技术领域
本发明涉及含有来源于植物、动物或矿物原料的动物养殖饲料,特别涉及一种适用于15-30公斤阶段的全燕麦型仔猪配合饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
受传统饲料配方的影响,长期以来在猪的能量饲料中都以玉米作为主要能源,结果造成玉米供应日趋紧张。而且,从我国目前能量饲料供需状况看,仅靠玉米增产显然难以弥补能量饲料的缺口。据估计,我国2000-2020年能量饲料的缺口将由目前的3000万吨上升至8000万吨,且我国玉米生产的区域性强,华北与东北6省玉米总产量占全国的60%,而南方的8个省玉米产量只占全国的20%。北方玉米的南调,不但增加了饲料成本,而且加重了铁路负担。
燕麦由于适应性广、抗逆性强而在世界各地都有所种植。我国燕麦种植面积大,几乎遍及全国,长江中下游的湖北、安徽、江苏、浙江等地种植面积约占全国燕麦种植面积的占全国燕麦总产量的2/3,燕麦具有抗逆性,可种植在新围垦的海滩和盐碱地上。燕麦作为饲料其价格比玉米低150-300元每吨。饲用价值相当于玉米的95%, 淀粉含量略低于玉米,粗蛋白质比玉米高,尤其是可消化蛋白明显高于玉米,从氨基酸组成看,赖氨酸几乎是玉米的2倍多。然而,燕麦与玉米比,饲料转化率低。原因是燕麦中含有2-10%的非淀粉多糖(NSP)葡聚糖和阿拉伯木聚糖,是燕麦胚乳细胞壁的主要成分,也是糊粉层等其它组织的主要成分。
葡聚糖是占燕麦细胞壁的75%,是燕麦作为饲料的最大难题,水溶性葡聚糖具有较高的系水力,会增加肠道内食糜的粘稠度,降低内源酶对养分的作用,从而使营养物质的消化率降低。阿拉伯木聚糖在燕麦中的含量高达10%左右,其是燕麦中最主要的抗营养因子,抗营养作用是增加了消化道内容物的粘性,肠道内容物的高粘性通过以下途径来实现其抗营养作用:1、降低食糜的通过速度,从而降低了畜禽的采食量,另外高粘性会使畜禽的饮水量增加,排泄的粪便和养分也会增加;2、肠道机械混合内容物的能力下降。高粘性会使食糜内各组分混合不均匀,从而妨碍食糜内糖(氨基酸和其它养分向小肠粘膜运动) 养分在肠道内蓄积会使病原微生物大量繁殖,改变肠道内的微生物区系,同时刺激肠道运动,增厚粘膜层,使内源蛋白质、水分、矿物质分泌增强,引起消化器官代偿性增大;3、降低肠道营养物质的消化吸收。水溶性木聚糖不仅难以被畜禽利用,而且通过增加肠内容物的粘性,阻止其它养分特别是脂肪和能量的消化利用,从而降低畜禽的生产性能。
我国地域辽阔中草药资源分丰富,在发展中草药添加剂方面有巨大的潜力,大量生产实践和科学研究也证实了中草药具有许多营养成分和生物活性物质,如生物碱、多糖、挥发油、靴质、有机酸等,兼有药性和营养性的双重作用,既可防病,又可提高生产性能;不但能直接杀菌抑菌,而且能调节机体的免疫机能,具有非特异抗菌作用。因此摒弃化学类添加剂,使用安全放心的饲料添加剂、提高仔猪的抗病能力和生长速度是我们迫切需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种燕麦全部代替玉米作为饲料能源、且兼有药性和营养性的双重作用,既可防病又可提高仔猪生产性能的饲料;能够提高饲料在动物体内的消化率,促进吸收,并且能够提高动物的生长速度。采用全新的中药饲料添加剂,它能有效改善动物生产性能,同时毒副作用小、无耐药性、不易残留等优点。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种全燕麦型仔猪饲料及其制备方法,所述配合饲料中各种原料及其重量份数比为:燕麦350-850份、46%的豆粕150-350份、米糠粕50-100份、预混料30-50份、液体复合酶0.1-0.3份、中草药添加剂1-7份。
