[0002] 现代社会大中城市的堵车现象日益严重,如何实现城市交通的畅通是人类需要迫切解决的问题。城市堵车的主要原因是城市道口接点卡脖子,由于设置红绿灯轮换放行,导致所有通过的车辆浪费掉至少70%以上的时间,也就是车辆被迫多占用道路时间近70%以上,从而形成交通经常堵塞。解决这一问题可以通过改善路口,使现有道路的平面交叉改为立体交叉,即修建城市交通立交桥,让车辆各行其路、互不干扰。
[0003] 但是现代城市早已建成,地下管线已经铺设完毕并且在不间断地工作中,立交桥的建设会带来大量的社会问题:首先,立交桥的建造过程中需切断交通,对拥堵的城市交通雪上加霜;其次,道路旁的地下管线会受到影响,而且路口周围的建筑物造价昂贵,搬迁成本过大。

[0006] 关于桥基加固技术目前主要有预成孔浇注桩、静压预制桩以及喷粉、喷浆搅拌桩,专用于软基处理的塑板桩等;有的工艺技术复杂,环境污染严重,材料浪费严重;有的加固能力有限;施工设备多数庞大,耗能高,施工周期长。

[0011] 一种快速成桩的方法,用连接有桩尖组件的复合注压管形成具有膨大的桩底的桩体,按照下述步骤进行:
[0012] ①将带有桩尖组件的复合注压管垂直压入至设计的桩位处;所述复合注压管由一管壁上设有出浆孔的注压管本体和包络在注压管本体外壁上的弹性胶管构成;所述桩尖组件包括与注压管本体底端固定连接的桩底盘和设置在桩底盘下方的桩尖,所述桩底盘中心设有注浆孔,所述桩尖由瓣状钢板合拢成圆锥形或多边形结构,在桩尖的内部空间设有与注浆孔连通的胶囊;[0013] ②借助连接组件在桩头部位安装防止混凝土从地面冒出的固压盘;
[0014] ③将小型注浆管插入注浆孔内,并通过小型注浆管向与注浆孔连通的胶囊内注压混凝土,当压力达到设计规定值时,停止注浆;当注压的混凝土凝固后,在复合注压管的底部形成一个膨大的桩底;
[0015] ④向注压管本体内压注混凝土,在压力的作用下混凝土从注压管本体的出浆孔流进密闭的弹性胶管内,弹性胶管膨胀挤压土体,形成土石复合桩。
[0016] 所述桩底盘下方固定设有环形定位盘,所述胶囊套装在环形定位盘上、并借助环形橡胶圈或金属丝或卡箍固定。

[0020] A、在需建桥的位置进行无损地下管网探查、并在图纸上标明位置,按照桩基础压管位置距管网2米以外的原则设计桩位;
[0021] B、根据桩位在工厂预制下述桥梁构件:立柱、盖梁、盖梁支座、梁板和引桥;
[0022] C、采用上述的快速成桩的方法形成桩体,在桩头浇注设有连接件的连接承台;
[0023] D、在连接承台上借助所述连接件安装预制的立柱,在立柱上安装盖梁支座;
[0024] E、在所述盖梁支座上依次安装盖梁和梁板,浇注桥面板接缝,铺设桥面;
[0025] F、引桥的安装:依照引桥底脚宽度和尺寸及中心位置,在原有路面上铣刨深5cm-10cm沟槽,铺筑水泥混凝土找平,将预制坡道依次安装在原有路上,引桥底脚对准铺有水泥混凝土的沟槽,使其稳固;与原有路面连接处,依据引桥头枕尺寸,在原有路面开沟槽,深度超过头枕高度10cm,在沟内填5〜15cm厚水泥混凝土,安装接地块;最后统一浇注接缝,形成路面。

