本发明主要公开一种中置式高密度沉淀水净化池及其净化工艺,包括反应区、澄清区、污泥中转池。反应区包括混合池、絮凝池;澄清区包括预沉淀区、位于澄清区底部的污泥浓缩区、澄清区上方的斜管沉淀区、通过位于斜管沉淀区上方的指型集水槽连接的清水渠,清水渠连接出水管。在澄清区底面一侧设置有若干个锥形污泥集泥坑,在澄清区底面设置有刮泥机;每个污泥集泥坑中设置一个将集泥坑内污泥提升到澄清区上部排泥槽内的气提装置,气提排泥槽连接至污泥中转池,污泥中转池通过回流泵连接进水管,同时污泥中转池连接有排泥泵。本发明池型简单,结构紧凑,有利于沉淀池与回流污泥浓度及数量的控制,保证运行工况的稳定,运行成本低,出水质量好。

背景技术
[0002] 净水厂混凝沉淀工艺的技术,目前国内传统一般采用三种方式:平流沉淀池、斜管沉淀池、机械搅拌澄清池。平流沉淀池是目前我国大中型水厂最广泛使用的池型,具有构造简单、管理方便、耐冲击负荷强等优点,缺点是停留时间长,占地面积大,对一些小而轻的矾花的去除效果差,进一步提高出水水质代价很高,且水体暴露面积大,接受阳光照射时间长,在微污染原水处理中,希望保留处理过程中的生物作用而不采用前加氯,平流式沉淀池还容易生长青苔,影响水厂的外观。斜管沉淀池是基于浅层沉淀理论,在平流沉淀基础上发展起来的沉淀池型,它具有占地小,沉淀效率高的特点。但由于斜管沉淀池在池体较大情况下存在配水不均匀问题,使大型斜管沉淀池总体出水水质难以进一步提高,限制了传统斜管沉淀池的大型化。机械搅拌澄清池是将第一反应室聚积的泥渣回流到第二反应室与原水混和,增加原水中的颗粒浓度,加强颗粒絮凝,形成形体大、密度高的矾花,到分离区澄清,从而达到高浓度泥水较快分离和分离彻底的效果。因此,机械搅拌澄清池的优点是:絮凝、澄清一体化,产水能力高,处理效果好,适应能力强,抗冲击负荷大,尤其在分离区增设斜管,出水水质和产水量更可进一步提高。它的缺点是土建结构比较复杂,施工难度较大;由于回流泥渣浓度较低,回流水量很大;最大的困难是排泥量很难控制,经常会因过量排泥,造成絮凝效果差,影响出水水质。

[0013] 一种中置式高密度沉淀水净化工艺,絮凝剂在原水的进水管中投加,随同原水、回流污泥进入混合池中充分混合搅拌,搅拌混合后形成的混合水一通过絮凝池中的堰流渠流通至絮凝池底,絮凝池底部投加助凝剂,并经过絮凝搅拌机提升搅拌,形成混合水二 ;混合水二通过絮凝池上部堰流孔进 入澄清区的预沉淀区,混合水二中的污泥下沉至澄清区底部并浓缩,被底部的刮泥机刮至污泥集泥坑中,污泥由气提装置提升至澄清区顶端的气提排泥槽内排泥至污泥中转池中;同时去除部分污泥的混合水二上升至斜管沉淀区,再经过斜管沉淀区形成清水,通过指型集水槽中排流至清水渠;清水渠中的清水从出水管中流出;污泥中转池中的一部分污泥通过回流泵回流,形成回流污泥,并与原水再次进入混合池中,多余部分污泥通过排泥泵排出。

[0017] 1、本发明中主要采用气提装置和增设污泥中转池,有利于沉淀池内和回流污泥浓度及数量的控制,是整个系统中保证运行工况的稳定的关键。
[0018] 2、整个系统投入使用后,实际耐负荷冲击能力大,在较大范围内不受流量与源水浊度变化的影响。
[0019] 3、本发明中将混合池、絮凝池与澄清区分离,并改为矩形结构,池型简单,土建施工方便。4、预沉淀区下部设污泥浓缩区,用水下底部刮泥机将浓缩污泥刮向一侧的污泥集泥坑,用气提装置将浓缩污泥提出进入污泥中转池,污泥的浓度可达3%以上。
