Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED蜡烛灯及其发光片摆动原理,LED蜡烛灯包括壳体、置于壳体内的壳芯、发光组件以及置于壳体底部的电池盒,所述发光组件包括有发光片、透镜和支架,所述支架固定在壳芯上,在所述透镜上安装有LED芯片,所述发光片的底部连接有磁铁,所述电池盒的顶盖设置有电源驱动板,所述电源驱动板通过电磁铁与发光片的磁铁配合形成火光摆动机构,摆动原理是:驱动电磁线圈,使电磁线圈产生相应变化的磁场,该磁场方向与发光片底部的磁铁方向极性相同,产生随方波变化的排斥力,使发光片在电磁力和自身重力作用下随机摆动。本发明耗电量少,产生热量少,完全不存在安全隐患,不会造成能源的浪费,达到绿色环保的效果,适合人们广泛使用。

一种高仿真LED蜡烛灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰照明灯具,尤其是一种用于酒吧、夜总会、咖啡厅、舞厅、野营、家庭等场所的LED蜡烛灯及其发光片摆动原理,属于灯饰制造领域。
背景技术
为了追求舒适高雅的生活空间,人们对于室内环境气氛的构造非常讲究,除了室内装潢装饰外,常借由蜡烛来改变室内的环境气氛,但传统蜡烛采用明火点燃的同时,会产生大量的热能,往往因为使用者的疏忽,因倾倒而点燃易燃物,存在一定的安全隐患,也造成了环境污染,并且人手不能直接触模,容易被熔化的蜡液烫伤,蜡体的使用寿命非常短,很快就会被燃完。
随着社会的发展出现了电子式蜡烛灯,电子式蜡烛灯可以借由电子式蜡烛所投射的灯光来模拟真实蜡烛点燃的效果,因此在酒吧、咖啡厅、舞厅等场所已被得到广泛使用。但是,现有的电子式蜡烛灯存在耗电量大,产生热量高,且仿真效果欠佳的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是为了解决现有技术耗电量大、产生热量高的问题,提供一种不仅仿真效果逼真,而且对文件、衣服会有保护作用的LED蜡烛灯。
本发明的第二个目的,是为了提供一种LED蜡烛灯的发光片摆动原理。
本发明的第一个目的可以通过采取以下技术方案达到:
一种LED蜡烛灯,包括壳体、置于壳体内的壳芯、发光组件以及置于壳体底部的电池盒,所述发光组件包括有发光片、透镜和支架,所述支架固定在壳芯上,其结构特点是:在所述透镜上安装有LED芯片,所述发光片的底部连接有磁铁,所述电池盒的顶盖设置有电源驱动板,所述电源驱动板通过电磁铁与发光片的磁铁配合形成火光摆动机构。
本发明的第一个的目的还可以通过以下技术方案达到:
本发明第一个目的的一种实施方案是:所述壳体可以为由石蜡制成的结构。
本发明第一个目的的一种实施方案是:所述发光片底部的磁铁可以为两个或两个以上。
本发明第一个目的的一种实施方案是:所述发光片可以为由塑料尼龙制成的火焰发光片。
本发明第一个目的的一种实施方案是:所述电池盒上下两侧分别设有负极弹片和正极弹片,底部安装有电池盖。
本发明第一个目的的一种实施方案是:所述电池盒可以通过两个M2*6螺丝安装在壳体底部。
本发明第一个目的的一种实施方案是:所述电磁铁可以由磁铁条和包覆在磁铁条外部的电磁线圈组成,所述磁铁条上下两端分别连接有小磁铁。
本发明的第二个的目的可以通过以下技术方案达到:
上述的LED蜡烛灯的发光片摆动原理是:单片机第5脚每隔一定时间发出一组方波信号,经MOS管放大后,通过电源驱动板驱动电磁线圈,使电磁线圈产生相应变化的磁场,该磁场方向与发光片底部的磁铁方向极性相同,产生随方波变化的排斥力,使发光片在电磁力和自身重力作用下随机摆动。
本发明的第二个的目的可以通过以下技术方案达到:
本发明第二个的目的的一种实施方案是:发光片的摆动频率可以根据单片机编程改变输出方波的频率来改变。
本发明具有如下突出的有益效果:
1、本发明的LED蜡烛灯耗电量少,在点亮的过程中产生的热量很少,人手可以安全触摸而不会感到烫手,完全不存在安全隐患,电能到光能的转换率接近100%,不会造成能源的浪费,达到绿色环保的效果,适合人们广泛使用。
2、本发明的LED蜡烛灯以两节5号电池供电,采用IC电子设计,使用节能的LED发光二极管作为光源,模拟传统蜡烛的闪烁方式,仿真效果逼真,电器部分是模似传统蜡烛效果的主要部分,通过电源驱动板驱动电磁线圈,从而控制发光体的摆动,同时LED灯通过二次光学配光形成火焰形态投向发光体上,模似传统蜡烛的效果。

具体实施例1:
图1、图2、图3和图4构成了本发明的具体实施例1。
