本发明涉及燃气灶具技术领域。
背景技术
所谓燃气灶，是指以液化石油气、人工煤气、天然气等气体燃料进行直火加热的厨房用具。燃气灶主要由燃烧器（炉头、内外火盖）、阀体（含喷嘴、风门板、锥形弹簧）、壳体（可以是分体壳体——面板、后板和左右侧板组装而成，也可以是整体拉伸壳体）、炉架、旋钮、盛液盘、炉脚、进气管、和脉冲点火器（脉冲点火方式灶具专用）组成。目前，市面上的燃气灶具大多为下进风型和上进风型，当空气流动时，带走了很大一部分热量，导致燃烧热效率不够高。近年来，市面上出现了一种燃气灶用的防风罩，但由于结构设计不合理，燃烧也不充分，同时还出现了一氧化碳超标的情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足而提供的一种结构简单，设计合理，燃烧充分，防风效果好，而且热效率高的燃气灶具。
本发明是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的：一种燃气灶具，包括炉面、阀体、燃烧器、点火装置、和锅支架，燃烧器包括炉头和内、外火盖，炉头设置有中心燃烧室和外环燃烧室，其特征在于，所述外环燃烧室的侧缘沿其周向设置有隔热挡风板，该隔热挡风板将外环燃烧室的进风口与出风口分隔开。
作为上述方案的进一步说明，所述外环燃烧室分上下两层，上下两层外环燃烧室的侧壁均设置多个进风口，隔热挡风板套于外环燃烧室外并设置有与进风口对应的进风孔。
所述外环燃烧室的外侧设置有盛液盘，盛液盘呈环形，与燃烧器共同嵌入炉面。
锅支架设置在隔热挡风板的外侧，由上部的支撑脚和下部的底框构成，支撑脚的上部向内弯折，嵌在隔热挡风板内，底框紧压于盛液盘的边缘。
所述内、外火盖分别对应设置在中心燃烧室和外环燃烧室的顶部，隔热挡风板的上缘高度高于内、外火盖的高度。
所述隔热挡风板的上部设置有斜面，呈喇叭状，斜面的倾斜角度为110-150度。
所述隔热挡风板的斜面为折叠式活动安装结构。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是：
本发明在外环燃烧室的外部套设隔热挡风板，将燃烧器的进风口与出风口分隔开，1、由于热废气向上流动排放，致使燃烧器的空气供应呈烟囱效用，流速加大，空气供应效果更好，使燃气能充分燃烧，也提高了热效率，2、隔离了废气，使燃烧废气不再进入燃烧室内重复使用，提高了燃烧效果。3、隔离了热烟气与外界空气的热传导和热辐射，从而提高了效率。

如图1所示，本发明一种燃气灶具，包括炉面1、阀体、燃烧器2、点火装置12、和锅支架3，燃烧器2包括炉头和内、外火盖3、4，炉头设置有中心燃烧室5和外环燃烧室6，外环燃烧室6的侧缘沿其周向设置有隔热挡风板7，该隔热挡风板将外环燃烧室的进风口8与出风口9分隔开。外环燃烧室分上下两层，上下两层外环燃烧室的侧壁均设置多个进风口，隔热挡风板套于外环燃烧室外并设置有与进风口对应的进风孔, 进风孔用于调节燃气燃烧所需空气量的多少。外环燃烧室的外侧设置有盛液盘10，盛液盘呈环形，与燃烧器共同嵌入炉面。锅支架3设置在隔热挡风板的外侧，由上部的支撑脚和下部的底框构成，支撑脚的上部向内弯折，该弯折部位高于隔热挡风板的顶端，底框紧压于盛液盘的边缘。内、外火盖以组装的方式分别对应设置在中心燃烧室和外环燃烧室的顶部，隔热挡风板的上缘高度高于内、外火盖的高度。隔热挡风板的上部设置有斜面，斜面为折叠式活动安装结构，呈喇叭状，该喇叭部的倾斜角度为110——150度。中心燃烧室的中部设置有热电偶11，点火装置12设置在中心燃烧室和外环燃烧室之间。

1.一种燃气灶具，包括炉面、阀体、燃烧器、点火装置、和锅支架，燃烧器包括炉头和内、外火盖，炉头设置有中心燃烧室和外环燃烧室，其特征在于，所述外环燃烧室的侧缘沿其周向设置有隔热挡风板，该隔热挡风板将外环燃烧室的进风口与出风口分隔开；所述隔热挡风板套于外环燃烧室外并在隔热挡风板的圆周设置进风孔；锅支架设置在隔热挡风板的外侧，由上部的支撑脚和下部的底框构成，支撑脚的上部向内；所述弯折部位嵌于隔热挡风板之内，底框紧压于盛液盘的边缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃气灶具，其特征在于，所述内、外火盖分别对应设置在中心燃烧室和外环燃烧室的顶部，隔热挡风板的上缘高度高于内、外火盖的高度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃气灶具，其特征在于，所述隔热挡风板的上部设置有斜面，呈喇叭状，斜面的倾斜角度为110-150度。
