本发明公开了一种内化成组合板栅,包括串联成一排的至少三个单元板栅,首尾两个单元板栅上各设有一个挂耳。本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,去掉外边框、假极耳,只有挂耳和板栅单元组成组合板栅。由于板栅用于制做内化成电池极板,在生极板固化干燥后,不需极板化成而直接进行分片,只产生挂耳部分的边角料。节省板栅合金原材料,极大地降低板栅边角料,提高了板栅合金的有效利用率。

[0001 ] 本发明涉及ー种蓄电池内化成组合板柵。
背景技术
[0002] 传统的组合板栅包括挂耳、外边框、假极耳(也称エ艺极耳)、単元板栅,単元板栅的板耳与挂耳呈平行或近似平行。挂耳主要起极板化成时与导电条母线条良好接触、铸板时便于收板存放,涂片时便于供板栅和极板收板及存放等。外边框和假极耳(也称エ艺极耳)主要起板栅强度、极板化成时电流均匀通过,使极板化成均匀等作用。真正有效利用在电池内部的只有単元板栅,単元板栅中的横筋条主要起支撑活性物质的作用,主要起导电作用的是竖筋条。传统组合板栅的单元板栅的板耳、竖筋条与挂耳呈平行或近似平行,在浇铸板栅吋,铅液沿横筋条流动井向四周扩散,直至充型完满,担当板栅竖筋条偏多吋,板栅在浇铸的时候不易成型。极板化成及干燥后,还要将挂耳、外边框、假极耳(也称エ艺极耳) 切掉,这部分就是边角料。且传统的组合板栅分片时,至少要经过两次滚剪,滚剪次数越多,出现的不良品越多,且由于边角料被氧化、粘有铅膏、还会被其他杂质污染,产生的边角料就被当做废铅处理,造成原材料浪费,成本浪费。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供ー种内化成组合板柵,解决了竖筋条偏多时板栅浇铸不易成型的问题,减小电池内阻,提高了大电流放电性能,提高了板栅分片生产效率,降低了分片废品率,节约了板栅合金原材料。
[0004] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:内化成组合板栅,包括串联成ー排的至少三个単元板栅,首尾两个单元板栅上各设有ー个挂耳。
[0005] 作为优选,所述单元板栅由板耳、边框、竖筋条、斜筋条构成,所述板耳设于所述边框的一端,所述竖筋条、斜筋条相互交叉设置于所述边框内。
[0006] 作为优选,所述挂耳和所述单元板栅的板耳相互垂直。

[0011] 本发明内化成组合板栅用斜筋条代替传统的横筋条,且竖筋条数量增多,利于电流传导,减小了电池内阻,增强了电池大电流放电性能。由于板栅用于制做内化成电池极板,在生极板固化干燥后,不需极板化成而直接进行分片,只产生挂耳部分的边角料。极大地降低板栅边角料,提高了板栅合金的有效利用率及极板分片效率。
[0012] 以6-DZM-12电池用的板栅为例,正负单元极板共90片,现有6_DZM_12正组合板栅涂膏后做成的极板,分片时,平均每个单元极板产生3. 6g边角料,単元板栅重量为13. 6g。采用本发明后内化成组合板栅涂膏后做成的极板,分片时,平均 每个单元极板产生
I. 9g边角料,単元板栅重量为13. 4g。由于边角料易被氧化和被杂质污染,产生的边角料就是废料。现有的単元板栅重量和本发明内化成组合板柵的単元板栅重量基本相当,但是本发明内化成组合板栅产生的边角料減少I. 7g,占単元板栅重量的12. 68%,节省板栅合金原材料,极大地降低板栅边角料,提高了板栅合金的有效利用率。

1.内化成组合板栅,其特征在于:包括串联成ー排的至少三个単元板栅(1),首尾两个単元板栅(I)上各设有ー个挂耳(2 )。
2.根据权利要求I所述内化成组合板栅,其特征在于:所述单元板栅(I)由板耳(11)、边框(12)、竖筋条(13)、斜筋条(14)构成,所述板耳设于所述边框的一端,所述竖筋条、斜筋条相互交叉设置于所述边框内。
3.根据权利要求2所述内化成组合板栅,其特征在于:所述挂耳(2)和所述单元板栅的板耳(11)相互垂直。