[0020] 5、在絮凝池底部投加有机高分子助凝剂PAM,以提高矾花凝聚效果;絮凝搅拌机使矾花不至于下沉到絮凝池底部,并通过絮凝池上部两侧的堰流槽,均匀进入沉淀处,加快泥水分离速度。6、污泥浓缩区上方设置高效的斜管沉淀区,进一步提高表面负荷,使得沉淀区中水流上升速度可达20~40m/h。[0021] 7、本发明中的出水水质稳定,质量好,沉淀后水能保持在I~3NTU以下。

具体实施方式
[0025] 结合附图,对本发明较佳实施例做进一步详细说明。
[0026] 本发明中的中置式高密度沉淀水净化池,主要包括三大区域,反应区1、澄清区4、污泥中转池10。反应区I主要是进水、投料,并进行充分混合的阶段,澄清区4是将水进行沉淀、分离净化的阶段,最终污泥与清水分离排出。在本发明中涉及到的各个池型都是以矩形结构并列排布,池型结构布局紧凑。
[0027] 反应区I中依照进水顺序包括混合池2、絮凝池3。混合池2的底部设有进水管21,在进水管21设置絮凝剂投加管22,用于在原水中投加絮凝剂,本实施例中絮凝剂可采用聚合氯化铝、聚合氯化铁、聚合氯化铝铁等。在混合池2设置有混合搅拌机23,以便原水和絮凝剂充分搅拌,搅拌后形成混合水一。
[0028] 在混合池2其中一侧上方到澄清池3底部有一条堰流渠31。混合水一经堰流渠31流至絮凝池3的底部。在絮凝池3的底部设置有助凝剂(PAM)投加管35,向絮凝池3底部投加助凝剂,本实施例中助凝剂可采用聚丙烯酰胺。絮凝池3中设置有一个絮凝搅拌机32,絮凝搅拌机32的搅拌叶伸入絮凝池3中间位置,同时在搅拌叶的四周围有一个导流筒33,本实施例中为上下连通的空心圆柱体,且导流筒33下端周边形成一个喇叭开口 34,有利于将底部的水引导至导流筒33内。絮凝搅拌机32启动时,导流筒33内的混合水一与助凝剂搅拌混合并提升,形成混合水二,再从絮凝池3上方设置堰流孔36流至澄清区4。
[0029] 澄清区4主要分成预沉淀区5、污泥浓缩区6、斜管沉淀区7、清水渠8。澄清区4的进入端设置竖直挡板41,竖直挡板41底部不接触的澄清区4的池底,且竖直挡板41下端连接向外倾斜的斜挡板44。当絮凝池3中混合水二进入到澄清区4时,首先在预沉淀区5中缓慢沉降,污泥由于自身重力积累在底部。
[0030] 澄清区4的整个底部为污泥浓缩区6,底部一侧设置若干个向下凹陷的锥形污泥集泥坑61,在澄清区4的底部表面设置有往复运动的刮泥机。刮泥机主要包括液压动力装置(图中未示出)和多个刮泥板71组成的刮泥机构。刮泥板71等间距平行固定在拖板72上。拖板72由液压动力装置驱动移动,刮泥板71的结构如图2所示,刮泥板71截面属于楔形结构,一侧面为较陡的凹弧71A, 一侧为平缓的斜面71B。刮泥板71的底面与拖板72焊接固定。当液压驱动装置驱动拖板72移动时,凹弧71A位于刮泥方向,污泥就随着刮泥板71的移动,累积在凹弧71A的一侧,被刮至污泥集泥坑61中。当液压驱动装置驱动拖板72反向移动时,斜面71B将未刮起的污泥进行铲松,甚至随着斜面71B溢至凹弧7IA 一侧,方便下一次刮泥。
[0031] 在每个污泥集泥坑61中都配有一气提装置9。气提装置9包括插入在提泥管91、压缩空气管94、挡泥罩92。提泥 管91是一个通管,其下端插入到污泥集泥坑61中,提泥管91上端伸入澄清区4表面的气提排泥槽93中,与气提排泥槽93底部连接处进行焊接固定。压缩空气管94依附提泥管91的表面,伸入污泥集泥坑61,靠近提泥管91的下端,再从外部插入提泥管91内,且压缩空气管94的管头在内部呈向上状态。压缩空气管94主要是将压缩空气从外部引入至提泥管91下端,并在内部向上喷射,造成提泥管91内部液体流动,使得污泥自动从提泥管91内往上流动。压缩空气管94上设置有电磁阀99,电磁阀99的动作可通过PLC进行控制。同时还可以并联安装手动阀门910,在检修时使用手动阀门进行控制。提泥管91的上端部盖有帽形的挡泥罩92,防止污泥提升时飞溅,通过挡泥罩92导流,顺利引导污泥至气提排泥槽93内。气提排泥槽93是带有一定斜度的不锈钢槽,气提排泥槽93与外部的污泥中转池10连接,将污泥排至污泥中转池10内。
