背景技术
[0002] 现有用于管母线连接的技术主要有两类,一类是采用外紧压式,即在管母线的连接端设有4个裂口,内套管直接嵌入管母线连接端,再在管母线连接端外圆上用抱箍抱紧并锁上螺栓,该方法存在外形不平整、不雅观、后续施工麻烦且耗用材料多,成本高的局限性;另一类是在上述连接方法的基础上,将管母线连接端裂口焊接使其与内套管紧密连成一体后,再将抱箍移走,该方法克服了上述方法中外形不平整、不雅观、耗用材料多、成本高的缺陷,但却存在紧压程度差、抗拉强度低、导电效果差的局限性,特别是在大电流输电过程中,电子振动易造成连接处松动变形,从而造成管母线与连接件的脱落、断开。
[0003] 公开号为CN101615729,公开日为2009年12月30日的专利申请公开了一种管母线连接器,该连接器通过将周壁上设有轴向开口的导电套套装于管母线连接部位,并在开口处采用与管母线导体材质相同的焊料焊接使得铜母线连接部位与导电套紧密连为一体。该连接器在一定程度上克服了大电流传输过程易松动变形的局限性,但仍存在连接处接触性差、抗拉强度低、导电效果欠佳的缺陷。
[0004] 公开号为CN101043104,公开日为2007年09月26日的专利申请公开了一种管母线接头,该管母线接头将铜、铝、铜复合管母线的端部采用抱箍、金属套或用弧形金属压板通过螺栓将软铜、铝带直接紧固在母线端部上从而形成管母线接头,管母线接头的软铜、铝带再与其它设备端子连接,由于该管母线接头是直接将软铜、铝带紧固在母线端部上形成一体结构,没有连接位,没有接触电阻,减少发热量,载流量大,保证母线的端部不会产生高温,安全运行。但该管母线接头同样存在外观不平整、不雅观、耗用材料多、成本较高的局限性。
发明内容
[0005] 为克服现有技术的局限性,本发明的目的是提供一种管母线连接方法,该方法采用热紧缩工艺实现管母线之间的紧密牢固连接且具有面结合均匀、导电性能佳、抗拉强度高、外形雅观及成本低的优点。
[0006] 为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种热紧缩管母线连接方法,其特征在于采用以下步骤:
[0007] (I).管母线及内套管预制:将管母线及内套管按使用规格定制,再将管母线内接触面及内套管外接触面抛光处理,并使内套管嵌入连接端外径比管母线套接接触端内径大0.10〜0.20mm,形成预制管母线及内套管;
[0008] (2).管母线热处理:将上述经预制的管母线的套接接触端置于保温箱内,并使保温箱温度从室温平稳升至400〜50(TC升温过程为25〜35分钟,然后使保温箱温度在400〜500°C保持2〜3分钟;[0009] (3).热紧缩套接:将上述经过热处理的管母线取出,并迅速将上述经预制的内套管的嵌入连接端嵌入管母线的套接接触端,嵌入深度为50〜180_,然后自然冷却至室温,完成管母线与内套管的连接。

[0012] 采用上述技术方案与现有技术相比,由于本发明方法采用热紧缩工艺,利用热胀冷缩原理,先将管母线套接接触端置于400〜50(TC的温度条件下加热膨胀,从而使得常温下外径比管母线内径稍大的内套管能轻易嵌入到管母线内部,而在完成嵌入套接后,管母线套接接触端温度逐渐回到室温,形成冷缩从而使得管母线紧密牢固套接在内套管嵌入连接端上。其中,由于管母线套接接触端在加热时部分置于保温箱外部,因此当加热温度低于400°C时,由于散热过快而无法使管母线套接接触端加热至400〜500°C从而达到膨胀至内套管可嵌入的程度,而当加热温度超过500°C时,管母线易氧化而大大降低其导电性能,并且容易使管母线开裂、变形;并且,管母线套接接触端在保温箱中温度在25〜35分钟时段内从室温平稳升至400〜500°C使得管母线套接接触端金属材质在不受印象破坏、不变形、不氧化变质的情况下快速达到套接所需的膨胀要求。而内套管嵌入连接端外径比管母线套接接触端内径大0.10〜0.20mm,使得内套管能轻易嵌入到温度在400〜500°C的管母线内部,并与管母线的连接紧密牢固,抗拉强度大;此外,将管母线内接触面及内套管外接触面抛光处理使得套接后面结合均匀、面接触性好、导电佳,输电过程不发热、不发生电子振动;再次,本发明不需要采用抱箍连接,具有外观形雅观、成本低的优点。

[0020]图2是上述管母线I与内套管4采用热紧缩工艺连接后的结构示意图,图中内套管4的嵌入连接端6完全嵌入到管母线I的套接接触端5,并形成面结合均匀、导电性能好、抗拉强度大的管母线连接装置,并且,由于采用热紧缩工艺,连接完成后不存在抱箍或者其它紧压设备,外形雅观,便于后期的绝缘、屏蔽等封装处理。当然,上述仅是描述了一段管母线与内套管的连接过程,当需要将两段管母线连接起来时,将另一管母线按上述工艺处理并套接到上述内套管的另一端,便可完成两条管母线的连接,当需要将多段管母线依次连接起来时,依照上述工艺过程便可实现管母线的级连连接。

1.一种热紧缩管母线连接方法,其特征在于采用以下步骤: (1).管母线及内套管预制:将管母线(I)及内套管(4)按使用规格定制,再将管母线内接触面(2)及内套管外接触面(3)抛光处理,并使内套管嵌入连接端(6)外径比管母线套接接触端(5)内径大0.10〜0.20mm,形成预制管母线及内套管; ⑵.管母线热处理:将上述经预制的管母线(I)的套接接触端(5)置于保温箱内,并使保温箱温度从室温平稳升至400〜500°C,升温过程为25〜35分钟,然后使保温箱温度在400〜500°C保持2〜3分钟; (3).热紧缩套接:将上述经热处理的管母线(I)取出,并迅速将上述经预制的内套管(4)的嵌入连接端(6)嵌入管母线套接接触端(5),嵌入深度为50〜180mm,然后自然冷却至室温,完成管母线(I)与内套管(4)的连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的热紧缩管母线连接方法,其特征在于:所述管母线(I)及内套管(4)为相同材质材料制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的热紧缩管母线连接方法,其特征在于:其中步骤⑴中管母线内接触面(2)及内套管外接触面(3)抛光的长度为嵌入深度。