[0027] I)本发明地下部分采用压管注浆方法加固土基,形成桩基础;地上部分采用工厂制作、现场拼装方法,形成桥梁;不动地下管线,不需路口周围建筑物拆迁,在原有路面上进行即可,节省了大量的资金投入和建造时间;而且由于弹性胶管的作用,从出浆孔流出的混凝土不会劈裂土体,提高了成桩率;2)本发明注压水泥混凝土形成的桩基在密实桩基周围土体的同时与土体形成一体结构,共同承载,桩基稳固;3)压管注浆成桩几乎无噪音,上部的拼装桥梁,体积小、重量轻、拼装速度快、成本低,十几天内便可使路口得到改善,形成立体交通。

[0038] 所述复合注压管包括一管壁上设有出浆孔2的注压管本体I和包络在注压管本体I外壁上的弹性胶管3 ;弹性胶管3与注压管本体I的上下端头分别借助环形橡胶圈或金属丝连接固定;所述弹性胶管3为硅橡胶、氟橡胶或聚氯乙烯胶等,管壁厚度为0.5〜3mm,具有一定的强度和弹性。
[0039] 采用复合注压管解决了混凝土中的水泥浆料高压下劈裂土体的问题。通过在注压管本体I外设置一弹性胶管3,当混凝土中的碎石子及水泥浆料通过出浆孔2流出时,弹性胶管3将混凝土包裹,所述弹性胶管3形成一个大袍裸,裸履住浆体或混凝土。由于弹性胶管3有一定的强度和极高弹性,随着压浆量的增大,弹性胶管3在扩大,在注压管本体I外形成水泥混凝土袍裸,其以面体推压土体,避免了无拘束浆体在高压下直接与土接触从而劈裂土体。本发明采用静压成桩,快速成桩;而且可实现桩、土共同承载,不仅减少了材料消耗,而且提高了地基承载力,经济效益十分明显。
[0040] 所述桩尖组件包括与注压管本体I底端固定连接的桩底盘5和设置在桩底盘5下方的桩尖;所述桩底盘5中心设有注浆孔11 ;所述桩尖由3〜10片瓣状钢板9合拢成圆锥形或多边形结构,在桩尖的内部空间设有与注浆孔11连通的胶囊7 ;所述注浆孔11用于与小型注浆管10连通。
[0041] 所述桩底盘5下方固定设有环形定位盘6,所述胶囊7套装在环形定位盘6上、并借助环形橡胶圈或金属丝或卡箍固定。所述在桩底盘5上的环状定位盘6的区域内设有加强筋8。
[0042] 其中桩底盘5与桩尖的连接关系是:在所述桩底盘5上设有一组凹槽,瓣状钢板9的顶端设有与所述凹槽配合的凸台9-1,所述凸台9-1借助绞轴4与桩底盘5上的凹槽铰接定位。所述圆弧状钢板的数量不少于3个。所述的凸台9-1的上端面是楔形面,据力学特性考虑,凸台9-1采用楔形面,在将复合注压管静压的过程中,桩尖不易散开。
[0043] 通过小型注浆管10向胶囊7内压注混凝土,随着注浆压力增大和浆体注入,高弹性的胶囊7胀大,推开合拢的瓣状钢板9,使桩尖“开花”,压浆完成后,反扣退出小型注浆管10,待混凝土凝固后,在复合注压管底部形成一个膨大的桩底14。所述桩底14能够紧紧地抓住复合注压管,有效防止复合注压管上浮。
[0044] 所述固压盘12用于防止上层土体隆起而导致土石复合桩不密实;在固压盘12的中心设有与复合注压管外径匹配的定位孔,所述复合注压管穿过定位孔借助连接组件17与固压盘12固定连接。当压注混凝土浆体时,所述固压盘12可避免上层土体隆起,保证了浆体喷压向周围扩散,均匀压密周围土基,成桩完整。所述固压盘12的上表面设有吊环16便于固压盘12的吊装。
[0045] 下面以一个具体路口为例,说明本发明采用复合注压管、桩尖组件和固压盘快速成桩和快速搭建城市立交桥的步骤:
[0046] A、在需建桥的位置进行无损地下管网探查、并在图纸上标明位置,按照桩基础压管位置距管网2米以外的原则设计桩位。