所述中草药添加剂中各种中药原料及其重量份数比为:鱼腥草5-15份、麦芽3-8份、三颗针5-17份、猪苓7-12份、茯苓5-12份、白术2-8份、黄芩2-11份、金银花4-17份、苍术8-15份、半枝莲8-13份、败酱草6-14份、鸡内金3-8份、糯米2-7份、大枣2-5份。
所述中草药添加剂中各种中药原料及其重量百分比优选为:鱼腥草8份、麦芽5份、三颗针11份、猪苓9份、茯苓9份、白术5份、黄芩6份、金银花8份、苍术11份、半枝莲11份、败酱草8份、鸡内金5份、糯米4份、大枣3份。
所述中草药添加剂的制备方法包括:按照重量份数比称取所有中药原料混合研磨成100-200目细粉,制备成所述中草药添加剂,使其细粉量达到中草药添加剂总量的 95%以上。
所述配合饲料中各种原料及其重量份数比优选为:燕麦350-600份、46%的豆粕150-255份、米糠粕50-80份、预混料30-40份、液体复合酶0.2-0.3份、中草药添加剂1-5份。
所述配合饲料中各种原料及其重量份数比还可以优选为:燕麦540-850份、46%的豆粕230-350份、米糠粕70-100份、预混料40-50份、液体复合酶0.1-0.2份、中草药添加剂3-7份。
所述配合饲料中各种原料及其重量份数比又可以优选为:燕麦250-350份、46%的豆粕220-240份、米糠粕60-90份、预混料35-45份、液体复合酶0.15-0.25份、中草药添加剂2-6份。
所述配合饲料中各种原料及其重量份数比还可以优选为:燕麦780份、46%的豆粕180份、米糠粕60份、预混料32份、液体复合酶0.3份、中草药添加剂6份。
所述预混料为维生素预混料和微量元素预混料;所述维生素预混料维生素A、D3、E、K3、B2、B6、叶酸、泛酸、烟酸中的一种或多种;所述微量元素预混料为铜、铁、锰、锌、碘、硒、钴中的一种或多种;所述液体复合酶为木聚糖酶和/或β-葡聚糖酶。
所述维生素预混料优选为:维生素A 20000-45000 IU/kg、维生素D3 1100-3500IU/kg、维生素E 100-990IU/kg、维生素K3 3300-7400IU/kg、维生素B2 1100-7400IU/kg、维生素B6 4000-5800 IU/kg、烟酸2800-10500mg/kg、泛酸 1000-8000 mg/kg、叶酸2000-7800mg/kg中的一种或多种;所述微量元素预混料优选为铜3500-11200mg/kg、铁8777-17000mg/kg、锰1050-5400mg/kg、锌3900-17500mg/kg、碘640-3677mg/kg、硒880-2780mg/kg、钴630-1300mg/kg中的一种或多种。
为了更好的实现上述发明目的,本发明还提供了一种全燕麦型仔猪配合饲料的制备方法,所述制备步骤包括:
粉碎步骤:按重量份数比称取燕麦、46%的豆粕、米糠粕、预混料,投入粉碎机进行粉碎;
制粒步骤:将粉碎步骤得到的粉碎料和中草药添加剂细粉充分混合后,投入制粒机进行制粒,制粒温度为70-85℃,使其糊化度达到90%;
喷涂步骤:将液体复合酶均匀的喷涂到饲料颗粒表面上。
所述制备步骤还可以优选为:
粉碎步骤:按重量份数比称取燕麦、46%的豆粕、米糠粕、预混料,投入粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎粒度为20-40目;
制粒步骤:将粉碎步骤得到的粉碎料和中草药添加剂细粉充分混合后,投入制粒机进行制粒,制粒温度为70-85℃,使其糊化度达到90%;
破碎步骤:投入破碎机进行破碎,破碎粒度为8-15目;
喷涂步骤:将液体复合酶均匀的喷涂到饲料颗粒表面上。
所述粉碎粒度优选为30目;所述制粒温度优选为80℃;所述破碎粒度优选为12目。
