Abstract
本发明提供一种低杆照明反光杯配光装置，灯具本体通过连接支架与固定支架连接，后部装有电源盒，前部为钢化玻璃；灯具端盖装于灯具本体内，灯具本体的上部为装在铝基板上的LED光源，LED光源光线射向灯具本体内部的反光杯，并通过的反光杯反射到钢化玻璃上，钢化玻璃与灯具端盖之间固定有防水密封条，反光杯为多个弧面组成，弧面的方向、形状及弧度各不相同，结构简单合理，照射效果好，不占用空地，节约成本，维修方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置，尤其是一种LED照明装置。
背景技术
LED灯由于其低能耗、寿命高的优点，近来道路照明中有广泛应用。目前，桥梁照明、高速公路照明目前都采用高杆照明设备，高杆照明存在道路路面照度不均匀、灯具存在很大眩光，影响驾驶员行驶安全；而且维护非常不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免现有技术的不足而提供一种低杆照明反光杯配光装置。
本发明所采取的技术方案是：一种低杆照明反光杯配光装置，包括灯具本体、PCB铝基板、LED光源、钢化玻璃、防水密封条、连接支架、灯具端盖，灯具本体通过连接支架与固定支架连接，后部装有电源盒，前部为钢化玻璃；灯具端盖装于灯具本体内，灯具本体的上部为装在铝基板上的LED光源，LED光源光线射向灯具本体内部的反光杯，并通过的反光杯反射到钢化玻璃上，钢化玻璃与灯具端盖之间固定有防水密封条。
所述的反光杯为多个弧面组成，弧面的方向、形状及弧度各不相同，两端的弧面半径大于中间的弧面半径。
本发明技术术要点是灯具安装在低杆时，灯具采用反光杯配光方式，LED光源所发光照射到反光杯的多个不同形状的曲面，通过反光杯的曲面的形状把光线很均匀反射到路面。
本发明的有益效果是：结构简单合理，照射效果好，不占用空地，节约成本，维修方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
一种低杆照明反光杯配光装置，包括灯具本体9、铝基板1、LED光源2、钢化玻璃4、防水密封条5、连接支架7、灯具端盖10，灯具本体9通过连接支架7与固定支架8连接，后部装有电源盒6，前部为钢化玻璃4；灯具端盖10装于灯具本体9内，灯具本体9的上部为装在铝基板1上的LED光源2，LED光源2光线射向灯具本体9内部的反光杯3，并通过的反光杯3反射到钢化玻璃4上，钢化玻璃4与灯具端盖10之间固定有防水密封条5。
所述的反光杯3为多个弧面组成，弧面的方向、形状及弧度各不相同，两端的反光杯曲面A和D的弧面半径大于中间的反光杯曲面B和C的弧面半径。

1.一种低杆照明反光杯配光装置，包括灯具本体、PCB铝基板、LED光源、钢化玻璃、防水密封条、连接支架、灯具端盖，其特征在于灯具本体通过连接支架与固定支架连接，后部装有电源盒，前部为钢化玻璃；灯具端盖装于灯具本体内，灯具本体的上部为装在铝基板上的LED光源，LED光源光线射向灯具本体内部的反光杯，并通过的反光杯反射到钢化玻璃上，钢化玻璃与灯具端盖之间固定有防水密封条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低杆照明反光杯配光装置，其特征在于反光杯为多个弧面组成，弧面的方向、形状及弧度各不相同，两端的弧面半径大于中间的弧面半径。