[0047] 现有路口为纵向主干路20和横向次干路19交叉,所述纵向主干路20主路口为八车道(3.2m车道);横向次干路19的主路口为六车道(道宽3.2m)。现要架设一座纵向一字型立交桥23。测量探查表明:纵向主干路的主路净宽27.6m,绿化带21宽3m,纵向辅路22宽7m ;横向次干路19的主路净宽21m,绿化带宽3m,横向辅路宽5m。纵向地下自来水管网在人行道位置各一道,污水管网在纵向辅路22位置各一道;通讯电力网在绿化带位置各2道;横向管网与纵向管线网的分布位置相同。
[0048] 现在设计用30m的桥梁主体一次跨过横向次干路19,桩基位置分别座落在横向次干路19中心前后15m的位置上,距通信管网3m,距自来水管网5m,采用注压土石复合桩时,管网不受影响;桥面宽设置为双向六车道,桥面宽21.5m。横向的立柱24安排一排2颗,柱心距安排16m,柱径1.2m,所对应的桩位座落在纵向主干路20中心两侧各Sm,这样距纵向通信网6m,成桩不会对通信管网产生影响。
[0049] B、根据步骤A中设计的桩位和桥梁主体长度在工厂预制下述桥梁构件:立柱、盖梁、盖梁支座、梁板、引桥等。
[0050] C、现场围挡留 出辅路,在绿化带内围挡,纵向主干路20临时断交,人行道运行,横向次干路19照常运行。围挡完成后,在纵向主干路20上用静压机向地下压入复合注压管,采用压管注浆的方法形成桩基础,在桩头浇注设有连接件的连接承台。其中具体的成桩工艺为:
[0051] Cl、根据现场的土质情况,确定注压管本体I的长度、直径、壁厚和弹性胶管3的强度和所需的厚度,用将小型注浆管10与桩底盘5上注浆孔11连接,用静压机将带有桩尖组件的复合注压管垂直静压至设计的桩位处;所述桩尖组件的外径比注压管本体I大3^30mm,因此复合注压管较容易地进入地基深处,而不破坏弹性胶管3 ;
[0052] C2、在复合注压管的桩顶部位设置一固压盘12,所述复合注压管穿过定位孔借助连接组件17与固压盘12固定连接;所述固压盘12能够防止土体隆起,保证地基的加强效果;
[0053] C3、通过小型注浆管10和注浆孔11用输送泵以3~16MPa向胶囊7内注压混凝土,当压力达到设计规定值时,停止注浆;当混凝土凝固后,在复合注压管的底部形成一个膨大的桩底;所述桩底可防止复合注压管上浮;
[0054] C4、向复合注压管内压注混凝土,在压力的作用下混凝土从复合注浆管的出浆孔2流进密闭的弹性胶管3内,弹性胶管3膨胀挤压土体,形成土石复合桩,参见图5。
[0055] D、然后将立柱运输到现场,在连接承台上借助所述设置在承接台上的连接件安装预制的立柱;运输盖梁、橡胶支座到现场,安装盖梁和橡胶支座。
[0056] E、运输梁板到现场,安装梁板,其中安装主跨梁板时,需占用横向次干路19,实行临时断交24-48小时;再安装横隔梁,连接桥面板,浇注桥面板接缝,铺筑桥面,接通电源,整桥喷漆,拆除围挡,开放交通。[0057] F、引桥的安装。在成桩过程中,同时进行引桥的施工。依照引桥底脚宽度和尺寸及中心位置,在原有路面上铣刨深5cm-10cm沟槽,铺筑水泥混凝土找平,将预制坡道依次安装在原有路上,引桥底脚对准铺有水泥混凝土的沟槽,使其稳固;与原有路面连接处,依据引桥头枕尺寸,在原有路面开沟槽,深度超过头枕高度10cm,在沟内填5〜15cm厚水泥混凝土,安装接地块;最后统一浇注接缝,形成路面。