本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:利用燕麦代替全部玉米和部分豆粕的用量,而且添加了中草药添加剂,不但大幅度降低了饲料成本,提高了饲料的利用率,而且提高了仔猪的免疫力和生产性能;其中:通过添加中草药添加剂,不仅预防疾病,增强肉鸭机体的免疫功能,调节肠道健康,而且改善饲料的适口性、提高仔猪食欲、提高了肉鸭的生产性能;通过添加适量的液体复合酶,能够显著降低因肠道内容物粘度引起的营养物质在肠道的蓄积,减少肠道致病菌的滋长,有效地防止黄白痢等疾病的发生,提高猪的生产性能,以及更好地促进猪对养分的消化与吸收,显著提高燕麦类农副产品的消化利用率,特别适用于15kg至30kg成长期间的仔猪。

本发明实施例提供了一种全燕麦型仔猪配合饲料,配合饲料中各种原料及其重量份数比为:燕麦780份、46%的豆粕180份、米糠粕60份、预混料32份、液体复合酶0.3份、中草药添加剂6份。
其中,中草药添加剂中各种中药原料及其份数比为:鱼腥草7份、麦芽4份、三颗针12份、猪苓9份、茯苓7份、白术5份、黄芩6份、金银花7份、苍术10份、半枝莲10份、败酱草8份、鸡内金5份、糯米5份、大枣4份;中草药添加剂的制备方法包括:按照重量份数比称取所有中药原料混合研磨成120目细粉,制备成所述中草药添加剂,使其细粉量达到中草药添加剂总量的 95%以上。
其中,预混料为维生素预混料和微量元素预混料;维生素预混料为维生素A 35000 IU/kg、维生素D3 2000IU/kg、维生素E 450IU/kg、叶酸 3500 mg/kg;微量元素预混料为铜6500mg/kg、铁9360mg/kg、锰1650mg/kg、锌8900mg/kg;液体复合酶为木聚糖酶和β-葡聚糖酶。
同时还提供了一种全燕麦型仔猪配合饲料的制备方法,其制备方法包括:
粉碎步骤:按重量份数比称取燕麦、46%的豆粕、米糠粕、预混料,投入粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎粒度为30目;
制粒步骤:将粉碎步骤得到的粉碎料和中草药添加剂细粉充分混合后,投入制粒机进行制粒,制粒温度为85℃,使其糊化度达到90%;
破碎步骤:投入破碎机进行破碎,破碎粒度为8目;
喷涂步骤:将液体复合酶均匀的喷涂到饲料颗粒表面上。
按照上述重量百分比和制备方法得到的本发明实施例仔猪饲料,经实验分析,其部分营养成分为:粗蛋白19.2%、水分13.0、粗脂肪2.02%、钙0.9%、总磷0.79%、赖氨酸1.00%、蛋氨酸0.30%。
实施例2
本发明实施例提供了一种全燕麦型仔猪配合饲料,配合饲料中各种原料及其重量份数比为:燕麦450份、46%的豆粕288份、米糠粕90份、预混料45份、液体复合酶0.2份、中草药添加剂2份。
其中,中草药添加剂中各种中药原料及其份数比为:鱼腥草6份、麦芽5份、三颗针8份、猪苓11份、茯苓8份、白术3份、黄芩4份、金银花7份、苍术10份、半枝莲10份、败酱草8份、鸡内金5份、糯米5份、大枣4份;中草药添加剂的制备方法包括:按照重量份数比称取所有中药原料混合研磨成150目细粉,制备成所述中草药添加剂,使其细粉量达到中草药添加剂总量的 95%以上。
其中,预混料为维生素预混料和微量元素预混料;维生素预混料为维生素A 27900 IU/kg、维生素D3 1880IU/kg、维生素E 730IU/kg、维生素K3 5600IU/kg、维生素B2 2400IU/kg、泛酸 3600 mg/kg;微量元素预混料为铜6500mg/kg、铁9360mg/kg、锰1650mg/kg、锌8900mg/kg、碘2640mg/kg、硒1280mg/kg、钴1130mg/kg;液体复合酶为木聚糖酶和β-葡聚糖酶。
同时还提供了一种全燕麦型仔猪配合饲料的制备方法,其制备方法包括:
粉碎步骤:按重量份数比称取燕麦、46%的豆粕、米糠粕、预混料,投入粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎粒度为40目;
制粒步骤:将粉碎步骤得到的粉碎料和中草药添加剂细粉充分混合后,投入制粒机进行制粒,制粒温度为70℃,使其糊化度达到90%;
喷涂步骤:将液体复合酶均匀的喷涂到饲料颗粒表面上。
按照上述重量百分比和制备方法得到的本发明实施例仔猪饲料,经实验分析,其部分营养成分为:粗蛋白18.1%、水分13.4、粗脂肪2.59%、钙0.89%、总磷0.77%、赖氨酸0.95%、蛋氨酸0.29%。
实施例3
本发明实施例提供了一种全燕麦型仔猪配合饲料,配合饲料中各种原料及其重量份数比为:燕麦280份、46%的豆粕230份、米糠粕80份、预混料40份、液体复合酶0.1份、中草药添加剂4份。
其中,中草药添加剂中各种中药原料及其份数比为:鱼腥草14份、麦芽4份、三颗针16份、猪苓8份、茯苓11份、白术8份、黄芩2份、金银花5份、苍术14份、半枝莲12份、败酱草6份、鸡内金3份、糯米5份、大枣5份;中草药添加剂的制备方法包括:按照重量份数比称取所有中药原料混合研磨成180目细粉,制备成所述中草药添加剂,使其细粉量达到中草药添加剂总量的 95%以上。

按照上述重量百分比和制备方法得到的本发明实施例仔猪饲料,经实验分析,其部分营养成分为:粗蛋白18.7%、水分13.2、粗脂肪2.21%、钙0.91%、总磷0.78%、赖氨酸0.97%、蛋氨酸0.30%。
其中,中草药添加剂中各种中药性能介绍:
鱼腥草:辛,微寒。归肺经,入药,中医认为其味辛、性寒凉,能清热解毒、排痛消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、健胃消食,用治实热、热毒、湿邪、疾热为患的肺痈、疮疡肿毒、痔疮便血、脾胃积热等,单用或配伍复方,内服外用或民间多种食疗方法的使用均疗效确切。药理研究,鱼腥草主含挥发油,癸酰乙醛鱼腥草素等多种成份,对各种致病杆菌、球菌、流感病毒、钩端螺旋体等有抑制抗菌作用,并能提高人体免疫调节功能。
麦芽:经大麦发芽而成,将麦芽置锅内微炒至黄色,喷洒清水,取出晒干,即为焦麦芽。焦麦芽具有健脾和胃、舒肝化滞之功,用于治疗食积不消、脘腹胀满、食欲不振、呕吐泄泻等症。现代研究认为,麦芽中富含淀粉分解酶、转化糖酶、脂化酶、维生素B等,有良好的助消化作用。
三颗针:苦,寒。主治清热燥湿,泻火解毒。用于热毒壅盛的结肠、直肠癌,症见大便次数增多,便时带有脓血粘液,腹部胀痛,肛门灼热等,常与败酱草、白花蛇舌草、黄柏等配合应用。用于痰热壅盛的肺癌,症见发热、胸痛、气急、口渴、便秘、咳嗽痰多等,常与蒲公英、地骨皮、石苇、佛耳草等配合应有。用于肿瘤患者经放疗,化疗后白细胞减少常与黄芪、当归、女贞子、玄参等益气养阴初血药配伍应用。
猪苓:为多孔菌科真菌猪苓的干燥菌核,为《中华人民共和国药典》1990年版收载。猪苓味甘、淡,平,归肾、膀胱经。利水渗湿。治小便不利,水肿、泄泻,淋浊,带下。免疫增强作用:苓多糖能显著增强小鼠T细胞对ConA的增殖反应以及B细胞对LPS的增殖反应。猪苓多糖对小鼠全脾细胞有明显的促有丝分裂作用。在12.5mg/(kg·天)剂量下,猪苓多糖能明显增强小鼠对SRBC的特异抗体分泌细胞数;能明显增强小鼠对异型脾细胞迟发型超敏反应以及促进异型脾细胞激活细胞毒T细胞(CTL)对靶细胞的杀伤。CTL是机体免疫监视的重要效应细胞,在肿瘤免疫中具有关键作用。《本草求真》载:“猪苓,凡四苓、五苓等方,并皆用此,性虽有类泽泻,同入膀胱肾经,解热除湿,行窍利水,然水消则脾必燥,水尽则气必走。”
