Claims (1)
- 权利要求书1. 变速控制方法, 包括泵, 所述泵具有吸液通道、 排液通道、 作相对运动的工作部 件, 相对运动的工作部件之间形成工作容积, 工作部件的相对运动造成工作容积周期性地 增大和缩小而通过吸液通道吸入流体和通过排液通道排出流体, 并靠工作部件的挤压而使 排出流体的压力能增加; 其特征是: 一部分工作部件连接在输入部件上, 另一部分工作部 件连接在输出部件上, 通过改变泵流量大小而改变一部分工作部件相对于另一部分工作部 件的运动状况。2. 变速机构, 包括至少一个泵, 所述泵具有吸液通道、 排液通道、 作相对运动的工 作部件, 相对运动的工作部件之间形成工作容积, 工作部件的相对运动造成工作容积周期 性地增大和缩小而通过吸液通道吸入流体和通过排液通道排出流体, 并靠工作部件的挤压 而使排出流体的压力能增加; 其特征是: 泵的一部分工作部件连接在输入部件上, 泵的另 一部分工作部件连接在输出部件上, 它还包括设置在吸液通道或 /和排液通道上的流量控 制装置。3. 根据权利要求 2所述的变速机构, 其特征是: 所述泵为齿轮泵, 工作部件包括泵 体、 相啮合的中心齿轮和行星齿轮; 中心齿轮转动设置在泵体上; 行星齿轮空套在行星齿 轮轴上, 行星齿轮轴支撑在泵体上; 中心齿轮和泵体中的一个连接在输入部件上, 另一个 连接在输出部件上。4. 根据权利要求 3所述的变速机构, 其特征是: 所述齿轮泵为两个; 输出部件为一 输出轴; 输出轴穿过两个泵的中心齿轮及泵体; 输入部件包括一输入轴、 两个传动机构、 空套在输出轴上的两个传动轮, 两个传动轮分别通过两个传动机构与输入轴相连; 两个传 动机构的传动比不同; 对于任意一个泵的中心齿轮和泵体来说, 中心齿轮空套在输出轴上 并与一个传动轮固定连接、 输出轴在周向与泵体固定连接, 或者, 泵体空套在输出轴上并 与一个传动轮固定连接、 输出轴在周向与中心齿轮固定连接。5. 根据权利要求 3所述的变速机构, 其特征是: 所述泵体的外周具有一个油环, 油 环与泵体转动连接; 油环的内周面上开有环形的进液环道、 出液环道; 设置在泵体上的吸 液通道、 排液通道分别与进液环道、 出液环道相通; 油环上设置与进液环道、 出液环道相 通的进液通路、 出液通路; 两个流量控制装置分别设置在进液通路和出液通路上。6. 根据权利要求 5所述的变速机构, 其特征是: 它还包括与流量控制装置并联设置 在进液通路和出液通路上的、 只允许流体流入泵内的单向阀。7. 根据权利要求 3所述的变速机构, 其特征是: 齿轮泵中的行星齿轮为二个或二个 以上, 均布在中心齿轮的周边。8. 根据权利要求 2所述的变速机构, 其特征是: 所述泵为叶片泵, 工作部件包括定 子、 转子、 设置在转子上的叶片; 转子轴和定子中的一个连接在输入部件上, 另一个连接 在输出部件上。9. 根据权利要求 8所述的变速机构, 其特征是: 所述定子为泵体, 转子轴与作为输 入部件的输入轴相连, 泵体与作为输出部件的输出齿轮相连。10. 根据权利要求 2所述的变速机构, 其特征是: 所述泵为齿轮泵, 工作部件包括 泵体、 相啮合的中心齿轮和行星齿轮; 中心齿轮轴与带动其转动的输入部件相连, 行星齿 轮轴支撑在泵体上, 行星齿轮轴设置在作为输出部件的输出齿轮的端面上, 输出齿轮空套 在与中心齿轮同轴的转轴上。11. 根据权利要求 2所述的变速机构, 其特征是: 所述泵为转子泵, 工作部件包括 泵体、 外转子、 位于外转子内的内转子; 内转子轴和泵体中的一个与输入部件相连, 另一 个与输出部件相连。12. 根据权利要求 11所述的变速机构, 其特征是: 内转子轴与作为输入部件的输 入轴相连, 泵体与作为输出部件的输出齿轮相连。13. 根据权利要求 2所述的变速机构, 其特征是: 所述泵的外周具有一个油环, 油 环与泵转动连接; 油环的内周面上开有环形的进液环道、 出液环道; 泵的吸液通道、 排液 通道分别与进液环道、 出液环道相通; 油环上设置与进液环道、 出液环道相通的进液通路、 出液通路; 两个流量控制装置分别设置在进液通路和出液通路上。14. 根据权利要求 13所述的变速机构, 其特征是: 它还包括与流量控制装置并联 设置在进液通路和出液通路上的、 只允许流体流入泵内的单向阀。
