Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗偏头痛的中药滴鼻液，祖国医学认为，偏头痛是外感六淫之邪上犯颠顶，扰清阳或饮食不节，内伤脾肾，导致脏腑失和，气血逆乱，瘀阻经络。为此，本发明选择具有疏通气机，祛风通络，活血化瘀的中药辛夷、白芷、蔓荆子、延胡索、滴水珠、篙本、夜交藤、荜茇、冰片制成滴鼻液，经我院临床试验，总有效率达到97.5％，明显优于对照组，头痛缓解时间短于对照组。临床观察表明，滴鼻液治疗偏头痛充分利用了鼻腔粘膜下层毛细血管丰富且多孔的特点，药物容易向血液和组织内渗透的优势，具有疗效高、用药量少、使用方便、无不良反应等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗偏头痛的中药滴鼻液。
背景技术
偏头痛是神经内科常见病之一，是一种反复发作的临床常见症状，主要由神经元，特别是下丘脑神经元功能失调导致血管舒缩素紊乱引起。现代生活中，随着生活节奏的加快，社会竞争的加剧，人们的精神压力越来越大，以致偏头痛发病率逐年上升，严重的影响着人们的工作和生活。西药治疗偏头痛症只能暂时缓解症状，难以去除病根，严重者根本无效，且副作用多。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗偏头痛的中药滴鼻液，祖国医学认为，偏头痛是外感六淫之邪上犯颠顶，扰清阳或饮食不节，内伤脾肾，导致脏腑失和，气血逆乱，瘀阻经络，脑失所养，中医治疗应以疏通气机，祛风通络，活血化瘀为主。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗偏头痛的中药滴鼻液由以下重量份的中药制成：辛夷8-10份、白芷10-12份、蔓荆子10-12份、延胡索12-15份、滴水珠7-9份、篙本8-10份、夜交藤12-15份、荜茇5-7份、冰片2-4份。
优选的，辛夷9份、白芷11份、蔓荆子11份、延胡索13份、荜茇6份、滴水珠8份、篙本9份、夜交藤13份、冰片3份。
制备方法将以上原料药混合，加蒸馏水蒸馏，取蒸馏出的药液，经密闭灭菌，再装瓶经微波消毒后即可使用。
方中：辛夷：入肺经、胃经；发散风寒 宣通鼻窍
白芷：归肺、胃经：解表散风 通窍止痛 燥湿止带 消肿排脓
蔓荆子：入肝、胃、膀胱经；疏散风热，清利头目。
延胡索：入肝、胃经；活血行气止痛。
荜茇：入肝、脾、肾三经；温中散寒，下气止痛。
滴水珠：归肝经；止痛祛痰。
篙本：祛风散寒 胜湿止痛
夜交藤：入心、肝经；养心安神，祛风通络。
冰片：入心、肺经；通诸窍，散郁火，去翳明目，消肿止痛。
临床资料
一般资料所有入选病人随机分为两组：治疗组80例，男50例，女30例，年龄15～65岁，平均年龄32.5岁，病程3个月～31年，平均13.30年。对照组80例，男35例，女45例，年龄16～63岁，平均年龄32岁，病程2个月～32年，平均13.10年；两组性别、年龄、病程等均无统计学差异，具有可比性。
治疗方法：治疗组：以上所述的滴鼻液由辛夷、白芷、蔓荆子、延胡索、荜茇、滴水珠、篙本、夜交藤、冰片经加工制成滴鼻液，用于鼻腔滴入，每次2～3滴，每日3～5次；或将药液2～3滴滴在脱脂棉球上塞鼻。左侧头痛塞右鼻，右侧头痛塞左鼻，全头痛左右鼻交替。每次观察30分钟。对照组：服用颅痛定30mg，每次60mg，每日3次，脑清片每次0.1g，每日3次，两组均1周为一个疗程。
疗效标准 痊愈：头痛及兼症全部消失，停药半年至1年无复发者；有效：头痛及兼症基本消失，停药半年至1年有复发，但发作次数减少，疼痛强度减轻者；无效：治疗后疼痛症状无好转者。
治疗结果 ①两组头痛缓解时间比较 见表1.结果示治疗组头痛缓解时间短于对照组(P＜0.05)。

具体实施方式
实施例一：称取辛夷9g、白芷11g、蔓荆子11g、延胡索13g、荜茇6g、滴水珠8g、篙本9g、夜交藤13g、冰片3g制成滴鼻液；每次2～3滴，每日3～5次；或将药液2～3滴滴在脱脂棉球上塞鼻，左侧头痛塞右鼻，右侧头痛塞左鼻，全头痛左右鼻交替，每次观察30分钟。

1.一种治疗偏头痛的中药滴鼻液，其特征在于该滴鼻液由以下重量的中药制成：辛夷9g、白芷11g、蔓荆子11g、延胡索13g、荜茇6g、滴水珠8g、篙本9g、夜交藤13g、冰片3g。
