一种褐煤提质-发电联产系统,包括原煤破碎机以及与原煤破碎机相连的烟气干燥机,所述的烟气干燥机的出煤口与间壁式滚筒干燥机的入煤口相连,烟气干燥机的气体入口通过管路与锅炉的烟气出口相连,烟气干燥机的气体出口与烟气处理系统相连,所述的间壁式滚筒干燥机的加热单元管束通过管路与汽轮机相连,汽轮机抽汽流经间壁式滚筒干燥机的加热单元管束并干燥其中的原煤后通过管路输入至回热系统,经干燥后的提质煤由输送装置输出,间壁式滚筒干燥机输出的尾气经管路在尾气空气加热器中对锅炉送风进行预热。利用锅炉排烟在烟气干燥机中对褐煤进行第一级干燥,然后利用汽轮机抽汽对褐煤进行第二级干燥,从而使褐煤达到较高的干燥程度。

一种褐煤提质_发电联产系统
技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种发电联产系统,具体涉及一种褐煤提质-发电联产系统。
背景技术
[0002] 我国褐煤的探明储量在1000亿吨以上,占我国煤炭总储量的13%以上,其供应充足且价格低廉,未来将广泛应用于发电及各个工业领域。然而,褐煤的高含水、低热值使其运输成本高、利用效率低。而对褐 煤进行干燥,生产水分含量接近烟煤的提质煤是褐煤高效利用的有效手段。
[0003] 燃煤发电过程损耗的能量,大部分被锅炉排烟和汽轮机排汽带走,这些能量是燃煤发电过程的废热,设法将这些能量用于对褐煤原煤的干燥提质,可以有效地降低褐煤提质的成本、提高能量利用的综合效率。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的在于提供一种能够实现能量的梯级利用,从而提高褐煤利用效率的褐煤提质-发电联产系统。
[0005] 为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:包括原煤破碎机以及与原煤破碎机相连的烟气干燥机,所述的烟气干燥机的出煤口与间壁式滚筒干燥机的入煤口相连,烟气干燥机的气体入口通过管路与锅炉的烟气出口相连,烟气干燥机的气体出口与烟气处理系统相连,所述的间壁式滚筒干燥机的加热单元管束通过管路与汽轮机相连,汽轮机抽汽流经间壁式滚筒干燥机的加热单元管束并干燥其中的原煤后通过管路输入至回热系统,经干燥后的提质煤由输送装置输出,间壁式滚筒干燥机输出的尾气经管路在尾气空气加热器对锅炉的送风进行预热。
[0006] 所述的烟气干燥机的气体出口还安装有烟气干燥机除尘器,除尘器的出气口与烟气处理系统相连,除尘器下端的出尘口与间壁式滚筒干燥机的入煤口相连。
[0007] 所述的烟气干燥机的气体入口与锅炉的烟气出口之间的管路上还安装有锅炉烟气除尘器。
[0008] 所述的间壁式滚筒干燥机的尾气经间壁式滚筒干燥机除尘器与尾气空气加热器相连,经间壁式滚筒干燥机除尘器除尘后的煤粉与提质煤一并送入输送装置。
[0009] 所述的汽轮机上安装有发电机,汽轮机侧壁上开设有分别与回热系统相连接的管路,汽轮机的下端经凝汽器、凝结水泵与回热系统相连。
[0010] 所述的间壁式滚筒干燥机与回热系统相连接的管路上还安装有凝结水回收水泵。
[0011] 本发明首先利用锅炉排烟在烟气干燥机中对褐煤进行第一级干燥,然后利用汽轮机抽汽对褐煤进行第二级干燥,从而使褐煤达到较高的干燥程度;提质煤一部分作为产品输出,一部分作为锅炉燃料;干燥尾气用于对冷空气的预热,进一步回收能量。利用本系统,通过褐煤提质-发电的联产实现能量的梯级利用,从而提高褐煤利用效率。附图说明

