Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于控制烹调火候的全新的控制方法,该方法通过测量温度变化速率而实现对烹调火候的控制。本发明还公开了一种采用这种控制方法的烹调方法。与现有技术相比较,本发明根据温度变化速率对加热装置进行调节,可以更直接、更及时和更准确地控制烹调火候。
