[0002]目前,火力发电在现有供电系统中仍占据着主导地位,火力发电系统具有技术成熟,调节方便等优点,缺点是需要消耗大量的煤炭资源,且能量利用率低(热效率在40%左右)、二氧化碳等有害气体排放量大,对环境造成的污染严重。
[0003] 火力发电厂的启动锅炉一般是新建电厂与首台机组配套建设,其目的就是在首台机组启动过程中向启动的机组供应蒸汽,而且机组由于故障停运再次启动时,它可以提供锅炉的启动用蒸汽、汽轮机的轴封蒸汽、辅助蒸汽等。在电厂建成后,启动锅炉基本就失去 作用了。火力发电厂的辅汽联箱是机组和全厂的公用汽的来源,向有关辅助设备和系统提供辅助蒸汽,以满足机组启动、正常运行、减负荷、甩负荷和停机等各种运行工况的要求。
[0004] 太阳能是一种资源非常丰富的可再生能源,太阳能发电系统因具有运行费用低、维护简单、无噪声、无污染等优点而倍受人们的青睐。槽式太阳能热发电系统现已实现了大规模商业化运行,这种发电系统利用许多分散布置且串联或并联在一起的槽型抛物面反射镜聚焦太阳能并加热工质,再经换热产生相应参数的蒸汽。当系统集热温度高于400°C时,其集热效率有所降低,例如当太阳辐射值为800W/m2’,温度为500°C时的集热效率比250°C的集热效率降低约22. 5%。受几何聚光比低及集热温度不高等条件的制约,槽式太阳能热发电系统中动力子系统的热功转换效率偏低,其发电成本很难进一步降低。此外,太阳能发电系统还存在稳定性差的问题,在一定程度上限制了该发电技术的进一步发展。

[0012] 太阳能集热场与燃煤机组新型耦合发电方式可以分为两种即燃料节省型和功率增大型,燃料节省型即使燃煤机组在同样发电量的情况下,利用太阳能集热场加热部分给水,在总发电量不变的情况下减少了燃煤机组的耗煤;功率增大型即使燃煤机组达到最大 发电量情况下,利用太阳能集热场加热部分给水,在达到最大发电量的情况下减少了单位发电量的能耗。该耦合发电方式采用换热器与太阳能集热场换热避免了将太阳能集热场与给水泵回路直接相连可能产生的漏点;太阳能集热场加热的给水进入省煤器、再热冷段的耦合方式减少了锅炉的煤耗量或增大了锅炉的出力,从而根据发电量的需求可以按照燃料节省型或功率增大型的方式运行。采用太阳能集热场加热的给水作为辅汽联箱的汽源,既节省了启动锅炉的投资费用,减少了单纯槽式太阳能热发电的投资,又减少了原辅汽联箱供汽源的抽汽;太阳能集热场加热的给水作为汽动给水泵汽轮机的汽源,减少了原汽动给水泵汽轮机汽源的抽汽量。
[0013] 本发明将太阳能集热器场与传统燃煤锅炉发电系统有机结合在一起,充分发挥了太阳能和燃煤锅炉发电系统的优势,优化了能源结构,在保证供电稳定性的同时,大大降低了电厂的煤耗,减少了发电系统对环境造成的污染,有利于国民经济的持续性发展。

具体实施方式
[0017]图I为本发明的第一种实施例,耦合发电系统由燃煤锅炉I、汽轮机、发电机5、加热器、太阳能集热器场(20)、热油换热器21、辅汽联箱6、给水泵11、除氧器12、凝汽器19、凝结水泵18等组成,其中太阳能集热器场(20) 20由玻璃罩真空式槽式太阳能集热器经过串并联方式连接而成。该系统流程为:从凝汽器19流出的凝结水经过凝结水泵18以及串联的轴封加热器17、第一级低压加热器16、第二级低压加热器15、第三级低压加热器14、第四级低压加热器13进行初次升温升压后,进入除氧器12除氧,之后经过给水泵11升压,然后经过第一级高压加热器10、第二级高压加热器9进行升温,抽取一部分给水进入换热器21与太阳能集热器场(20)进行热交换,利用太阳能加热到第三级高压加热器8的给水出口参数,支路在不同的运行方式下分别进入省煤器、再热冷段、辅汽联箱、给水泵汽轮机入口管路。其余的给水经过第三级高压加热器8加热后进入燃煤锅炉I中设置的省煤器、炉膛、水冷壁和过热器后达到锅炉出口主蒸汽参数状态,进入汽轮机高压缸2、汽轮机中压缸3、汽轮机低压缸4做功,驱动发电机5发电,汽轮机的高压缸、中压缸和低压缸设有抽汽口分别将抽汽引入高压加热器、除氧器和低压加热器,在这些设备中释放出热量后,通过疏水管路逐级自流分别流入上一级加热器(图I中虚线所示),以便于回收疏水和热量。当太阳能辐射强度能达到设计要求时,系统按照上述流程工作;当太阳能辐射强度降低时,通过调节换热器21的进口流量,减少流经换热器的流量(防止系统压损及漏点),增加进入各级加热器的抽汽流量,保证高压加热器出口的给水参数;当辐射强度为零时,太阳能集热器场(20)即退出运行,耦合发电系统按照纯燃煤机组方式运行。在这种耦合式发电系统中,通过换热器21的给水流量需要根据太阳能集热器场(20)的面积而定。
