背景技术
[0002] 现有的输电配电电路都采用了绝缘导线,它们解决了裸导线本有的电流走廊等安全问题,但是在实际使用中由于雷击等原因造成的过电压断线,使整个输配电线路产生运行故障的情况时有发生,尤其是我国南方地区,电闪雷鸣的气象比较频繁,因此而引起的电网故障已占整个线路故障的36. 8%,其中雷击断线率占到96. 8%,大大影响了线网的正常供电,给国民经济造成了巨大的损失。日本在七十年代就曾得出研究结论:绝缘导线如果没有妥善的防止过电压的措施,那么遇到较强雷击时引起的过电压是必然会断线的。因此必须解决绝缘导线因过电压造成的断线问题,才能保证架空绝缘输配电网的安全运行。

1. 一种复合柱式防断线绝缘子,包括伞体(I)、接线端金具(2)和接地端金具(3),接线 >金具(2)的下部固定嵌入伞体(I)的上端内,接地端金具(3)的上部固定嵌入伞体(I)的下端内,伞体(I)、接线端金具(2)和接地端金具(3)的内壁之间构成一封闭空腔,该封闭空腔内嵌有绝缘筒(4),其特征在于所述的绝缘筒(4)为两端开口的空心绝缘筒,绝缘筒(4)内的空腔下部设有弹簧(5),弹簧(5)的上侧设有电阻片(6),电阻片(6)的上侧设有空心的磁环(7),磁环(7)的两端设有圆台形的铜片(8)。
2.根据权利要求I所述的复合柱式防断线绝缘子,其特征在于所述的铜片(8)为空心的圆台,所述铜片(8)的圆台顶部凹进磁环(7)的空腔内。
3.根据权利要求I所述的复合柱式防断线绝缘子,其特征在于所述伞体(I)、接线端金具(2 )和接地端金具(3 )的内径相等。
4.根据权利要求I所述的复合柱式防断线绝缘子,其特征在于所述接地端金具(3)的下端设有与其固定相连的接地线头(9 )。
5.根据权利要求I所述的复合柱式防断线绝缘子,其特征在于所述的弹簧(5)位于接地端金具(3)的内腔中部。
6.根据权利要求I所述的复合柱式防断线绝缘子,其特征在于所述电阻片(6)的下端与弹簧(5)的上端之间设有垫片(10);所述电阻片(6)的上端与磁环(7)下侧的铜片(8)之间设有垫片(10);所述磁环(7)上侧的铜片(8)与接线端金具(2)的内壁之间设有垫片(10)。
7.根据权利要求I或6所述的复合柱式防断线绝缘子,其特征在于所述电阻片(6)、磁环(7)、铜片(8)和垫片(10)的外径相同。
8.根据权利要求I或6所述的复合柱式防断线绝缘子,其特征在于所述电阻片(6)、磁环(7)、铜片(8)和垫片(10)的径向外壁与绝缘筒(4)的内壁之间设有间隙。
9.根据权利要求I所述的复合柱式防断线绝缘子,其特征在于所述的电阻片(6)为非线性的氧化锌电阻片。
10.根据权利要求I所述的复合柱式防断线绝缘子,其特征在于所述伞体(I)的材质为硫化娃橡胶。