[0032] 为了方便污泥集泥坑61中的污泥能顺利流入提泥管91中,在污泥集泥坑61的底部设置有通气碎泥管95,通气碎泥管95可与压缩空气管94从同一压缩空气源中接出,通气碎泥管95的底部形成适合污泥集泥坑61坑形的环形管道96,在环形管道96上设置多个单向出气阀97。通气碎泥管95上设置手动阀门98,当泥污集泥坑61中的污泥板积时,可打开手动阀门,通气碎泥管95通气至位于污泥集泥坑61的环形管道96上,从多个单向出气阀97中喷出,来松动污泥集泥坑61的污泥,有利于污泥顺利流入至提泥管91中。
[0033] 在污泥浓缩区6的上方设置有斜管沉淀区7,斜管沉淀区7是采用管体并列斜向放置形成。管体上下连通,且管形可为各种几个形状,如矩形、圆形、正六边形等都可。预沉淀区5中的水大部分污泥沉淀后,水上升经过斜管沉淀区7,水中的残余的小矾花,在斜管中进一步沉淀,最后形成清水。
[0034] 在斜管沉淀区7的上方设有若干条横向布设的指型集水槽42,指型集水槽42是一端连接清水渠8的不锈钢槽体,在槽体上开设若干进水孔43,经过斜管沉淀区7沉淀后形成的清水上升通过进水孔43中进入到指型集水槽42,由指型集水槽42引流至清水渠8内,清水渠8下端连接出水管81,清水从出水管81中排出。
[0035] 另外需要说明的是,污泥中转池10中的污泥一部分通过回流泵12将污泥回流至进水管21上,通过与原水混合后,进入混合池中混合。而多余部分的污泥通过排泥泵11排出污泥。在污泥中转池10底部设置潜水推流搅拌机(图中未示出),对污泥进行推流搅拌。
[0036] 本发明的净化工艺过程为:首先,原水随同回流污泥从进水管21中进入,絮凝剂通过絮凝剂投加管22在进水管21中投加,与原水和回流污泥一同进入混合池2中。混合池2内经过混合搅拌机23进行充分搅拌,搅拌后形成混合水一从堰流渠31中溢至絮凝池3内。
[0037] 混合水一通过堰流渠31流至絮凝池底部后,同时在絮凝池3的底部通过助凝剂投加管35投加助凝剂,然后由絮凝搅拌机32提升搅拌,形成混合水二。混合水二再由絮凝池3上方的堰流孔36流至澄清区4中。
[0038]混合水二进入澄清区4时,首先经过预沉淀区5进行沉淀,由于污泥自身比重较重,经过预沉淀区5后积累至澄清区4的底部,也就是污泥浓缩区6,污泥浓缩区6的沉淀下来的污泥,被往复刮泥机刮至污泥集泥坑61中,污泥集泥坑61中的污泥通过气提装置9,将污泥提升至澄清区4上面的气提排泥槽93中,然后进入污泥中转池10内。污泥中转池10内的污泥一部分通过回流泵12回流至进水管21中,形成上述的回流污泥,与原水混合,进入混合池2内,多余部分通过排泥泵11排走。[0039] 同时,混合水二经过污泥沉淀后的水上浮至斜管沉淀区7中,经过斜置管体进一步沉淀,形成清水继续上浮,通过进水孔43进入指型集水槽42中,由指型集水槽42引流至清水渠8中,最后从出水管81排出。
[0040]本发明中将混合池2、絮凝池3与澄清区4分离,并形成矩形结构,使得整体池型紧凑简洁。在预沉淀区5下部设污泥浓缩区6,用水下底部往复刮泥机将浓缩污泥刮向一侧的污泥集泥坑61,用气提装置9将浓缩污泥提出进入污泥中转池10。污泥中转池10中的部分浓缩污泥由泵回流到混合池2,与原水、絮凝剂充分混合,形成高浓度混合絮凝体,在进入絮凝池3。在絮凝池3底部投加有机高分子助凝剂PAM,以提高矾花凝聚效果。絮凝搅拌机使矾花不至于下沉积絮凝池底部,然后再进入澄清区4。污泥浓缩区6上方设置斜管沉淀区7,提高表面负荷,以进一步降低出水浊度,提高出水质量。