具体实施方式
[0014] 下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
[0015] 参见图1,本发明包括包括原煤破碎机I以及与原煤破碎机I相连的烟气干燥机2,所述的烟气干燥机2的出煤口与间壁式滚筒干燥机3的入煤口相连,烟气干燥机2的气体入口通过管路及锅炉烟气除尘器6与锅炉5的烟气出口相连,烟气干燥机2的气体出口经烟气干燥机除尘器7与烟气处理系统相连,所述的间壁式滚筒干燥机3的加热单元管束 通过管路与汽轮机8相连,汽轮机抽汽流经间壁式滚筒干燥机3的加热单元管束并干燥其中的原煤后通过凝结水回收水泵13输入至回热系统11,经干燥后的提质煤由输送装置输出,间壁式滚筒干燥机3的尾气经间壁式滚筒干燥机除尘器14与锅炉5的尾气空气加热器15相连对锅炉5的送风进行预热,汽轮机8上安装有发电机12,汽轮机8侧壁上开设有分别与回热系统11相连接的管路,汽轮机8的下端经凝汽器9、凝结水泵10与加热系统11相连。
[0016] 本发明将燃煤产生的高品位能量用于发电,而将低品位能量(大部分为发电过程的废热,包括锅炉排烟、汽轮机排汽)用于生产提质煤,实现褐煤提质和发电的联产,从而通过能量的梯级利用大幅度提高褐煤综合能量利用效率。
[0017] 其工作过程为:褐煤原煤先送入原煤破碎机I中破碎,然后在烟气干燥机2中利用锅炉排烟进行第一级干燥,再送入间壁式滚筒干燥机3中利用汽轮机抽汽的能量进行第二级干燥,提质煤一部分外供,一部分经磨煤机4后进入锅炉5中燃烧;锅炉排烟经空预器后,经过除尘器6除尘后,进入烟气干燥机2中放热,再经过除尘器7除尘后,进行烟气处理;汽轮机抽汽进入间壁式滚筒干燥机3中放热凝结,凝结水经凝结水回收水泵13回收至回热系统11中;间壁式滚筒干燥机3的尾气经除尘器14除尘后,进入尾气空气加热器15中对锅炉5的送风进行预热,尾气处理。

[0019] I.本发明可以大幅度提高褐煤的综合利用效率,通过褐煤提质-发电的联产,降低褐煤提质和发电的成本;
[0020] 2.褐煤干燥过程发生在烟气或蒸汽的氛围内,可以有效得提高褐煤干燥过程的安全性,防止褐煤自燃;
[0021] 3.由于汽轮机的排汽量降低,因此冷却塔负荷降低,从而起到明显的节水效果。
Claims (6)
1. 一种褐煤提质-发电联产系统,其特征在于:包括原煤破碎机(I)以及与原煤破碎机(I)相连的烟气干燥机(2),所述的烟气干燥机(2)的出煤口与间壁式滚筒干燥机(3)的入煤口相连,烟气干燥机(2)的气体入口通过管路与锅炉(5)的烟气出口相连,烟气干燥机(2)的气体出口与烟气处理系统相连,所述的间壁式滚筒干燥机(3)的加热单元管束通过管路与汽轮机(8)相连,汽轮机抽汽流经间壁式滚筒干燥机(3)的加热单元管束并干燥其中的原煤后通过管路输入至回热系统(11),经干燥后的提质煤由输送装置输出,间壁式滚筒干燥机(3)输出的尾气经管路在尾气空气加热器(15)对锅炉(5)的送风进行预热。
2.根据权利要求I所述的褐煤提质-发电联产系统,其特征在于:所述的烟气干燥机(2)的气体出口还安装有烟气干燥机除尘器(7),除尘器的出气口与烟气处理系统相连,除尘器下端的出尘口与间壁式滚筒干燥机(3 )的入煤口相连。
3.根据权利要求I所述的褐煤提质-发电联产系统,其特征在于:所述的烟气干燥机(2)的气体入口与锅炉(5)的烟气出口之间的管路上还安装有锅炉烟气除尘器(6)。
4.根据权利要求I所述的褐煤提质-发电联产系统,其特征在于:所述的间壁式滚筒干燥机(3)的尾气经间壁式滚筒干燥机除尘器(14)与尾气空气加热器(15)相连,经间壁式滚筒干燥机除尘器(14)除尘后的煤粉与提质煤一并送入输送装置。
5.根据权利要求I所述的褐煤提质-发电联产系统,其特征在于:所述的汽轮机(8)上安装有发电机(12),汽轮机(8)侧壁上开设有分别与回热系统(11)相连接的管路,汽轮机(8)的下端经凝汽器(9)、凝结水泵(10)与回热系统(11)相连。
6.根据权利要求I所述的褐煤提质-发电联产系统,其特征在于:所述的间壁式滚筒干燥机(3)与回热系统(11)相连接的管路上还安装有凝结水回收水泵(13)。
