本发明提供一种高强度汽车仪表板配方及其制备方法,由下列重量比组成:无规共聚聚丙烯100、三元乙丙橡胶15-25、滑石粉15-25、PP-g-MAX15-25、偶联剂0.2-0.8、成核剂0.2-0.8、抗氧剂1010 0.1-0.5和抗氧剂DLTP0.1-0.5;该仪表板具有优异的透明性,具有良好的光泽度和透明性等光学特性;本汽车仪表板在生产过程中,无毒、无刺激性气味;且该汽车仪表板有很强的化学抗性;该汽车仪表板生产陈本低廉,抗冲击性能好,会得到广泛使用。

一种高强度汽车仪表板配方及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及聚丙烯组合物及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种高强度汽车仪表板配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,科技的进步,聚丙烯材料在人们生活中的应用越来越广泛,如家用电器外壳、管道,车用仪表板等方面;随着人性化理念的普及,及新型和谐社会的构成,不断改进聚丙烯材料的韧性,强度,流动性等,以达到消费者的需要是非常必要的。
中国专利CN 1282755 A公开了一种超高韧性高强度聚丙烯组合物及其制备工艺,但是考虑到以上配方强度低,韧性差等缺陷,现有技术就显得略有不足。
发明内容
本发明提供一种高强度汽车仪表板配方,解决现有聚丙烯组合物中的强度低,易脆化,韧性差,成本高等技术问题。
本发明采用以下技术方案: 
高强度汽车仪表板配方,由下列原料组成,以重量份数表示法为:
无规共聚聚丙烯        100;
三元乙丙橡胶          15-25;
滑石粉                   15-25;
PP-g-MAX              15-25;
偶联剂                  0.2-0.8;
成核剂                  0.2-0.8;
抗氧剂1010           0.1-0.5; 
抗氧剂DLTP           0.1-0.5。
其中,所述三元乙丙橡胶EPDM为EPDM4725P、EPDM8800、EPDM3708、EPDM4760中的一种或多种混合物。
所述偶联剂为KH-550、KH-551、KH-560中的一种或多种混合物。
所述滑石粉采用20000目的滑石粉。
所述抗氧剂采用1010或DLTP中的一种或多种混合物。
高强度汽车仪表板配方的制备方法为:
第一步:按照上文所述重量分数比称取各种原料:无规共聚聚丙烯、滑石粉、偶联剂、成核剂、抗氧剂;
第二步:将上述原料放入高混机中混合3-5分钟;
第三步:将第二步混合后的物料投放到长径比为38:1的双螺杆挤出机中,挤出机温度设置为:一区:170-250℃,二区170-250℃,三区180-250℃,四区180-250℃,五区190-250℃,六区190-250℃,七区200-250℃,转速为180-300转/分钟,挤出造粒。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:选择无规共聚聚丙烯,增加了透明度,进步了抗冲击性能,同时对酸、碱、醇、低沸点碳氢化合物溶剂及很多有机化学品的作用有很强的抵抗力、有很低的水蒸汽渗透率且无气味挥发。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:选择的三元乙丙橡胶对化学物具有抗性,吸水率低,具有良好的绝缘特性。
本发明使用的所有原料均为共知的已有,使用方法和功能均为已有技术。
本发明所述一种高强度汽车仪表板配方采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、该仪表板具有优异的透明性,具有良好的光泽度和透明性等光学特性;2、本汽车仪表板在生产过程中,无毒、无刺激性气味;3、该汽车仪表板有很强的化学抗性;4、该汽车仪表板生产陈本低廉,抗冲击性能好,会得到广泛使用。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例更加详细地阐述本发明的内容。 
实施例1:
第一步:按照下文所述重量分数比称取各种原料
无规共聚聚丙烯        100        扬州罗兰新材料有限公司;
三元乙丙橡胶           20         力华塑胶有限公司;
滑石粉                    20         临沂祥瑞化工厂;
PP-g-MAX                20         东莞市畅之翔塑胶原料有限公司;
偶联剂                    0.5        南京旭杨化工有限公司;
成核剂                    0.5        南京华都科技有限公司;
抗氧剂1010            0.2         宜兴市天使合成化学公司; 
抗氧剂DLTP           0.2         宜兴市天使合成化学公司。
第二步:将上述原料放入高混机中混合3-5分钟;
第三步:将第二步混合后的物料投放到长径比为38:1的双螺杆挤出机中,挤出机温度设置为:一区:170-250℃,二区170-250℃,三区180-250℃,四区180-250℃,五区190-250℃,六区190-250℃,七区200-250℃,转速为180-600转/分钟,挤出造粒。
本发明的汽车仪表盘增加了成核剂具有优异的透明性,具有良好的光泽度和透明性等光学特性;增加了EPDM4725P,邵氏硬度80以上。

Claims (6)

1.一种高强度汽车仪表板配方及其制备方法,其特征在于:其组成成份以重量份数表示法为:
无规共聚聚丙烯        100;
三元乙丙橡胶           15-25;
滑石粉                    15-25;
PP-g-MAX                15-25;
偶联剂                    0.2-0.8;
成核剂                    0.2-0.8;
抗氧剂1010             0.1-0.5; 
抗氧剂DLTP            0.1-0.5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度汽车仪表板配方及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述三元乙丙橡胶EPDM为EPDM4725P、EPDM8800、EPDM3708、EPDM4760中的一种或多种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度汽车仪表板配方及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为KH-550、KH-551、KH-560中的一种或多种混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度汽车仪表板配方及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述滑石粉采用20000目的滑石粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度汽车仪表板配方及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂采用1010或DLTP中的一种或多种混合物。
6.一种制备权利要求1所述高强度汽车仪表板的方法,其特征在于步骤为:
第一步:按照上文所述重量分数比称取各种原料:无规共聚聚丙烯、三元乙丙橡胶、滑石粉、PP-g-MAX、偶联剂、成核剂、抗氧剂;
第二步:将上述原料放入高混机中混合3-5分钟;
第三步:将第二步混合后的物料投放到长径比为38:1的双螺杆挤出机中,挤出机温度设置为:一区:170-250℃,二区170-250℃,三区180-250℃,四区180-250℃,五区190-250℃,六区190-250℃,七区200-250℃,转速为180-600转/分钟,挤出造粒。