参照图1、图2和图3,本实施例的LED蜡烛灯包括壳体1、置于壳体1内的壳芯2、发光组件3以及置于壳体1底部的电池盒4,所述发光组件3包括有发光片3-1、透镜3-2和支架3-3,所述支架3-3固定在壳芯2上,在所述透镜3-2上安装有LED芯片3-4,所述发光片3-1的底部连接有磁铁3-5,所述电池盒4的顶盖设置有电源驱动板5,所述电源驱动板5通过电磁铁与发光片3-1的磁铁3-5配合形成火光摆动机构。
本实施例中,所述壳体1为由石蜡制成的结构。所述发光片3-1底部的磁铁3-5为两个或两个以上。所述发光片3-1为由塑料尼龙制成的火焰发光片。所述电池盒4上下两侧分别设有负极弹片6和正极弹片7,底部安装有电池盖8。所述电池盒4通过两个M2*6螺丝安装在壳体1底部。所述电磁铁由磁铁条9和包覆在磁铁条9外部的电磁线圈10组成,所述磁铁条9上下两端分别连接有小磁铁。
本实施例的发光片摆动原理如下:
参照图4,单片机U2第5脚每隔一定时间发出一组方波信号,经MOS管Q1放大后,通过电源驱动板驱动电磁线圈(CL+、CL-接电磁线圈),使电磁线圈产生相应变化的磁场,该磁场方向与发光片上的磁铁方向极性相同,产生随方波变化的排斥力,使发光片在电磁力和自身重力作用下随机摆动。可以通过单片机编程改变输出方波的频率,从而改变火苗片的摆动频率,使发光片的摆动更加自然、逼真。
发光片的光色及形态通过特殊的方式选配LED,使LED芯片的灯光通过透镜投射到发光片上,做出内焰和外焰效果层次之分,从而达到更逼真的火焰效果。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施例,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种高仿真LED蜡烛灯,包括壳体(1)、置于壳体(1)内的壳芯(2)、发光组件(3)以及置于壳体(1)底部的电池盒(4),所述发光组件(3)包括有发光片(3-1)、透镜(3-2)和支架(3-3),所述支架(3-3)固定在壳芯(2)上,其特征在于:在所述透镜(3-2)上安装有LED芯片(3-4),所述发光片(3-1)的底部连接有磁铁(3-5),所述电池盒(4)的顶盖设置有电源驱动板(5),所述电源驱动板(5)通过电磁铁与发光片(3-1)的磁铁(3-5)配合形成火光摆动机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高仿真LED蜡烛灯,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)为由石蜡制成的结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高仿真LED蜡烛灯,其特征在于:所述发光片(3-1)底部的磁铁(3-5)为两个或两个以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高仿真LED蜡烛灯,其特征在于:所述发光片(3-1)为由塑料尼龙制成的火焰发光片。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高仿真LED蜡烛灯,其特征在于:所述电池盒(4)上下两侧分别设有负极弹片(6)和正极弹片(7),底部安装有电池盖(8)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高仿真LED蜡烛灯,其特征在于:所述电池盒(4)通过两个M2*6螺丝安装在壳体(1)底部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高仿真LED蜡烛灯,其特征在于:所述电磁铁由磁铁条(9)和包覆在磁铁条(9)外部的电磁线圈(10)组成,所述磁铁条(9)上下两端分别连接有小磁铁。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种高仿真LED蜡烛灯,其特征在于:电源驱动板(5)单片机第5脚每隔一定时间发出一组方波信号,经MOS管放大后,通过电源驱动板驱动电磁线圈,使电磁线圈产生相应变化的磁场,该磁场方向与发光片(3-1)底部的磁铁(3-5)方向极性相同,产生随方波变化的排斥力,使发光片(3-1)在电磁力和自身重力作用下随机摆动。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种高仿真LED蜡烛灯,其特征在于:发光片(3-1)的摆动频率根据单片机编程改变输出方波的频率来改变。