茯苓:甘、淡,平。归心、肺、脾、肾经。功能利水渗湿,健脾宁心。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。渗湿利水,益脾和胃,宁心安神。治小便不利,水肿胀满,痰饮咳逆,呕哕,泄泻,遗精,淋浊,惊悸,健忘。《本经》载其:“主胸胁逆气,忧恚惊邪恐悸,心下结痛,寒热烦满,咳逆,口焦舌干,利小便。”《别录》:“止消渴,好睡,大腹,淋沥,膈中痰水,水肿淋结。开胸腑,调脏气,伐肾邪,长阴,益气力,保神守中。”《药性论》:“开胃,止呕逆,善安心神。主肺痿痰壅。治小儿惊痫,心腹胀满,妇人热淋。”
白术:味苦、甘,温。归脾、胃经。主治健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎。用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。《药性论》载其:君,味甘,辛,无毒。能主大风痹,多年气痢,心腹胀痛,破消宿食,开胃,去痰涎,除寒热,止下泄。主面光悦,驻颜,去黑。治水肿胀满,吐呕逆,腹内冷痛,吐泻不住,及胃气虚冷痢。
黄芩:有清热燥湿,凉血安胎,解毒功效。主治温热病、上呼吸道感染、肺热咳嗽、湿热黄胆、肺炎、痢疾、咳血、目赤、胎动不安、高血压、痈肿疖疮等症。黄芩的临床应用抗菌比黄连还好,而且不产生抗药性。我们借助广谱抗菌作用强的特点,用在真菌培养杂菌感染特厉害,用黄芩提取液效果很好。《本草经疏》:黄芩,其性清肃,所以除邪:味苦所以燥湿;阴寒所以胜热,故主诸热。诸热者,邪热与遍热也,黄疸、肠僻、泄痢,皆湿热胜之病也,析其本,则诸病自瘳矣。苦寒能除湿热,所以小肠利而水自逐,源清则流洁也。血闭者,实热在血分,即热人血室,令人经闭不通,湿热解,则荣气清而自行也。恶疮疽蚀者,血热则留结,而为痈肿渍烂也:火疡者,火气伤血也,凉血除热,则自愈也。
金银花:清热散毒,《本草纲目》载“金银花,善于化毒,故治痈疽、肿毒、疮癣……”。自古以来,金银花常用于清热解毒,治疗温病发热,热毒血痢,痈疡等症。现代药理研究表明,金银花具有抑菌、抗病毒、抗炎、解热、调节免疫等作用中医认为,金银花性寒、味甘、气平,具有清热解毒之功效,可以治疗热毒肿疡、痈疽疔疮等症。且兼有宣散作用。金银花清热解毒作用颇强,在外科中为常用之品。
苍术:辛、苦,温。归脾、胃、肝经。燥湿健脾,祛风散寒,明目。用于脘腹胀满,泄泻水肿,脚气痿躄,风湿痹痛,风寒感冒,夜盲。主湿困脾胃;倦怠嗜卧;胞痞腹胀;食欲不振;哎吐泄泻;痰饮;湿肿;表证夹湿;头身重痛;痹证温性;肢节酸痛重着;痿襞。燥湿健脾,祛风散寒,明目。用于脘腹胀满,泄泻水肿,脚气痿躄,风湿痹痛,风寒感冒,夜盲。苍术具有燥湿健脾,祛风湿的功效。主治湿阻中焦,风寒湿痹,脚膝肿痛,痿软无力,雀目夜盲。《珍珠囊》日:“能健胃安脾,诸湿肿非此不能除。”《本草纲目》曰:“治湿痰留饮……及脾湿下流,浊沥带下,滑泻肠风。”《新修本草》称其能“利小便”。
半枝莲:微苦,凉。主治清热,解毒,散瘀,止血,定痛,治吐血,鼻出血,血淋,赤痢,黄疸,咽喉疼痛,肺痈,疔疮,瘰疬,疮毒,癌肿,跌打刀伤,蛇咬伤。现代药理学研究表明半枝莲具有清热解毒、活血化瘀、抗毒蛇咬伤的作用。我国常把半枝莲与其他中草药制成配方,治疗肝炎和各种癌症如胃癌、直肠癌、肺癌、淋巴癌和妇科肿瘤等。
败酱草:性味苦平,具有清热解毒、排脓破瘀的功效。能医肠痈、下痢、赤白带下、产后瘀滞腹痛、目赤肿痛。入胃、大肠、肝经。主治清热解毒,消痈排脓,活血行瘀。用于肠痈、肺痈及疮痈肿毒,实热瘀滞所致的胸腹疼痛,产后瘀滞腹痛等症。
鸡内金:甘,寒,归脾、胃、小肠、膀胱经,用于消食健胃,涩精止遗。鸡内金含胃激素、角蛋白、氨基酸以及微量胃蛋白酶、淀粉酶等。口服鸡内金粉后,胃液的分泌量、酸度和消化力均增高,胃运动加强、排空加快。其酸提取液或煎剂能加速从尿中排除放射性锶。