[0041] 本发明在中置式高密度中增设了气提装置和污泥中转池,由此以控制污泥的浓度以及数量,确保整个沉淀净化的过程中运行工况的稳定性以及可控性。

Claims (5)
1.一种中置式高密度沉淀水净化池,其特征在于:包括反应区、澄清区、污泥中转池;反应区包括混合池、絮凝池;澄清区包括预沉淀区、位于澄清区底部的污泥浓缩区、澄清区上方的斜管沉淀区、通过位于斜管沉淀区上方的指型集水槽连接的清水渠,清水渠连接出水管;在澄清区底面一侧设置有若干个锥形污泥集泥坑,在澄清区底面设置有刮泥机;每个污泥集泥坑中设置一个将集泥坑内污泥提升到澄清区上部气提排泥槽内的气提装置,气提排泥槽连接至污泥中转池,污泥中转池通过回流泵连接进水管,同时污泥中转池连接有排泥泵;所述的刮泥机包括液压动力装置和多个刮泥板,多个刮泥板平行固定在由液压动力装置驱动的拖板上,其中刮泥板截面属于楔形结构,一侧面为较陡的凹弧,一侧为平缓的斜面,刮泥板的底面与拖板焊接固定; 所述的反应区、澄清区以及污泥中转池均为矩形结构,其中反应区和澄清区并列排布;所述的混合池底部设置有进水管,在进水管上连接絮凝剂投加管,混合池中设置有混合搅拌机; 所述的混合池与絮凝池底部通过堰流渠连通;在絮凝池设置有助凝剂投加管,并在絮凝池内设置有絮凝搅拌机,絮凝搅拌机的搅拌叶外周罩有上下连通的导流筒,导流筒下端形成喇叭开口 ;在絮凝池的上部开设有堰流孔与澄清区连通; 所述的气提装置包括插入在污泥集泥坑中的提泥管、空气压缩管、挡泥罩;提泥管下端置于污泥集泥坑,提泥管上端位于气提排泥槽中;空气压缩管道在提泥管下端管壁从外插入提泥管内部,且空气压缩管头朝上,引入压缩空气在提泥管内向上喷射;在提泥管的上端部设置有挡泥罩。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种中置式高密度沉淀水净化池,其特征在于:所述的澄清区在进入端设置底部不接触的竖直挡板,形成预沉淀区,且竖直挡板的下端连接向外倾斜的斜挡板。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种中置式高密度沉淀水净化池,其特征在于:所述的斜管沉淀区为若干管体并列斜向放置形成;所述的指型集水槽为不锈钢槽体,在槽壁上开设若干进水孔;所述的气提排泥槽为带斜度的不锈钢槽,所述的提泥管伸入气提排泥槽中,提泥管的外壁与气提排泥槽的底板焊接固`定。
4.一种如权利要求1所述中置式高密度沉淀水净化池的净化工艺,其特征在于:絮凝剂在原水的进水管中投加,随同原水、回流污泥进入混合池中充分混合搅拌,搅拌混合后形成的混合水一通过絮凝池中的堰流渠流通至絮凝池底,絮凝池底部投加助凝剂,并经过絮凝搅拌机混合搅拌,形成混合水二 ;混合水二通过絮凝池上部堰流孔进入澄清区的预沉淀区,混合水二中的污泥下沉至澄清区底部并浓缩,被底部的刮泥机刮至污泥集泥坑中,污泥由气提装置提升至澄清区上部的气提排泥槽内排泥至污泥中转池中;同时去除部分污泥的混合水二上升至斜管沉淀区,再经过斜管沉淀区形成清水,通过指型集水槽排流至清水渠;清水渠中的清水从出水管中流出;污泥中转池中的污泥,通过回流泵回流,形成回流污泥,并与原水汇合进入混合池中,多余部分污泥通过排泥泵排出;所述的污泥中转池底部设置潜水推流搅拌机。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种中置式高密度沉淀水净化池的净化工艺,其特征在于:所述的絮凝剂为聚合氯化铝、聚合氯化铁或聚合氯化铝铁;所述的助凝剂为聚丙烯酰胺。
