本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种保温砖。
背景技术
烧结页岩保温砖因其具有孔洞率大、节约砂浆、施工速度快、建筑节能等优点,广泛应用于各种建筑结构体系以代替传统的粘土砖砌体材料。目前市场上的保温砖结构主要是在砖体上设通孔,其很多保温性能不是很好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种保温砖,结构简单,保温性能好。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明采用如下方案:保温砖,包括砖体、设在砖体上的隔热孔,所述隔热孔按列错位排列在砖体上,所述隔热孔至少有一列上填充有保温材料,所述砖体的上下两边设有凹槽。
作为优选,所述隔热孔为前后贯穿砖体的矩形通孔。结构简单,制做方便。
作为优选,所述砖体为240mm×180mm的矩形块。结构合理,保温块承重较好、自重轻,砌筑效果好。

如图1所示,保温砖,包括砖体1、设在砖体1上的隔热孔2,所述隔热孔2按列错位排列在砖体1上,所述隔热孔2至少有一列上填充有保温材料3,所述砖体1的上下两边设有凹槽4。所述隔热孔2为前后贯穿砖体1的矩形通孔。所述隔热孔2按3×4的阵列阵列在砖体1上。所述砖体1为240mm×180mm的矩形块。
本发明中,保温材料3能够加强保温,凹槽4增加了砖体1的边部的保温效果。本发明结构简单,保温性能好。

1.保温砖,包括砖体(1)、设在砖体(1)上的隔热孔(2),其特征在于:所述隔热孔(2)按列错位排列在砖体(1)上,所述隔热孔(2)至少有一列上填充有保温材料(3),所述砖体(1)的上下两边设有凹槽(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温砖,其特征在于:所述隔热孔(2)为前后贯穿砖体(1)的矩形通孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保温砖,其特征在于:所述砖体(1)为240mm×180mm的矩形块。
