显示器,其中,所述显示器还包括背光模组框架,所述背光模组框架包括第三框体,所述第三框体从侧面包围所述背光模组以及所述显示器后盖并伸入所述显示器后盖与所述边框的第一框体之间,所述第三框体的内壁上垂直连接有向所述第三框体内部延伸的第四框体,所述第四框体伸入所述第二框体与所述背光模组之间,所述螺栓依次穿过所述显示器后盖、所述背光模组、所述第四框体、所述边框的第二框体后与所述螺母配合。
本发明的显示器,其中,所述显示器后盖的面向所述第三框体的侧面上设置有凸起部,所述第三框体上设置有与所述凸起部配合的第一通孔,所述凸起部伸入所述第一通孔内,以将所述显示器后盖与所述第三框体固定在一起。
本发明的显示器,其中,所述背光模组的导光板的侧边上设置有与所述螺栓配合的配合槽,所述背光模组的光学膜片上设置有与所述螺栓配合的第二通孔,所述螺栓穿过所述配合槽以及所述第二通孔后与所述螺母配合。
本发明的显示器,其中,所述配合槽为矩形槽或弧形槽。
本发明的显示器,其中,所述紧固件有多个,所述多个紧固件的配合件分别连接于所述显示屏的背面的边缘并围成的一个矩形区域,所述多个紧固件的连接件分别于所述显示器后盖的背面的边缘穿过后与所述多个配合件一一配合。
本发明的显示器通过连接于显示屏背面的紧固件将显示屏、边框、背光模组以及显示器后盖连接在一起,无需利用边框边缘对显示屏进行限位,显示屏的侧面与边框没有连接关系,这样可以使边框的宽度减少到1mm以下,同时结构简单并能保证结构牢固性,使显示器满足震动,冲击,运输等方面的要求。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3、图5所示,本发明的显示器,包括显示屏1、从侧面包围显示屏1的边框2、位于显示屏1的背面一侧的背光模组3以及包覆背光模组3的背面与侧面的显示器后盖4。本发明的显示器还包括紧固件10,紧固件10包括连接件以及配合件。上述配合件连接于显示屏1的背面,上述连接件穿过显示器后盖4、背光模组3、边框2后与上述配合件配合,以将显示屏1、边框2、背光模组3以及显示器后盖4连接在一起。图1中的虚线围合形成的矩形区域为本发明的显示器的显示区域。
本发明的显示器通过连接于显示屏的背面的紧固件将显示屏、边框、背光模组以及显示器后盖连接在一起,无需利用边框边缘对显示屏进行限位,显示屏的侧面与边框没有连接关系,这样可以使边框的宽度减少到1mm以下,同时能保证结构牢固性,使显示器满足震动,冲击,运输等方面的要求。
本发明的显示器,其中,用于支承的固定座9设置于显示屏1的下方,并和边框2连接在一起。
本发明的显示器,其中,紧固件10有多个,多个紧固件10的配合件分别连接于显示屏1的背面的边缘并围成的一个矩形区域,多个紧固件10的连接件分别于显示器后盖4的边缘穿过后与多个配合件一一对应配合。
本实施例中,上述连接件为螺栓6,上述配合件为与螺栓6配合的螺母5。在本发明的显示器的其他实施例中,连接件可以是柱销,配合件可以是与上述柱销配合的座体。
结合图6所示,本发明的显示器,其中,螺母5的一端连接于连接板7上。连接板7连接于显示屏1的背面。螺栓6依次穿过显示器后盖4、背光模组3、边框2后与螺母5配合,以将显示屏1、边框2、背光模组3以及显示器后盖4连接在一起。
连接板7为长方形,这样可以有效的增大连接板7与显示屏1的接触面积,使连接更为牢固。
本发明的显示器,其中,连接板7粘贴于显示屏1的背面。
本发明的显示器,其中,边框2包括用于包围显示屏1的第一框体21、垂直连接于第一框体21内壁的并向第一框体21的内部延伸的第二框体22。第二框体22伸入螺母5与背光模组3之间。螺栓6依次穿过显示器后盖4、背光模组3、边框2的第二框体22后与螺母5配合,以将显示屏1、边框2、背光模组3以及显示器后盖4连接在一起。
为使整体结构更加坚固,本发明的显示器还包括背光模组框架8,背光模组框架8包括第三框体23。第三框体23从侧面包围背光模组3以及显示器后盖4并伸入显示器后盖4与边框2的第一框体21之间。第三框体23的内壁垂直连接有向第三框体23内部延伸的第四框体24。第四框体24伸入第二框体22与背光模组3之间。螺栓6依次穿过显示器后盖4、背光模组3、第四框体24、边框2的第二框体22后与螺母5配合。
结合图4所示,本发明的显示器,其中,背光模组3的导光板30的侧边上设置有与螺栓6配合的配合槽。背光模组3的光学膜片32上设置有与螺栓6配合的第二通孔33,螺栓6穿过配合槽以及第二通孔33后与螺母5配合。本实施例中,上述配合槽为矩形槽31,在本发明的显示器的其他实施例中,上述配合槽也可以为弧形槽,只要能实现让螺栓6穿过即可。
本发明的显示器,其中,显示器后盖4的面向第三框体23的侧面上设置有凸起部41,第三框体23上设置有与凸起部41配合的第一通孔81,凸起部41伸入第一通孔81内,以将显示器后盖4与第三框体23固定在一起。

1.一种显示器,包括显示屏、从侧面包围所述显示屏的边框、位于所述显示屏的背面一侧的背光模组以及包覆所述背光模组的背面与侧面的显示器后盖,其特征在于,所述显示器还包括紧固件,所述紧固件包括连接件以及配合件,所述配合件连接于所述显示屏的背面,所述连接件穿过所述显示器后盖、所述边框后与所述配合件配合,以将所述显示屏、所述边框以及所述显示器后盖连接在一起,所述连接件为螺栓,所述配合件为与所述螺栓配合的螺母,所述背光模组的导光板的侧边上设置有与所述螺栓配合的配合槽,所述背光模组的光学膜片上设置有与所述螺栓配合的第二通孔,所述螺栓穿过所述配合槽以及所述第二通孔后与所述螺母配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述螺母的一端连接于连接板上,所述连接板连接于所述显示屏的背面,所述螺栓依次穿过所述显示器后盖、所述背光模组、所述边框后与所述螺母配合,以将所述显示屏、所述边框、所述背光模组以及所述显示器后盖连接在一起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述连接板粘贴于所述显示屏的背面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述边框包括用于包围所述显示屏的第一框体、垂直连接于所述第一框体的内壁并向所述第一框体的内部延伸的第二框体,所述第二框体伸入所述螺母与所述背光模组之间,所述螺栓依次穿过所述显示器后盖、所述背光模组、所述边框的第二框体后与所述螺母配合,以将所述显示屏、所述边框、所述背光模组以及所述显示器后盖连接在一起。
5.根据权利要求4所述的显示器,其特征在于,所述显示器还包括背光模组框架,所述背光模组框架包括第三框体,所述第三框体从侧面包围所述背光模组以及所述显示器后盖并伸入所述显示器后盖与所述边框的第一框体之间,所述第三框体的内壁上垂直连接有向所述第三框体内部延伸的第四框体,所述第四框体伸入所述第二框体与所述背光模组之间,所述螺栓依次穿过所述显示器后盖、所述背光模组、所述第四框体、所述边框的第二框体后与所述螺母配合。