[0058] 至此,完成路口改善,投入使用。形成的立交桥的俯视图参见图7。
[0059] 综上,采用本发明的方法,完成一个一字型只需2个星期左右,加快了城市立交桥的建设速度,而且在一个运行方向建桥时,在大部分时间内不影响垂直方向车辆的运行;采用本发明的方法,在原路面上即可进行立交桥的建设,不用破除原路面,不用拆迁周围的设施。
Claims (5)
1.一种快速成桩的方法,利用连接有桩尖组件的复合注压管形成具有膨大的桩底(14)的桩体,其特征在于按照下述步骤进行: ①将带有桩尖组件的复合注压管垂直压入至设计的桩位处;所述复合注压管由一管壁上设有出浆孔(2)的注压管本体(I)和包络在注压管本体(I)外壁上的弹性胶管(3)构成;所述桩尖组件包括与注压管本体(I)底端固定连接的桩底盘(5)和设置在桩底盘(5)下方的桩尖,所述桩底盘中心设有注浆孔(11),所述桩尖由瓣状钢板(9)合拢成圆锥形或多边形结构,在桩尖的内部空间设有与注浆孔(11)连通的胶囊(7 ); ②借助连接组件在注压管本体(I)的桩头部位安装防止混凝土从地面冒出的固压盘(12); ③将小型注浆管(10)插入注浆孔(11)内,并通过小型注浆管(10)向与注浆孔(11)连通的胶囊(7)内注压混凝土,当压力达到设计规定值时,停止注浆;当注压的混凝土凝固后,在复合注压管的底部形成一个膨大的桩底(14); ④向注压管本体(I)内压注混凝土,在压力的作用下混凝土从注压管本体(I)的出浆孔(2)流进密闭的弹性胶管(3)内,弹性胶管(3)膨胀挤压土体,形成土石复合桩。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速成桩的方法,其特征在于所述桩底盘(5)下方固定设有环形定位盘(6),所述胶囊(7)套装在环形定位盘(6)上、并借助环形橡胶圈或金属丝或卡箍固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的快速成桩的方法,其特征在于所述在桩底盘(I)上的环状定位盘(6)区域内设有加强筋(8)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的快速成桩的方法,其特征在于所述桩底盘(6)上设有一组凹槽,瓣状钢板(9)的顶端设有与所述凹槽配合的凸台(9-1),所述凸台(9-1)借助绞轴与桩底盘上的凹槽铰接定位。
5.一种快速搭建城市立交桥的方法,其特征在于按照下述步骤进行: A、在需建桥的位置进行无损地下管网探查、并在图纸上标明位置,按照桩基础压管位置距管网2米以外的原则设计桩位; B、根据桩位在工厂预制下述桥梁构件:立柱、盖梁、盖梁支座、梁板和引桥; C、采用权利要求1所述的快速成桩的方法形成桩体,在桩头浇注设有连接件的连接承台; D、在连接承台上借助所述连接件安装预制的立柱,在立柱上安装盖梁支座; E、在所述盖梁支座上依次安装盖梁和梁板,浇注桥面板接缝,铺设桥面; F、引桥的安装:依照引桥底脚宽度和尺寸及中心位置,在原有路面上铣刨深5cm-10cm沟槽,铺筑水泥混凝土找平,将预制坡道依次安装在原有路上,引桥底脚对准铺有水泥混凝土的沟槽,使其稳固;与原有路面连接处,依据引桥头枕尺寸,在原有路面开沟槽,深度超过头枕高度10cm,在沟内填5〜15cm厚水泥混凝土,安装接地块;最后统一浇注接缝,形成路面。