糯米:甘,温。主治补中益气,治消渴溲多,自汗,便泄。用于脾虚食少,乏力便溏,妇人脏躁。免疫抑制作用:大枣的醇提物以每天100 mg 给大鼠灌胃, 显示大枣与硫唑嘌呤具有同样的免疫抑制作用,对特异反应性疾病能抑制抗体的产生。大枣醇提物可能对大鼠反应性抗体有抑制作用,而对非反应性抗体不产生抑制作用。大枣中的黄酮双葡萄糖苷A,药理实验证明有镇静、催眠和降压作用,大枣有增加白血球内cAMP的作用。大枣煎剂能降低CCl4 对肝脏的损伤。
本发明中草药添加剂的毒性试验:
称取300g实施例1制备的中草药添加剂,将其加入1000g冷水中浸泡32小时,以文火煎煮,煎煮时间为1小时,将煎煮液过滤,获得第一滤液;将过滤获得的滤渣再次加入1000g冷水中,以文火煎煮2小时,过滤获得第二滤液;合并两次滤液,减压浓缩除去部分水,获得口服液,口服液的生药浓度为3g/ml。选用SD大鼠,给予不同浓度(18.0、6.0、2.0g生药/kg)的本发明的实施例1制备的中草药添加剂1,溶解在蒸馏水中,每天灌胃两次,早晚各一次,连续30天,末次给药后24小时各组活杀1/2动物(雌雄各半),其余1/2动物继续观察2周后活杀。试验期间观察动物的外观、一般行为、摄食量、体重变化,给药后90天和停药2周进行血液学(RBC、HB、网织红细胞、PLT、CT、WBC及分类)和血液生化(AST、ALT、ALP、Glu、BUN、Crca、TP、T.BIL、ALB、CHOL)、尿液生化、脏器系数、病理组织学等指标检查。试验结果表明:本发明实施例1中的中药散剂在高、中、低剂量组动物一般状态良好,外观体征、行为活动、进食量和体重增长均无异常变化;三个剂量组及对照组血液学检查、血液生化学、尿液生化检查均在正常范围,组间无显著差异;各组主要脏器组织病理学检查未见明显异常。上述指标停药2周后也未见改变。本试验用药剂量分别为临床用药剂量的180、60、20倍,根据试验结果本发明的中药制剂在高、中、低三个剂量(18.0、6.0、2.0g生药/kg)连续90天给药对大鼠无明显影响,无明确的毒性靶器官和敏感指标,恢复期观察也未见延迟性毒性反应,提示本发明中的中草药添加剂临床应用的剂量安全性较高。
对比实验:
实验选用45日龄、体重15kg左右、健康的洋三元杜长大断奶仔猪40头,随机分为四组,分别使用实施例组1-3的仔猪饲料(实施例组1-3)和传统仔猪饲料(对照组)喂养25天,实验开始和实验结束时分别称取体重后,计算得出平均体重,期间统计总采食量和成活率,计算得出日采食量,结果如表1和表2所示。
其中,传统仔猪饲料参照NRC(1998)和我国猪饲养标准配制,其各种原料及其重量百分比为:玉米650份、米糠粕80份、46%的豆粕230份、预混料40份。
实验在猪场按常规管理进行预试,预试期内进行编耳号、驱虫和预防注射。正试期前进行分组(尽量减小组内及组间误差),单栏饲喂、自动饲槽的圈舍内。实验时间为25天,期间自由采食,自由饮水。做好日常工作记录和猪只健康状况记录。所有资料采用SPSS13.0软件包进行方差分析及Duncan’S多重比较。结果以平均值±标准差表示。

从表1的数据可知:45日龄仔猪的初始平均体重基本一致,使用本发明实施例1-3仔猪饲料喂养25天后,其平均体重比传统仔猪饲料喂养的仔猪分别高出0.94kg、0.77kg、1.13kg,其日增重比传统仔猪饲料喂养的仔猪分别高出38g、31.6g、44.8g,其成活率也明显高出传统仔猪饲料喂养的仔猪,说明实施例组1-3的仔猪饲料提高了仔猪的抵抗力和生长性能。

从表2的数据可知:使用本发明实施例1-3仔猪饲料喂养仔猪期间,其日采食量与传统仔猪饲料相差不大,其料肉比分别低于传统饲料0.07、0.08、0.1。
