Abstract

本发明公开了一种清洗机流水线清洗托盘工装，设有底板，其特征在于，所述底板上设有若干用于支撑限位待清洗产品的构件，所述构件上设有托举支撑部位以及限位部位；所述构件与底板为一体或通过连接件连接。本发明用于在支撑固定待清洗产品，其结构简单灵活、易于制造，但能够有效保障产品在清洗过程中的稳固，使用时，将产品安装在托盘工装上，将托盘工装放置入清洗机内的流水线设备上送入清洗箱。

本发明属于机械加工领域， 具体是一种配合清洗机流水线作业的清洗托盘工装。
背景技术
在机械装置的零部件完成加工后，一般都需要进行清洗，为了提高加工效率，大部分工厂都采用批量清洗，而对于一些精密部件，在清洗时，为了避免发生不必要的磕碰损伤，采用工装固定部件是有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的技术目的是提供一种适合流水线清洗作业，并且结构设置灵活的清洗托盘工装。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种清洗机流水线清洗托盘工装，设有底板，其特征在于，所述底板上设有若干用于支撑限位待清洗产品的构件，所述构件上设有托举支撑部位以及限位部位。
所述构件与底板为一体或通过连接件连接。
进一步的技术方案包括：
作为优选，所述底板上设有定位插孔，对应所述定位插孔的位置所述构件底部设有定位插杆，通过这种方式，底板可以重复利用，并且在清洗机构上只有较少差异的系列产品时，只需更换部分构件即可，节省工装耗材。
所述底板的底面设有定位卡口，用于将底板定位在清洗机的流水线传送设备上。
所述底板上设有用于固定的螺栓孔，用于进一步固定底板。
进一步地，所述构件包括：
1）、第一构件，所述第一构件上表面设有与产品相应部位外形相契合的第一凹槽，本构件主要用于支撑产品；
2）、设置在产品具有凸起部位的第二构件，所述第二构件包括前挡板及后挡板，所述前挡板与后挡板之间设有卡住所述凸起部位的间隙，用于产品的前后定位，所述前挡板及后挡板上表面设有与所述凸起部位前后部位外形相契合的第二凹槽。
3）、设置在产品首端或尾端的第三构件，所述第三构件包括前/后挡板以及侧挡板，用于产品的前/后定位以及左右方向上的定位，当第三构件设置在产品首端时，设置前挡板，设置在尾端时，则设置后挡板。
作为优选，所述第一构件、第二构件、第三构件之间相互平行。
使用时，将产品平放，依次卡在各构件上定位，然后将托盘在清洗机的流水线传送带上定位固定，托盘进入清洗箱后即开始清洗，在清洗过程中，本发明的托盘工装能够有效保障产品的稳固性。

具体实施方式
为了阐明本发明的技术方案及技术目的，下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的介绍。
如图所示，一种清洗机流水线清洗托盘工装，设有底板1，所述底板1上设有用于固定的螺栓孔3，底板1的底面设有定位卡口，使用时，将底板1的定位卡口卡在清洗机传送带上，然后使用螺栓固定。
所述底板1上设有若干用于支撑限位待清洗产品的构件，所述构件上设有托举支撑部位以及限位部位。所述构件与底板1通过连接件连接，作为优选，可在所述底板1上设有定位插孔（未图示），对应所述定位插孔的位置将所述构件底部设置定位插杆，对应产品的形状，选择合适的构件安插在底板上即可。
方案一：
针对一种部件产品，对应该产品形状设置的构件包括：
1）、设置在产品顶端的第一构件2，所述第一构件2上表面设有与产品相顶端外形相契合的第一凹槽21，所述第一凹槽21为通槽；
2）、设置在产品中间具有凸起部位的第二构件5，所述第二构件5包括前挡板51及后挡板52，所述前挡板51与后挡板52之间设有卡住所述凸起部位的间隙53，所述前挡板51及后挡板53上表面设有与所述凸起部位的前后部位外形相契合的第二凹槽。
3）、设置在产品尾端的第三构件4，所述第三构件4包括抵在产品末端的后挡板42以及挡住产品左右两侧的侧挡板41。
上述的第一构件2、第二构件5、第三构件4之间相互平行。

所述构件包括：
1）、第一构件，所述第一构件上表面设有与产品相应部位外形相契合的第一凹槽；
2）、设置在产品具有凸起部位的第二构件，所述第二构件包括前挡板及后挡板，所述前挡板与后挡板之间设有卡住所述凸起部位的间隙，所述前挡板及后挡板上表面设有与所述凸起部位前后部位外形相契合的第二凹槽，
3）、设置在产品首端或尾端的第三构件，所述第三构件包括侧挡板以及前挡板或后挡板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清洗机流水线清洗托盘工装，其特征在于：
所述底板上设有定位插孔，对应所述定位插孔的位置所述构件底部设有定位插杆。
