Abstract

本发明介绍了一种RTV涂料绝缘子表面污秽清洗剂,该剂按如下原料混合:乙二胺四乙酸二钠、羟基乙酸钠、草酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠中的至少两种,聚丙烯酸钠,羟基乙叉二膦酸二钠,表面活性剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,渗透剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,水。本剂使用时通过渗透、络合、分散、膨胀等机理的综合作用清除RTV涂料绝缘子的表面污秽,故具有如下优点:成本低廉,操作简单,实施便捷,污秽去除彻底,不损坏RTV涂层,不腐蚀绝缘子支柱的金属部件,因而利于广泛推广。

RTV涂料绝缘子表面污秽清洗剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗剂,尤其涉及一种RTV(英文全称为Room TemperatureVulcanized Silicone Rubber的缩写,中文译文为室温硫化硅橡胶。)涂料绝缘子表面污秽清洗剂。
背景技术
RTV涂料能显著提高绝缘子的污闪电压,降低重污秽区域绝缘子发生污闪的风险。在绝缘子表面喷涂RTV涂料防污闪已经广泛推广应用,是一条行之有效的防污闪措施。RTV涂层防止污闪事故的工作原理,是利用其憎水性和憎水迁移性等两大特性进行施工,如果失效则预示该涂层的寿命已告终止。重污染区域的变电站在采取对绝缘子喷涂RTV涂料的防污闪技术措施后,仍然有一定比例的污闪会发生。当RTV涂层污积严重时,将导致其丧失憎水性和憎水迁移性,此时如得不到及时清洗,大雨、大雾天气时污秽易形成污水流,从而短路伞裙间的空气间隙,这是一种十分危险的运行状态,容易造成闪络事故。另外,出于对变电站美观的要求,也需对绝缘子进行定期清洗。目前对RTV涂料绝缘子表面污秽的清除大多采用高压水冲洗或人工抹布擦拭等方式。受配方和施工工艺的影响,RTV涂层强度和附着力差异较大,其表面摩擦力较普通的玻璃绝缘子和电瓷绝缘子大得多,低压水冲洗时污秽较难去除,而过高的冲洗压力和抹布擦洗存在破坏涂层的风险。常见的酸、碱清洗液腐蚀破坏性强,家用洗涤剂除污秽能力差、泡沫多,因而均不适用于RTV涂料绝缘子的清洗。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种RTV涂料绝缘子表面污秽清洗剂,使用该清洗剂可有效清除RTV涂料绝缘子表面污秽,恢复其优良的憎水性,从而有效保证电力设备的安全运行。
本发明的技术方案是,所提供的这种RTV涂料绝缘子表面污秽清洗剂,按如下重量百分比备份原料混合而成:

由以上组成的本发明的这种RTV涂料绝缘子表面污秽清洗剂清洗使用时遵循下述步骤:
(1)、清洗剂冲洗。设备停电状态下,将清洗剂通过水泵加压后用水枪对RTV涂料绝缘子上下表面进行冲洗,水泵出口压力0.3~0.5MPa。冲洗方式为由上至下,逐层、逐片进行,水柱尽可能与绝缘子表面保持45度夹角;
(2)、抹布擦洗。用抹布手工蘸着清洗剂对RTV涂层表面污秽进行擦洗,擦洗应由上至下,逐层、逐片进行;
(3)、水冲洗。一支绝缘子经步骤(2)手工擦洗后,立即用清水进行冲洗,水泵出口压力0.3~0.5MPa。冲洗方式为由上至下,逐层、逐片进行。注意绝缘子上下表面均须冲洗干净,用水量至少为步骤(1)使用清洗剂冲洗时用水量的三倍;
(4)、第二次水冲洗。完成步骤(3)之后15分钟再行水冲洗,即再次用清水进行冲洗,水泵出口压力0.3~0.5MPa。冲洗方式亦为由上至下,逐层、逐片进行,用水量至少为步骤(1)的用水量的三倍,洗至绝缘子上下表面干净,绝缘子表面淋水成球状。
本发明的有益效果是,所提供的这种RTV涂料绝缘子表面污秽清洗剂,使用时通过渗透、络合、分散、膨胀等机理的综合作用清除RTV涂料绝缘子的表面污秽。其有机羧酸盐具有强大的配位基团,可络合溶解绝缘子污秽中的钙、镁、铁等金属离子。其聚丙烯酸钠为亲水基团的高分子化合物,是一种良好的洗涤助剂,起到防止污垢再沉积的作用。其羟基乙叉二膦酸二钠是一种有机膦酸类阻垢缓蚀剂,能与铁、铜、锌等多种金属离子形成稳定的络合物,与聚丙烯酸钠表现出理想的协同效应。其表面活性剂烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚可降低清洗剂的表面张力,增强清洗剂对污秽物的浸润性能。其渗透剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚有助于促使本清洗剂深入污秽内部,进而促进有机羧酸盐对污秽的络合溶解,提高清洗效果,故使得本发明具有如下优点:成本低廉,操作简单,实施便捷,污秽去除彻底,不损坏RTV涂层,不腐蚀绝缘子支柱的金属部件,因而利于广泛推广。

使用上述实施例1~2所得本发明RTV涂料绝缘子表面污秽清洗剂产品,按上述清洗使用步骤实施对变电站RTV涂料绝缘子表面污秽的清洗,同时对清洗前后的RTV涂料绝缘子进行盐密度测定,获测定结果如下表所示:

上述盐密度检测表表明,所列实施例1~2所得本发明的RTV涂料绝缘子表面污秽清洗剂产品,经试制试用被证明效果良好,RTV涂料绝缘子表面污秽基本去除,而RTV涂层毫无破损,绝缘子支柱的金属部件亦无任何腐蚀现象发生。

Claims (1)

1.一种RTV涂料绝缘子表面污秽清洗剂,按如下重量百分比备份原料混合:
乙二胺四乙酸二钠、羟基乙酸钠、草酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠中任意重量百分比配比的至少两种            0.5~10%,
聚丙烯酸钠                0.1~1.0%,
羟基乙叉二膦酸二钠        0.5~1.0%,
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚          0.2~1.0%,
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚          0.2~1.0%,
余量为水。