通过对比实验可知,本发明配比的仔猪饲料喂养的仔猪日增重和料肉比均优于传统仔猪饲料,且实施例组的整齐度明显优于对照组,即本发明实施例的配合饲料能够很好的满足仔猪的营养需求,特别适合仔猪45日龄至70日龄的营养需求。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种全燕麦型仔猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述配合饲料中各种原料及其重量份数比为:燕麦350-850份、46%豆粕150-350份、米糠粕50-100份、预混料30-50份、液体复合酶0.1-0.3份、中草药添加剂1-7份;
所述中草药添加剂中各种中药原料及其重量份数比为:鱼腥草5-15份、麦芽3-8份、三颗针5-17份、猪苓7-12份、茯苓5-12份、白术2-8份、黄芩2-11份、金银花4-17份、苍术8-15份、半枝莲8-13份、败酱草6-14份、鸡内金3-8份、糯米2-7份、大枣2-5份;
所述预混料为维生素预混料和微量元素预混料;所述维生素预混料为维生素A、D3、E、K3、B2、B6、叶酸、泛酸、烟酸中的一种或多种;所述微量元素预混料为铜、铁、锰、锌、碘、硒、钴中的一种或多种;所述液体复合酶为木聚糖酶和/或β-葡聚糖酶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全燕麦型仔猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述中草药添加剂的制备方法包括:按照重量份数比称取所有中药原料混合研磨成100-200目细粉,制备成所述中草药添加剂,使其细粉量达到中草药添加剂总量的 95%以上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的全燕麦型仔猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述配合饲料中各种原料及其重量份数比为:燕麦350-600份、46%豆粕150-255份、米糠粕50-80份、预混料30-40份、液体复合酶0.2-0.3份、中草药添加剂1-5份。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的全燕麦型仔猪配合饲料,其特征在于,所述配合饲料中各种原料及其重量份数比为:燕麦540-850份、46%豆粕230-350份、米糠粕70-100份、预混料40-50份、液体复合酶0.1-0.2份、中草药添加剂3-7份。
5.一种如权利要求1-4中任一所述的全燕麦型仔猪配合饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备步骤包括:
粉碎步骤:按重量份数比称取燕麦、46%豆粕、米糠粕、预混料,投入粉碎机进行粉碎;
制粒步骤:将粉碎步骤得到的粉碎料和中草药添加剂细粉充分混合后,投入制粒机进行制粒,制粒温度为70-85℃,使其糊化度达到90%;
喷涂步骤:将液体复合酶均匀的喷涂到饲料颗粒表面上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的全燕麦型仔猪配合饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备步骤包括:
粉碎步骤:按重量份数比称取燕麦、46%豆粕、米糠粕、预混料,投入粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎粒度为20-40目;
制粒步骤:将粉碎步骤得到的粉碎料和中草药添加剂细粉充分混合后,投入制粒机进行制粒,制粒温度为70-85℃,使其糊化度达到90%;
破碎步骤:投入破碎机进行破碎,破碎粒度为8-15目;
喷涂步骤:将液体复合酶均匀的喷涂到饲料颗粒表面上。
